Hey so I have been facing this issue for 2 days now. The problem is that when I am screensharing a video from my device, the audio of the video is getting echoed for the audience. I tried it with my mic turned off while screensharing but that was of no help. @ZoomZoom . I've looked up on google also regarding this issue but no one else had the same issue. PLEASE HELP ASAP "Sound distortion in screenshare" 

Hi, My porting order was completed today and I want to use it with my Zoom Workplace app. I have been in the administrator settings, but I cannot assign it to myself or any other extension. I have 2 licenses, but only one phone number available, which is one that the system generated. So I have two users, but only one phone. What am I doing wrong here? I tried searching and the chat agent, but I am getting nowhere and my company is not receiving calls!

I have a 24" 2021 M1 chip with Sonoma 14.4.1 macOS. I have seen the built-in FaceTime HD Camera work on every previous Zoom meeting that I have had for at least 3 years. Today it didn't load/stopped working. The audio worked just fine.I researched possible issues and did all of the things that might have affected it in Settings, Permissions, Camera, Appearance, Accessibility, etc.Camera is ON for zoom.us under Privacy & Security. The green light at the top of the screen is ON. The Zoom controls say that it is using FaceTime HD Camera.I have updated to the latest Zoom version 6.2.6. I usually use my iMac camera with a virtual background of one of my photos. I get a message that says "Virtual background is still loading. Start video anyway? and it gives me a choice to either "Use video" or Don't use video. But it hangs up on the video "still loading" and nothing happens. I have tried both buttons. Nothing happens either way. I am the meeting host. I need to be seen! Please help!

I've been having this problem for months, but today I upgraded to version 6.2.3 (Linux, Ubuntu) and it got much worse. I was recording a Zoom meeting and I noticed lag when writing on the whiteboard. I opened `htop` and saw that Zoom was using the CP.===

I just created a Zoom pro account for my business and want to customize my personal meeting link that includes my business name in the url. However, I do not see this as an option in my profile or personal meeting room settings. Am I missing something?  Can anyone assist? 

Hello,I have a problem with creating booking page "Any Host Available". I have added second host, but next to host's name there is yellow exclamation mark with the description: "Unable to access this calendar so attendees can't book this schedule". Contact the host to reauthorize the account or remove the host." My invited host has synchronized and shared his calendar. I have basic license with Zoom Scheduler. Same license has my invited host.Can you help me? 

I have added the Zoom Meeting add-on to my G-calendar, however, I am unclear what creating a Z-mail enables me to do, and why I would use that. Can someone advise, and images are better than text!

Hi All, Is there any way we can use the zoom timer in a zoom room without tying it to a specific participant? It looks like the zoom room controller doesn't support zoom app currently. Are there any third party apps anyone can recommend if the zoom timer app doesn't work? I saw one from bluesky but I have some concerns around an external participant joining the meeting and possibly exfiltrating information. thank you all

Hello, I have just recently downloaded the timer app for interview sessions that I conduct. During the breakout room sessions can the timer display to everyone. (Without me inside of the breakout room?) Or do I have to be in the breakout room for time display.

Can anyone help me turn off or stop the timer app on my zoom room?  I have done everything Zoom chat help suggests and it is not working.   

Hello,can i set the waiting room to start 5 minutes after the begginig of the meeting? 

Zoom has worked fine for me with the windows desktop app for 2 years. I was testing some headphones today and when I took them out the speakers no longer work through the app. I've tried uninstalling the app but the same issue exists. All the obvious factors have been checked. Correct speaker is selected (system speakers built into laptop)Speakers tested and work both through system setting and also if I launch a zoom meeting from the web clientSound is not muted or turned downVERY ODD is that when I use the "test speaker and microphone" option from within zoom the speaker test fails BUT the microphone test works and I can hear the microphone playback through the speakers.=/ I'm usually the guy my friends/family call for tech help so I'm reasonably savvy. This has me stumped! Greatly appreciate any assistance.

Após a atualização de [não] privacidade do zoom feita na semana passada, as telas compartilhadas da minha professora  ficaram pretas, só aparecem alguns itens, como algumas letras de slides, algum ícone. A única coisa que funciona, é a tela da professora, com ela explicando e um fundo atrás dela com uma imagem de paissagem.Uso Firefox, no linux ubuntu, uso ublock origin, não quero usar programa porque gosto de privacidade.

During a Zoom session, in low light, the host's face has two ovals with thick black lines around the face. I have a screen shot but couldn't figure out how to attach it to this. 

I have a laptop with a resolution of 3840x2160. Scaling is set to 200. Zoom does not display properly unless the scaling is set to 100. Of course, this makes the menu bar on the bottom of the screen unreadable. I've tried setting scaling properties for the app with little success. It did work for a while, but a zoom update broke it. 

Hello! I am running a zoom with about 100 people, many of which will be calling in separate from their video.We have had trouble with audio being in one room and video in another for those calling in separately.If I have participants select THEIR OWN room will that solve this problem?Thanks! 

I have been having issues for long with installing 64bit version on Windows 11 23H2.I am only able to install older version of 32bit, 6.20_46690build.The Zoom installation process simply disappears while installing, not showing up the message that indicates it has been successfully installed. It won't launch at all, although I see it in the installed app list.I want to use 64bit since I have many monitors and need to share screens.32bit will crash with 4k monitor sharing for online lectures. I had to work around by reducing 4k monitor to hd to avoid crashes.  Please help. 

When I do Zoom calls, the people at the far end of the table are blurred but the people closest to the camera are in focus. How do I turn this off? It seems like it's a feature that Zoom is trying to use to focus on faces but in this case when they are too far off, they remain blurred.

I am just trying out my first real webinar several people from Canada have told me they can't register for the event. It will only allow people from the US to register. I can't seem to find where to change that to allow them to register. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

In a large regular zoom meeting, people appeared blurry on the screen until they spoke on screen. We all had video on. There were about 20 participants on the call, all in different locations. We have never had this problem before. Is there something going on with the latest update? And please don't suggest we adjust our camera settings or zoom camera settings; I had a call with one of the participants about 2 hours earlier and they were not blurry at all,  using their own webcam and setup.
