While presenting Powerpoint slides using share screen in Zoom, if a participant loses wifi connection and drops out, when they are re-admitted again via the Waiting Room the Powerpoint presentation freezes. The only solution I've found is to exit the screen share and then re-start it again. This has been an ongoing problem since I started using Zoom. Any suggestions ?
In March I did my last meetings, and I am starting the meetings again this week. The previous meetings are all gone. And I don't mean the recordings, they are all still in my cloud, but I mean the actual previously planned meetings. Usually I could always go back to the previous meetings, but they are all gone in my account. Thanks for your help.
Hello,I'm the admin of a Zoom Business account. About once a year, just before our contract renews I have a look at our stats. What I mostly look for is how often our licensed accounts host two meetings at once. I've figured out a way to do this in excel from the Zoom stats. But what I'd really like to know is when an account tries to host three meetings at once. I know when this happens that the third meeting can't start and there is a message to this effect. But what I'd like to know is there anyway to see from looking at the Zoom stats when an account tries to host more than two meetings at once? Is this possible to see from looking at the Zoom stats??Thanks
Hello, group, first time that I write here. I'm having trouble sharing a screen in a zoom meeting. Participants see obstructing black rectangles on the screen. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. Here I attach an image.
When in a hypnosis session with a client I use an external mixer for music and binaural beats and RecordPad on my computer. Client can hear my voice with all the background sound enhancements, until I press record, then client hears only my voice even though I end up with a perfect recording. Hi, I hosted a webinar yesterday. 40 people. All were panelists. Saving chat was enabled. Recording turned on. Stored in zoom cloud. The recording was saved properly but only a tiny fraction of the chat log was saved. We had a ton of chats and want to recover the full chat. All chats were public. Everyone from the webinar wants the full chat. We have hosted 100’s of webinars before. First time this has happened. Possible to recover it?
I have a robust online tutoring program in which I share my iPad to Zoom meetings. After today's forced update, I no longer have the option to share my iPad or my iPhone. What happened? How can I retrieve that functionality? I'm on a PC.

I recorded a zoom recording yesterday and it is still processing 24 hours later. Any idea how to remedy this? Any other recording I have done has taken only a few minutes to process.Many thanks
What determines the speed of conversion of local recordings. I regularly record and convert meetings on 5-7 computers at a time. I have various computers with various specs, but it seems like higher spec doesnt always convert faster. Which computer specs and settings determine the speed of the local recording conversion? For example I have a 5 year old dual core Lenovo thinkpad with 16 gb ram and 7th generation i5 which processes faster then an 11th gen i7 with 32 gb ram? Trying to figure this out as I buy machines specifically for this purpose
my doctor rescheduled a telehealth appointment, yet didn't seem to update her zoom to reflect the-- change in time. im the patientit was set for 7 am pacific standard time usa i consented to her apologetic email to reschedule to 12 noon pacific standard time usa she had a last minute family issue yet, i never got an update from the zoom calendar with the new 12 noon pm time... Usually what happens is am i going to get usually an update a few minutes before the reschedule with a New Invitation Link? tIA

Hello. I noticed, probably back in April, that the iPad app updated and the UI looked just like Zoom does on a PC. The toolbar was on the bottom, and most importantly, the Participants list opened in a separate window on the right side of the screen, just like on a PC. All of a sudden lately, the app reverted back. Which is HORRIBLE because when hosting a meeting on the iPad, the Participants list blocks half the screen! I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. has anyone else noticed this? And has anyone been able to get the PC-like Zoom update back? TIA! Christie
Does the Zoom PRO license have the interpretation function available by default or does the account owner with the PRO license still have to purchase a Zoom Webinar license to access the interpretation function? For context I will add that I use the Zoom interpretation function on our Business License, so I don't know what the current status of the Zoom PRO license is.
Hello,I am experiencing a problem during my meetings on Zoom. I start a meeting with participants, but I cannot hear them, even though it seems they are speaking. However, they can hear me perfectly. I tested it on Google Meet and I can hear very well, so the problem does not come from my hardware.Yet, on Zoom, I cannot hear the other participants.I kindly ask for your help, as I primarily work with Zoom.Thank you in advance for your assistance.
I am using Zoom on Windows, v6.2.6(49050)In the previous version I was running of Zoom, you could tap space, and it unmuted. You could also long hold space to unmute temporarily. This "tap space" to unmute functionality has been removed. Can it be put back in?Now it seems you have to use Alt + A which is much more awkward.Regards,AJ
I primarily use zoom with sharing my music in the background. I use the advanced screen share, share audio. I have done some troubleshooting and people on the other end can hear the shared audio with youtube and spotify, but when I open and use apple music, they cannot hear it. They used to be able to...this has happened only in the past couple of weeks. I can't remember if it was in conjunction with a recent update. Any help?

Is it possible to produce a Meeting Summary from a recorded session when AI Companion was not turned on?
When I go to create a document (in docs) from a previous meeting, the meetings do not appear when I click on "create from meetings" . It just says no meetings in the last 30 days. Which is not correct because I have had loads. Also up and coming meetings do not appear even though they are booked. My assitant books my meetings so there is possibly an issue there? Hi everyone! I'm trying to share sound from Reason (a DAW) in Zoom. From the other research I've done on how to do this, it looks like I should have a device called "ZoomAudioDevice" available for selection as an output device in Reason and other apps - but I don't have that. Is there a way I can install ZoomAudioDevice or get it to appear as a selectable device? Thanks in advance for any assistance!
Yesterday, two participants were unable to join my meeting. They received an error message saying “Host has blocked access”. For 25 others, this message did not appear and they were able to join without any problems.All participants are from the same country.What could be the problem here?

Linux cannot resize the participant screen or show more than 4 participants during sharing. When sharing my screen or window the participant screen (video of participant) is a fixed size and cannot show more than 4 participants at one time. When I am not sharing I have full control over the participant window and the contents are not limited to four participants. As reference:I use a single monitor. I run Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS Zoom 5.12.6 (173) Large screen monitor 3440 x 1440 Dell Latitude 5591 Any suggestions?
