We purchased ZRA, and noticed that the unlimited storage is for analytics, not the source Zoom meeting videos, which, are required for the analytics. Since ZRA is a premium add-on, it would be great if the storage was unlimited similar to other premium products on the market (Gong, Otter.AI, etc).
This is a feature request. There should be a method for Zoom ZRA retention settings to trump Zoom recordings retention settings. From discussions with support, if Zoom recordings are set to have a shorter retention period than ZRA, the recordings will be delete/lost for ZRA based on the general recording retention settings.This would give flexibility to automate deletion from regular non ZRA users, without loosing the data from ZRA.
Hello I am trying to access the ZRA accelerator api to fetch tranascripts. I am using the get conversation interactions end point. In my app i have developed, i have added the scope "zra:read:conversation_participants:admin"; the documentation also states that the scope "zra:read:conversation_participants" is also needed to call that endpoint. Yet, the latter is not available for selection from the app and thus when i try to make the api call with the token having just the first scope, it fails with this errrorInvalid access token, does not contain scopes:[zra:read:conversation_participants, zra:read:conversation_participants:admin] Does anyone know why the zra:read:conversation_participants scope is not available for selection?thanksmassimo
Is Zoom Revenue Accelerator trained on our products? I'm curious to know how it is advancing in AI. We use ZRA now and would love to learn more about product roadmap in terms of AI tied to product.

Hello, I've got a really weird reproducible issue with Zoom in Chrome on my 13" Macbook M3 AirWhen I try to leave comments on calls in revenue accelerator, the comment will appear to load but it will never post. Subsequently, if I try to load new tabs in chrome or use any other apps like Slack, everything will timeout and appear like I'm having network issues. This does NOT occur when I try commenting in the Zoom app itself or in Safari. I've tried a complete fresh reinstall of Chrome to now avail. Anybody else seen this?

Under setup, Administration, users, users I do not see a profiles tab or menu. Anybody have tips or a screenshot of that menu? I am in lightning not classic if that matters. thx Axel
Hi I use Zoom Revenue Accelerator and it's scorecards to help coach reps. However how do I see if the coaching is improving the areas on the scorecard? Is there a summary somewhere of previous sessions run with the rep and their scorecard data? Thanks

I'm working on my thesis on "Sentiment analysis of online meetings in Agile software development teams", I'm looking for a tool to train my data or track the emotions of team members. I learned from some sessions that Zoom now has built-in AI tools, maybe one of them could be a sentiment analysis tool? so I was wondering if Zoom has introduced new features, including AI tools for sentiment analysis or not?
I have been trying to find support for Zoom IQ for days. Live Chat doesn't have access to the product and they transfer me to sales and then back again. Kind of a last gasp here. Anyone know where I can get a Zoom IQ Admin User Guide or how to access support teams trained on this product? Thanks!
