I use zoom a lot and previously I didn't have many problems. With this new version plus update I have many problems. (On my Samsung s23 ultra) #1 can't see myself on meetings. I've checked settings, I've tried turning it on and off. #2 When I leave a meeting, it doesn't leave entirely. When I leave a meeting and want to go into another one, it doesn't really leave as it shows me "back to meeting" button rather than allowing me to start or join anothet meeting. #3 when I finish a meeting, it does not fully disconnect my audio/video. Often times I "leave a meeting" later on using my phone to watch videos, I notice my volume on media is lower than normal. I had a pop up message a couple of times saying that zoom is using my audio (something along the lines of that) when I'm not even on it. What colour space does Zoom Meetings use to transmit and to display? Is it Rec 709, sRGB or something else? Does anything change with screen share vs. non screen share, and with the Zoom app vs Zoom in a colour-aware browser? We’re teaching photography and colour editing, with presenters and participants all sharing screens for editing and all streaming directly from their cameras, with a mixture of MacOS and Windows. We’re trying to understand what colour and contrast shifts we should warn participants to expect.My understanding/guess at the moment is that everyone’s feed is desaturated to fit within lowest-common-denominator Rec 709 (not sure what intent is used) and that’s what is beamed to everyone. Hi, I just recorded a meeting and went to download and had to download the individual speaker's audio file seperately which I guess is just the way it is. Problem is that in the cloud recording the file is called "Audio only - John Smith' but when the download came through the speakers name is gone and replaced with 'Recording_separate1', 'Recording_separate2' etc. I was wondering if there is a way to make the original file name stick to save going through and renamimg them. I have been using interpretation function for a small multilingual onsite event for around 20 participants. The participants logged into Zoom from their phone and could listen to the interpretation. There was no video in Zoom.Now I'll have the same need, but for a bigger event up to 100 participants and there will be an online broadcast at the same time as well (outside from Zoom). Will this solution work?How much bandwidth should be available for this?

I'm using a 2020 MacBook Air with Zoom. I have wired earbuds from Apple, and also 3rd party ones, that work fine with the computer when I'm on any other website with sound (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc.) The audio works fine on Zoom when I join a meeting and join by computer audio, but when I plug in the earbuds to the computer port, there is no sound. I've tried 3 different pair of earbuds and I've googled this question for answers. I see other people have the same question but I have not found a resolution. One answer was to change the settings or preferences on Zoom but I don't see where to do that. Thanks.
Currently, Zoom saves local recordings with folder names that tell us what the meeting name was and what date and time the recording was done. But these settings are not translated into file names. The file names seem more random. We have to move the recording around, e.g., upload it to Vimeo to be shared in other places, so we have to manually name the files by copying and pasting the folder name into the filename. This wastes time and creates the possibility of user error. Is there a way to get to set proper filenames using the meeting names and times? Shouldn't Zoom be doing this by default?

Short explanation of problem: I have an active meeting running. I leave it and make my coworker the host. Then I start another meeting. This kills the first meeting.Question: How do I configure both meetings so that starting the second meeting doesn't kill the first one. Long description:My company and I own two zoom accounts, both paid, both registered under the company. I've listed my coworker (owner of the second account) as a cohost on the first meeting. When I need to leave the first meeting, I make my coworker the host, I leave (I do NOT end the meeting). Then, I start my other meeting. Starting the second meeting ends the first meeting. 1. Why is this occurring? I pay for two accounts for THIS very reason - so each of us can operate meetings separately and independently.2. How do I configure zoom so this doesn't happen? Thanks!
I had a zoom meeting. Video and Audio worked fine. I pressed Record. Then saved it. And when I went back to watch it the video was not playing only the audio. Is there anyway to get the video back.
We have a virtual meeting with multiple attendees. When someone speaks there is a reverb/echo for everyone. What settings do I adjust to alleviate this issue when using a bluetooth hearingaids. As the moderator and have dialed in on a personal phone to hear better rather than using the computer audio/speakers. Thanks
Hello Community! The Zoom Icon in my task-bar is no longer displaying the number of unread or new chats I have. It was a notification; a red icon with the number of chats hovering over the Zoom Icon. However now the Zoom Icon just blinks when I have unread or new chat messages and I don't always see it blinking. 1. Suggestions on how to get the number of unread or new chats notification back to hover over the Zoom Icon.2. Suggestions on other ways to get notified of the number of unread or new chats as they come in. Thank you,Kelly
Hi, i recently bought a zoom meeting to hold 1000 people and then just now I saw a webinar option! I am holding a space to teach with keynote as its what i know. I will have participants from around the world signing in, it will guide them to the next program for those on it live and then the recorded version will be accessible and connected to our kajabi platform. If I have keynote, does it make a difference using normal zoom to the webinar function? Please let me know as I know only how to use zoom meetings and I would like to integrate the scheduler one time so that those who are signing in for the 20th will have it linked in their diary. Assistance would be very much appreciated as looking to go to market today (on GST time)! In love and honour. Alex
2 weeks my video disappeared and now it is a black screen with a slash through a camera. I have uninstalled, reinstalled several times. I have checked camera settings in windows - which allows. I have even updated my camera driver for my laptop. Still not working and cannot get any answers. Help!!!!!
Hi! I notice that some people have added their logo in a corner of their video window. I can't seem to be able to find how to add that so my logo is visible in a corner of my video window. Also, is there a way to install it for all users of a zoom account throughout the organisation?Thanks! Ian
Hi all. We are organising a series of parallel events over Zoom. We want it so that the people involved in each session can just join at the beginning, without a 'host' being present. For this reason, we have 'Allow participants to join anytime'. However, it seems that the people joining can't create breakout rooms, without me going in to 'assign as host'?
I made a colleague host in our meeting with breakout rooms but when he moved into breakout rooms and then back into the main room, he kept losing "host" status. This was intermittent - he was able to move in and out sometimes without losing "host". This made the meeting very stressful as I could not be present all the time to reinstate him as "host".
Hallo, ich habe eine Kleine Herausforderung.Ich nutze Zoom sehr gerne und teile auch meinen Bildschirm. Möchte auch das meine Teilnehmer Videos nicht nur sehen sondern auch hören. Und hier kommt der Knackpunkt. Sobald ich den haken gesetzt habe , Ton abspielen bei der Bildschirmteilung, höre ich nicht mehr und auch meine Teilnehmer hören nichts mehr.Manchmal sollen die Teilnehmer auch nachgesspielte Kundengespräche hören über eine Telefonsoftware auch hier funktioniert die Tonausgabe nicht mehr.Ich nutze ein MacBook mit der Version macOS 14.4.1. Vor einigen Tagen funktionierte noch alles und nun geht nichts mehr sobald ich den Bildschirm teile und den haken setze bei Ton abspielen.Kann mir vielleicht jemand weiterhelfen?

I tried logging into a webinar and got an error message saying "You must update to the latest version of Zoom to join this meeting." It looks like I have the latest version (I'm able to log in and send meeting invites) and, at any rate, don't see a way to update it. Can anyone help? TIA!

Ich habe die Bezahlt-Version von zoom und arbeite schwertpunktmäßig damit am Desktop (neueste Windows-Version), Treiber aktualisiert... JEDES MAL, wenn ich Zoom starten möchte, friert es sofort ein. Dabei ist es unerheblich, ob ich selbst ein Meeting starte, oder über einen externen Zoom-link starte. Ich bin nicht zoom-fähig und kann nicht an Meetings teilnehmen. Meinen PC bringe ich dann nur wieder durch einen Kaltstart zum Laufen, denn "nichts geht mehr", nachdem zoom eingefroren ist.
