Still learning the new Zoom whiteboard. I teach college and use it during class. I used to be able to draw stuff (ipad, apple pencil) on the whiteboard, and then open a 2nd page of the whiteboard and draw more stuff, and I could switch back and forth and my class would see whatever page was on my screen. Now I can open a 2nd page, but what I draw on page 2 or page 3 is not reflected on their screens. I can switch back and forth on my ipad from page 1 to page 2 to page 3, but on their screens it only shows my first page.Also, I could export all the pages at once as a jpg or png with one click, now it seems that I can only export one page at a time. I could use some help.
Hi,Is there a way to prevent GIFs from autoplaying by default? Sometimes my team goes crazy with them and while that can be fun, it's also distracting, and it's annoying to have to pause all of them one at a time. If not, there should be, please add this as a user settings option. Also, is there a way to minimize or hide them from the chat once I've seen them? That would help a lot with readability and focus. My microphone and camera won't work on Zoom Desktop Client. However, it works on other apps, even Zoom on browser.1. I've allowed permission to Zoom Desktop Client.2. This problem applies to other cameras and microphones I have.3. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom as well as restarted my laptop, but the problem still persists.Does anyone know how to fix this?
I just purchased the Translated Captions as an add-on, and I've followed Zoom's standard instructions for enabling these at the account level. However, I haven't been able to use them... when I start a call (I tend to do this from "My Meetings" because I have a set of standard calls I do with clients) the CC button doesn't show any 'carnet' (little up arrow) at all (see below). When I try going over to "...More" and looking for translation captions there, as was mentioned on some of the other posts, there is nothing related to captions or translations there either. I've tried restarting Zoom, and I've tried creating a new meeting (rather than using one of my previous 'set' links). But I can't get this to work!HELP! I really need a solution fast...Thanks in advance!

I am repeatedly having the video out of sync with the audio, and it lags 1-2 seconds or more behind, which makes a Zoom meeting impossible.This is in live meetings, not recordings. This is on a new pc with fast wi-fi speed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom and run tests on the connection and the last meeting showing no issues
During my meetings in the Zoom client on Windows 10, randomly I hear "pop" sound effects. I checked and confirmed that this only happens during Zoom meetings. My current Zoom version is 6.2.0Any help is appreciated

Hi, I hope someone can help with this. We are a meditation group which opens and closes a session by having the leader ring a bell. The bell reverberates for a while- that is it produces a sustained ringing tone after the leader strikes it. However, this does not come across on the Zoom audio- there is a very brief sound when the bell is struck, but no one can hear the sustained ring.Is this a known phenomenon? Hi there,SOLVED!SOLVED!In my losing my way in the midst of what became a puzzle, I had forgotten to leave my DAW open.I am delivering keyboard/piano lessons online and am have difficulty with sharing the computer audio to hear the midi of the keyboard.I have tried several potential solutions, though as yet still cannot hear the sound.The midi works when going through Garageband.I've set up the midi for the Zoom input/output in midi settings on Garageband. When in Zoom I click 'share computer audio' and no sound comes out. The small box to tick for option of 'share sound' is greyed out. I have also tried going through my audio interface with the leads from keyboard to interface. Then choosing that as the speaker option. I've tested out the different options of sound including for 'live musicians' and get the message there's a problem turning it on. The sound is set to only me to share, not multiple participants. In a recent webinar, participants told us that they could see all the webinar questions, answered and unanswered. I double-checked my settings and it is set for Allow Attendees to View > Answered Questions Only. Has this happened to other users? Is there another setting that would override this one? Thanks,Mary

I co host meetings with a business account every other week. Meeting holds 80-150 people. I am the only device hard wired to our modem/router through COX internet (2000 up and down with 11-14 ping). During the meeting, our frame will freeze audio and video for 5 seconds, then says "internet is unstable" Everything is updated through my computer and zoom. I've restarted modem and did a power cycle on it as well. Is there something I'm missing? I assume it could just be the modem/router through COX internet and I possibly need to get a new one, but this shouldn't happen even with a cheap one as it's never happened before. Only at this location. Normally when internet starts to go bad the frame might skip and sound bad, but we only freeze for 5 seconds. There are times it happens once a day up to 6 times. Hello, Does anyone know how to completely disable the Continuous Meeting Chat feature in Zoom Admin? I found the option to turn it off at Settings > Meetings > Schedule Meeting so I disabled it but it is still active/enabled by default when creating a new meeting.
Our Zoom is connected to Lawmatics and the meetings are being booked through there. Some users have free licenses. One user has paid license. It seems that people cannot log into Zoom meetings, it won't let anyone in, even the host. What could be the reason? 1 hour meetings. Thank you!
Hello, We have an issue with Zoom phone on our Wi-Fi network and are looking for suggestions. The problem seems to be related specifically to Zoom Phone (as in, there are no reported issues during a Zoom meeting, or any other non-Zoom related network processes) This is an issue we have been able to recreate several times on Wi-Fi (issue does not occur when connected by ethernet) . Here is what happens. If a user is on our wifi networkZoom phone call takes 15 seconds before audio connects (dead silence for 15 seconds then everyone can hear each other)Call drops at exactly 2 minutes (almost to the second).Zoom logs report all green (as in no issue reported) but also no audio data is being sent or received from the user that is on wifi. We've been recommending users plug into the network but thats not always viable. Also this only seems to happen on our wifi (not when a user goes home or off campus). Anyone see something like this before? Any ideas welcome! T
For a few participants who are joining zoom meeting created by our licensed users, the option 'Poll/quizzes' is not visible on the Meeting screen. Majority of these users are using the latest Zoom Desktop Client version 6.2.3 This issue is also there for a few meeting hosts as well. The host is unable to see the Polls/quizzes button on the meeting page. Note : Under Account Settings> Meeting > Meeting Polls/Quizzes, the option is enabled

We have a location in a different state that is having sound quality issues. I'm new to the IP phone arena. We have the same phones here only we have bout 80 phones where the problem city only has 3 phones. Not sure where to begin looking?
Himy microphone isn't working in the zoom windows app, in other apps it works(for example OBS).i have the latest version of the zoom app: Version: 6.1.5 (43316)latest windows 11 update's when i'm in the settings Audio tab in the zoom app , it seems like it loopback my pc output into the microphone it records the audio of the computer for example if i play youtube video. i tried every possible solution over the netenabling the privacy access to the microphone in the windows setting noticed that the zoom isn't showing there, just showing an app called "NVM for Windows" accessing the microphone while i am using the app (i am using the latest nodejs version if it's related)should there be a zoom app over there?
