We've recently migrated away from a similar calendar scheduling application and are delighted to see the range of functionality in Zoom scheduler.One missing function we were hoping for is the ability to pre-fill invitation links e.g. to invite a client/customer to a scheduled call via an automation and have their name, organisation, email etc pre-filledThere are parameters it seems appended to any re-direct URL e.g. ?bookerDisplayName= and this would be exactly what we'd be looking for across all possible input fields.

Hello, recently I had a zoom meeting. When I tried to connect from my mobile device and laptop it asked for a passcode. When I tried to open it from my desktop it opened as usual. I tried open other zoom links from my mobile device and laptop, they opened as well. can anyone explain where have I done wrong?
Zoom keeps PAUSING playback of audio AND video in other applications Using Windows 11 and Zoom Version: 5.17.2 (29988). If I am in a meeting I cannot play audio or video in any other applications for longer than 5 seconds at a time. It's no particular application, ANYTHING that is playing audio or video (Chrome, Edge, VLC Player, Spotify App) all pauses every 5 seconds. You hit play and you get another 5 seconds, then it pauses. The only work around I've found is to start playback BEFORE joining a meeting and then never touch it.If I'm watching Netflix and it changes episodes, that counts as 'touching it' and it starts pausing every 5 secondsIf I'm listening to Spotify and an advert kicks in, that counts as 'touching it' and it starts pausing every 5 seconds I'm convinced it's got something to do with my sound card drivers and what Windows thinks is the default playback device. Hi,I am unable to schedule recurring meetings with no fixed time. There is no button there anymore (only daily, weekly, monthly). Now, when I am trying to make a new recurring meeting it says that my account does not allow it. I have a pro membership and have not had an issue with this before. Any suggestions? So far, the Zoom help person gave me a generic response (to click "no fixed time") that did not answer the question.
I have an Android (Samsung Galaxy S10e) phone, and downloaded the Zoom app a couple years ago when I was away from my laptop. Everything worked great. But lately, I can access meetings just fine, but can only get video - no sound. The sound is all the way up on my phone, I have checked the Permissions in the app settings,, and camera, microphone and phone are all checked. The only change I've made recently is that my selected browser is DuckDuckGo. Any ideas? Thanks.
I have about 16 poll questions set up in my meeting. When conducting the polls, it will randomly stop showing a Launch button to launch the polling question. First time it showed the first 5 with no problem, then starting with question 6, no Launch button. Next time it did all 16 without a problem. Then yesterday, the first 11 showed no problem, but starting with question 12, no Launch button. I tried closing the poll pane and re-opening it and exiting the meeting and rejoining. I'm up to date on the releases. When the launch button doesn't show, I have no way to show it (i.e. doesn't even provide a 'relaunch' option). Suggestions? TIA!
Hi, I have an existing meeting I just started. It's working fine, but I cannot see a 'screen sharing' option during the meeting. Screen sharing is enabled under admin>account management>account settings>in meeting (basic) Host only is checked (enabled)Screen sharing presenter view is checked (enabled)Disable desktop screen sharing for meetings you host is not checked. (so it's not disabled?)Disable screen sharing when guests are in the meeting is checked. (disabled). But there is still no screen sharing option when I'm testing the meeting as the only person (host) in the room.

New issue for rooms in use many years. Laptop connected to HDMI, Poly x50 HDMI in, shares video but not audio. Connecting same laptop to PC monitor with speakers plays audio. There used to be a setting for hdmi content sharing, audio enable, which seems to be what is happening. But I cannot find this setting anywhere. Need, A/V shared over HDMI to Poly x50 Zoom Room. Just updated Zoom and Poly software...
I just completed a recorded Zoom Phone call, and while I can play back the recording, I don't see a way to download the recording. The help articles seem to suggest that I should have that ability. If I unassociate with working live and resubscripe directly through zoom, will I retain the same meeting ID number?

Hello! Zoom meetings sent to me from people external to my company are not appearing on the Zoom app or Zoom web. Any idea why?How can I make sure those meetings appear in the Zoom app (v 6.2.3 that I access on PC and iphone) and Zoom web? Side note - I did see a post about a meeting appearing on Zoom web with "no fixed time" -- and indeed a meeting I created was set to that and I changed it to a fixed recurring time. But the meetings I'm referencing above were not created by me.
We have several apps that share links to pages and documents that are http: like but are for other apps. Example door://xxxxxxxxxxxxx or cab://yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. zoom does not recognize these as links and thus we cannot click on them to open. We have to copy the link and paste it into windows explorer. Is there a way to add prefixes other than http to generate links in the chat?
Apologies if this is blindingly obvious, but it is not clear to me whether transferring the host to someone other than the person who originally set up the meeting gives the new host access to the recording of the meeting. From how I read the documentation, it would seem not, i.e. only the original host will have access, but that seems unhelpful. We had a recent case in which the original host was sick, none of the co-hosts have access to the recording, and so the recording was unavailable until the original host returned to work. If she had transferred the host when she started the recording, would that have removed the dependency on her to gain access to the recording? Thanks.
Hey all, We are rolling out Zoom CC Chat at the moment - our team has been testing chat and SMS. For anyone looking to roll out these channels, some issues/bugs/features to be aware of. I'd encourage folks to submit feedback requesting these gaps be filled. (1) Agent Assets preview text renders dark gray on black when using Zoom dark mode (so you can't read text) (2) Right click disabled for Agent SMS and Chat text input so agents can't spell check/spell correct their messages (3) Agent Assets shortcuts and searching for Agent Asset isn't enabled for the initial SMS outbound event on the engagement (i.e. if your agent is initiating the outbound chat). For us it is really important to have this as we have standard outbound text messages we send our users. This gap means we need to store (in duplicate) all our standard messages (Agent Assets) in a separate place and have agents copy and paste them in to start an SMS. This seems to be madness. (4)
I have been running Zoom meetings on my MacBook Pro for years with great success. Recently when using my video on Zoom, my camera now broadcasts a green screen when no back ground is selected in the video function. The Zoom green screen button is turned off. The MBP camera works fine in other applications. I have uninstalled and downloaded Zoom with no luck. I would welcome any thoughts on how to resolve this as the video quality is horrible and disruptive. I have problems with sharing music, the people can't hear anything. We can talk and hear everybody everything, the problem is that when I share de audio of the music it doesn't work. It says: "Install the zoom audio device. Please, restart your audio sharing application, such as the media player, after install to continue sharing computer sound." and then it ask me to put my password.I did, I wrote the password of the Zoom and it doesn't work.PLEASE!, HELP ME!!!....I TEACH THE BIBLE EVERY MONDAY AND THURSDAY...I NEED HELP!!!
I was an alternative host on a zoom meeting & am trying to pull a usage report to see who attended. Is this possible? I only see my own meetings...

and I do not know how to find the meeting -- all meetings listed under previous only go back 30 days. HELP
I am using basic Zoom for GSuite. My Zoom meetings should be 40 minutes (and it says so in the upper left-hand corner of the Zoom window. Zoom cuts off at exactly 30 minutes. I've complained of this to Zoom's technical support before, but they never addressed the problem (they kept telling me to get a different account). I've wondered whether students joining the meeting before the host is counted at part of the 40 minutes. I have turned off "Allow participants to join the meeting before the host arrives" but I'm still getting messages students that students have joined the meeting room. Any ideas about what I can do?
