Hello Although I have enabled chat in the account webinar settings that everyone can chat,the tab does not appear in the application. Any idea's on what happened here ?
My laptop has two screens and two people are successfully sharing with me but I can only annotate on one screen.Two screen annotation has been working for 5 years and suddenly stopped working - any ideas?A second device allows second sharer annotation but I used to be able to do it from one device.

I can setup my Zoom meeting, but I cannot invite anyone. Each time I click Invite, the Outlook invitation appears momentarily, but then Outlook crashes. Previously, I have scheduled many Zoom meetings and I can write emails on Outlook, no problem. I have updated both Zoom Workplace (Version: 6.1.11 (39163)) and MS Outlook for Mac (16.89.3 (24092813)). I have restarted the computer. My prospective client is expecting the Zoom invite now. Hoping I do not lose this prospect. Can anyone help? Thank you.
I schedule frequent meetings with the same group of 20+ people. Can I somehow name that group so that I don't have to enter all email addresses each time?
I arrange a meeting with several people and send the invitation, but one of them says she does not receive the invitation, but receives it without problems from other organizers
I was set up as an alternative host on a zoom meeting. The original host cannot find the chat history. Can I access the history & if so, how? Normally I find the chat history in the my documents/zoom folder. The original host has these folders on their windows laptop but the zoom folder is empty. They do have their settings (recording tab) "ticked" so cannot understand why there is no chat history available to access. Hi All. I am having trouble to get the meeting that i usually just add in zoom and then they pop up in my mail (apple) Calendar. From here i can then add an invitee and it will send the invite out to the person's calendar. It is not working any idea how to change the configuration of this? I did click on some new portal thing that it looks like they have released, but this is not making it easier to get this working. Thanks
The current notification says "The call is being recorded, if you do not wish to be recorded please hang up now". I've created a custom audio file in the asset library notifying the caller the call is being recorded. How do I get that custom response to play at the beginning of a in-coming call vs. the zoom notification?
With Exchange SE set to come out 2025. Does Zoom have any plans to support this on prem solution?
I've just gotten a new google chrome book. I can see my Zoom Phone App icon on my phone application, but not on my desktop (where I need to use it)! Anyone able to help?
Hey Team,I am trying to port my mobile numbers from Zoom to Twillio and keep getting denied. We have attempted to port the numbers twice now and I can't work out why it is being denied.We are definitely using the right numbers and Zoom tells me it should be able to be ported yet no one else can give me any other answers and my tickets that were created for the matters still haven't assisted.The response we are receiving for the reason it has been denied is:We regret to inform you that this port was rejected by the carrier due to the numbers not being issued with them, i.e not active, cancelled, or reserved.The numbers are definitely active as I am still using them now and there isn't any outstanding debts that need to be paid. Every time I reach out to Zoom via chat I have a good 30-60 mins wasted before they then create another ticket for me as I can't speak to a supervisor. I followed the steps they suggested with taking note of the names, account details etc.Has anyon
We recently merged one account into another (both are PRO) and personal meeting ID for the one that merged now comes up with a note that that feature has been disabled. The personal meeting ID for the main account is working fine. How can I enable a personal meeting ID for both accounts? Do I have to separate them again?
Is there a way to submit a group of people at the same time from the waiting room into a meeting or do I have to admit each one separately?
In the desktop browser at zoom.us, you can create a meeting under Meetings>Schedule A Meeting>Save. Once scheduled, you can pick that meeting and click "Copy Meeting Invitation". A window will then pop up with your full meeting invitation that you can copy into your calendar of choice. To close this window, the only button choice is "Cancel". My feature request is to change this button name to "Close" rather than "Cancel". This is because of the doubt created when you have just scheduled the meeting, copied the invitation, and now the only choice is to click "Cancel" to get rid of the window. Clicking "Cancel" does not actually cancel the meeting; it just closes the window which is the desired result. By renaming this button, it will improve the user experience and remove doubt, and be a more correct description of what's happening.
Hi. Recently I currently cannot receive external calls to my Direct number in Zoom, but I can call out. Is the system down?
I have the page of advice telling me how to convert a meeting to a webinar however when I view the meeting the only buttons to the right are start, edit and delete. There is no option to convert on any of my meetings. Does this mean that I cant convert? Thanks.
We have Zoom Phone Basic. Callers are able to leave a message at our number (just tried it myself), but neither the call nor the message appear in the appropriate tabs in the Phone section of the web portal. What am I doing wrong?
It started yesterday. I open a meeting as host, but the participants cannot join because it says Waiting for the host to start the meeting...Into settings, meeting, security I tried to disable the waiting room, but nothing. pls Help
HiI want to set-up a webinar where only people are allowed based on a list from the client.I have found that I can import a CSV file but then people can only join trough theirpersonalised link send trough Zoom is seems.But the client want to send a link himself to these people, so 1 link.Is there a way to get a general meetinglink where people are just allowed if they log-inwith the credentials uploaded from the CSV ?When I try to copy the link from an invite to one person and try to log-in with anotherlog-in that is also in the CSV, it does not allow me acces.Thank you !
Hello, I usually schedule meetings for my boss. Until a month ago I always designated the same person as the alternative host so she could start the meeting. Lately and without changing settings, she appears as an alternative host on the Zoom scheduled meeting page, but she can´t start the meeting. I need to connect and allow her into the room and she appears as a guest in the waiting room. Can you please help me? Thanks
Can I join zoom without audio on Portal From Facebook 10"? On laptops and phones there is the option to join without audio. This is different from mute
Does anyone know how/if it is possible for someone screen sharing on Zoom a PowerPoint (utilizing only one screen, not dual monitor) to be able to see the participants in side-by-side mode just like participants are able see it? Unfortunately, I always come across that for the presenter's view, participants on Zoom are just hovering over the screen, but it would be great to be able to have the same side-by-side capability that you have when you are watching someone share their screen. It's unfortunate for the screen-sharer to not be able to see the participants without hovering boxes that they have to move around which typically blocks content being shared. I have been working on work arounds for this for the past couple years on and off when I find it distracting or limiting my trainer, but as much as we trouble shoot with only one monitor vs. Dual, we have yet to find a good solution other than presentation mode of PPT which is still not the same as side-by-side.
