I forgot to turn on AI Companion, thinking it would be automatically on (I had the impression this was the case with earlier meetings). Is there the possibility to have AI Companion to produce a Meeting Summary afterwards, based on the recorded session? I tried in vain to use an external LLM to produce a Meeting Summary but it needed a lot of information only available to the Zoom platform itself.
Hello, I'm sharing screen while teaching. Giving a text to read. In the same time i want to put myself on mute so the student dont hear the noise at my place. Couldn't find a way. I needed tp put myself on mute in advanced before sharing screen and then stop sharing to unmute myself. Some help please?
I used to use the NDI input on my Zoom meeting client a lot. NDI video always shows up as a camera option. NDI video used to be a Zoom camera option However, I can no longer see it as my Zoom camera option any more. Like this NDI Input no longer shows under the camera Should I do anything differently? or NDI is now only limited to Zoom Room subscribers?

As a solo entrepreneur, upgrading to a Business account with 10 licenses is a huge and impractical jump, given that I only need a single license but still require higher video quality for professional meetings.Many solo entrepreneurs and small business owners rely heavily on Zoom for their meetings, and 720p can be limiting in today’s standards. Competing platforms often offer 1080p without such restrictions, making it harder to justify remaining on the Pro plan.I believe adding the option for 1080p on Pro accounts, even at an additional cost, would be a huge benefit for independent professionals who need high-quality video without being forced into a multi-license business plan.Thank you for considering this!Best regards,
i thought my camera had gone bad. replaced it and same thing happens: mid-meeting, randomly, the picture (of myself only) changes from normal to pixilated and wider angle. if i 'switch camera" back to built in camera and back again to external camera, the picture corrects.then , randomly, the same error happens suddenly. usually 4-5 x/ hr.help please
The Whiteboard editing icons do not remain selected for next use.If I want to add text multiple times, I have to click the letter T every time, and change the color every time.The same applies to lines and pen.Why don't these settings remain as previously set?Am I missing a configuration?
During group meetings, I have the "gallery" view, but when I record the meeting, it is recorded in the "speaker" option, which means that the person speaking is recorded in full screen, and the other meeting participants are not visible. Has anyone faced something similar? Is it possible to change it somewhere in the zoom settings so that the meetings are recorded in the "gallery" option?
Hello, A number of our people run Zoom meetings in a recovery community. We're as subject to "bombing" as anyone else, and when one of us gets "hit," we try to get screen names of the offenders so we can share them with the group, to be on the lookout for these people. I got hit last night with three of them doing the usual jitterbugging all over the screen so they're hard to identify, and was busy enough that I really couldn't get more than one screen name. I removed them, one by one, and reported them to Zoom. What I'd like to know is, is there any way I can retrieve the screen names of the people I removed and reported, so I can alert the rest of our community? Not that this is any guarantee of anything... if they had two brain cells to rub together, they would choose random names each time. Are they recorded somewhere, or is there somewhere I can access records of people I had to remove? Something like that? Short of recording the
When using the dual monitors setting, can it be configured to only show shared content and not speaker video? I really enjoy being able to see larger views of the shared content but find it very distracting to have the participants video HUGE when content is not being shared.

Zoom recording is stuck at 99%. Work laptop was connected to VPN while recording was in progress. But VPN unexpectedly shut down the laptop. Now the recording seems to be stuck at 99%. There is a temp recording file saved locally on the laptop (video1239184949.mp4.tmp).Do not want to close out the dialog box that is showing the recording at 99%. But don't know if the recording is corrupted anyway because of the unexpected shutdown of the VPN connection. If that is the case, is there any way of recovering that webinar recording?

I created a meeting via the Zoom website. It sent me a calendar invite with the registration link, but the meeting does not appear in the upcoming meetings in my Zoom account.

I'm the owner/admin for our company's Zoom account and I regularly schedule Zoom meetings. Adding an alternative host has become impossible to set-up and I have to start the meeting and hand over the controls. They have a business license and their email address added to the alternative host section. It has not worked. Looking for a solution as this is has become problematic in our busy schedules. Thanks.
I just paid for the webinar service, but it is not showing up as an option to schedule webinars. The platform puts me in a loop cycle that puts me back to the buy webinar subscription page (which I have already purchased). Has anyone had this issue?
Is it possible to set up a face to face (on the computer) with my mother, who lives in Florida. Maybe something where I could send her a link along with other members of our immediate family just to say hello and chat about things in general. That would be great. I have to use this laptop but could the others use their Smartphones if thet wanted to? Wondering how to do this and what the cost would be. Thank you for the help.
I cannot get any audio through my speakers or connected devices when using the Zoom client on either of two new Acer laptops. When using the Zoom audio settings speaker test, I can see the graphic showing there is output, but there is no sound on the speakers. All other apps that use audio are just fine on both laptops. Every diagnostic procedure has been tried, including but not limited to de-installing and reinstalling the audio drivers and the Zoom client, and the problem still persists. Windows and Zoom versions are current. I have worked with the laptops’ manufacturer as well as the Geek Squad and others to diagnose the problem. All parties point to the Zoom client itself. I need help with this, as I cannot utilize my subscription with these laptops until the problem is resolved.
Hi, I have budget to use, can I pay my Zoom subscription in advance? So if my current subscription expires say May 2025 is there a way to pay again, now, and extend my subscription to May 2026? I don't see a way to do this on the billing and payment page. Thanks.
My Windows PC version background selection slide control is not responsive from the Video settings in the online window of the app. I am able to choose from selections I have already uploaded as long as I don't need to scroll down to choose one, and I am able to add new ones. It has been working correctly until recently. Now the scroll bar is frozen, and will not allow me to scroll down to other backgrounds I have uploaded. I have updated the app to the latest version, but the problem remains.However, it functions normally from the settings/background & effects in the desktop window. That changes the online background as it should.
