Hi. Whenever I'm on zoom meeting, I can't even go near my phone camera. This is annoying as sometime I need to type something (question, etc) but I have to put my hand away from camera. I'm not the host, so camera is unnecessary. How do I prevent zoom doing this? 

Hello, I'm wondering if someone else has needed to only share screen with one or a few participants during a meeting. I would like to see this feature in Zoom as it's very helpful for training using Zoom. I recently attended a live session where I was "an observer" but at the same time receiving training and would have loved to see what my colleague/trainer was doing on their computer while the client was responding. In this case, the client did not need to see internal notes and processes during the session. Does this make sense?

I'm using Window 11, every time when I'm in zoom meeting, audio speaker can hear the sound of speaker, but unable to hear the sound of music, nor matter how I'm adjust the system, is still not working, please help  

Can this option be set only to users outside my organization?

Hi All,We just rolled out Zoom Workplace and at the moment we have very small (hopefully growing) number of users doing anything with Docs.  I'd love to see examples of document templates that others have created or modified.  Is there such a place in this forum or elsewhere?  

I am trying to add  the LTI Pro app so I can connect to Canvas LMS. I pre-approved the app in the Zoom App Marketplace, but the "add" button is still greyed out and I cannot add the app to my account. I do have an Education account and have tried pre-approving it both for myself and for the all users and neither option has worked. 

Hello everyone, i have a zoom workplace pro subscription and even after turning on the toggle for HD recording, my  meetings do not record in HD. After conversion, they are 144p and honestly really bad quality. my Network bandwidth is also very good. So that does not seem to be an issue.Does anyone know a way around this and can help me with it?

My meetings are no longer moving automatically to "previous" tab once completed.  They remain listed under "upcoming" tab until the next day.  This only became an issue within the last month.  I have tried to find an option under settings to fix this as well as used the chat to seek assistance but no success.  Please help

During a video conference the light of my camera stays ON but there is no video. I checked the app camera and it is working, but not in a zoom conference. Can anybody help me?

When I connect my headphones to my computer, I can't hear anything and no one can hear me on Zoom. Zoom says that the microphone and speaker are set to my headphones, but it doesn't actually work. I thought it was a problem with the headphones (Bose) so I tried it with Apple Airpods Max, but I'm having the exact same issue now. It worked earlier this week, but then it didn't work today, and I haven't changed any settings between now and then. 

My boss has a Zoom account used for client meetings and he is the only user who hosts meetings. I am setup as Admin. I need to schedule meetings on Boss's behalf almost daily, however I do not host meetings ever and only occasionally attend zoom webinar trainings that are sponsored by our company's home office. I currently have to login under Boss's username to schedule a meeting and this sometimes causes issues if he is on a meeting when we need to login to schedule something. And when I do attend a Zoom Webinar it defaults to his account and shows his name and picture instead of mine. This is annoying and makes scheduling very tedious and sometimes stressful. I looked into setting up Scheduler Privileges and am more frustrated because it sounds like the only way for me to be able to do that is to add myself as a second licensed user and pay double the cost, just so I can schedule meetings for him. Hi,We have a company wide zoom account that we use to host meetings with people outside of our organization. This doesn't happen every time, but occasionally several people who join the meeting will all be assigned the name of one of our coworkers. I saw something somewhere else that we might be sharing the start url instead of the join url, but I'm unsure if that is really the root of the problem because 1) Its only a few people whose name is changed, not everyone and they're all using the same link to join, and 2) our coworkers name that they are assigned is not the name on the host account, our company name is.  This has frequently happened in meetings that this coworkers is not even a part of as well, and its always her name that is duplicated. Any insights into why this is happening would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

say, I have a recurrent meeting with some students. We created a zoom doc that is going to be our collaboration tool for ideas and tasks.The main question is: How can I share that document for good? I mean, Do I need to share the link every time? Do I have to share the zoom doc manually using the user email? Can I add it somewhere in the recurrent session?  Thanks a million,Ben 

Why do some events in Zoom Calendar show as solid blue and some are white?

We have a monthly board meeting.  Each month I would like to upload the handouts for the meeting and have them ready to share at the meeting.  I can't seem to figure out the best way to do this.  Our board packet that gets emailed to them is a large pdf file.  I don't wish for them to make any changes to the documents, just view them both online and in-person during the meeting.  Can I share a MS OneDrive with zoom somehow?  Thank you!

I can't see my zoom workplace on my PC. I can't find a place to share or sign in . I can't access it from my computer. So when links are shared I have to edit on my IPad and I would rather the PC.  What am I doing wrong? where do I go to sign into our work area? Why does it only work on my phone and IPad?

We are experiencing some inconsistencies with text messages going through on the desktop. The user will not be notified that the message did not go through. It simply will not send and will leave the recipient not responded to. Has anyone else had this issue?  

Hello. Our Meetings often run without a host so there is no-one to End the Meeting. Can I change a setting so that the Meeting times out after 30 minutes of inactivity?

Zoom stopped working in between a workshop and kicked out all the meeting participants. When the host tried to login using the same meeting details, could not do it. When host tried to create a new meeting, the status is shown as Connecting but did not start any new meeting. Error code displayed was 103033. Did this happen to anyone and is there any reason for this?

Hi,I have a Whiteboard which contains multiple locked objects. I want to be able to select several of them in one go and unlock them in one go. How do I do that? As far as I can tell:You can only select one locked object at a time and unlock it. Painful.You cannot select multiple locked objects even by selecting them individually. Frustrating.You cannot select multiple locked objects even by dragging around them. Frustrating.

I have a paid Pro account and since I enabled 'functional cookies', Zoom started crashing during meetings. Besides that, I cannot get to 'settings' to reverse the cookies situation.
