Hi Everyone, One of my Client is having an issue while moving the Zoom meeting in the Outlook Classic Calendar. After she moves the meeting and sends the update, the meeting update moves for 5 sec and come backs again as unchanged. Any help is greatly appreciated.PS: She is moving the Calendar of her boss from her Outlook.Thanks

I had a meeting today that I recorded. However, in a rush after the meeting, I closed all of the tabs which included the downloading of the recorded meeting to my computer. How can I recover that recording to review? I would appreciate any information. Thank you very much.
I am putting together a webinar in Zoom events that will include a number of short videos mixed among the live presenters. I don't see a way to cue videos for playing in Production Studio other than to screen-share them from a desktop. It would be much better to play the videos directly in Production Studio then to play them outside of Zoom via screen-share. Am I missing something? The other thing that I am hoping to do is to have overlays (for example, a transparent PNG) that I can show over an active speaker. I see the possibility of creating a scene in which a speaker is overlaid onto a background screen, but what I am looking for is the equivalent of a television chyron or lower-third. Is that option somewhere I am not seeing it? Thanks for your help.

I'm getting no audio on Zoom. I can hear them but they can't hear me. I get a dialog box calledChoose One of the audio conference options. Then in red: Leave Computer Audio Failed to detect your microphone. Please makesure your microphone is properly connected
I noticed an issue when someone is speaking on Zoom and another person starts talking at the same time, the audio cuts off on the other person entirely and you can see the person's lips moving but no audio coming out. This is an issue that was previously fixed but I recently updated Zoom to 6.2.3 and now this issue is happening again. How do I fix this or is there a way to download a previous version of Zoom where this wasn't an issue?
Hello. I am on Version: 6.2.0 (1855) and when I try to share my screen or a document with my meeting participants, I get a black screen. I can't see anything and neither can they. The only thing I can share successfully, is the Whiteboard. Any ideas?
The Zoom International Dial-in Numbers does not show up in the invite.I only see a zoom link.I did turn on "Show international numbers link on the invitation email" from the setting. In the actual invite setting on outlook calendar,I tried to turn on "telephone and computer audio", but it keeps going back to only " computer audio" can anyone please help!?? Thanks.
Is it possible to host a simulive and then invite participants to breakroom if there are questions raised during the simulive?
I record my classes to the cloud. I am in gallery view, and that is the view that is recorded. But when I am screen sharing, the recording shows only the active speaker. I believe my settings are correct: Under 'Settings' and 'Cloud Recording' I have selected 'Record gallery view with shared screen'.
It would make the life of many of us who schedule other folks meetings so much easier if we could: hit a toggle or select a drop down option for their hosting status (and to remove ourselves)make changes to this designation after an invite has been sent outschedule a meeting for others without it ever being on our calendar or making Zoom unavailable for our use
It appears that the Zoom Scheduler no longer sends an e-mail invitation with the meeting link to everyone when I schedule a one-time meeting, even though it asks me to put in their e-mail addresses. It used to do this. But now I have to create an e-mail and cut&paste the link into it. I want to send an actual e-mail to them, not just a calender notification. Was this option removed, or can I turn it back on somehow? I've seen conflicting info (e.g. that you can do this for recurring meetings, but not for one-time meetings). Can someone give me a straight answer? Thanks.

How can I access the full transcript, not just the Meeting Summary?
My wife has been part of a weekday morning Zoom for some time now, and has always had an issue where the meeting host often plays music at the start of the meeting. The sound quality of the host's song audio is really poor, to where you can sometimes barely hear the songs. However, there's absolutely no issue with his microphone when talking, even over the music. There are sometimes hundreds of others on this same meeting, none of whom seem to express any issue with the music from the host. I've gone and switched laptops for her and get the same result. I've turned off signal processing in Zoom Settings. (no change). I've tinkered with other settings on the laptop, improved the wi-fi reception, etc. I can't believe she's the only one having this issue if you were to say it may be from the Host's side.
Hi - whenever I screen share (joining Zoom from my Chrome browser) the microphone access is not activated when I screen share. This seems to be a relatively new issue. I've also had the same issue when I've tried to use Chrome from the web store (see image below). I haven't tried joining via the Zoom for Chrome PWA. I use Zoom quite frequently for presentations as not everyone has Microsoft Teams or uses Google Meet. This is turning into a professional disaster - would appreciate any assistance. Was not an issue when I paid for Zoom premium!

My last few Zoom meetings with a friend - he initiates and I join - his video is completely pixelated. He sees my video clearly, he sees his own camera clearly. I have tried uninstalling Zoom and reinstalling, changing HD to Non HD settings on both ends - no change.
I have recently create a zoom invitation link, but when i went to copy invitation the link is not the same as what i have created. (ie: the meeting code and passcode is not the same) is there an error or system issue?
I hosted a webinar today that's divided into 4 parts. I recorded the webinar, paused the recording during a break, and continued with the recording after the break. I ended the recording after the first 2 parts so the file would not be too big. I repeated the same process for the next part of the webinar. Now, I can only find the first part of the recording; the rest is gone. I normally do this for the webinar, and there have never been any problems before. I tried contacting Zoom support, but all they said was there were no active accounts under my email address when clearly I was logged in throughout my whole meeting. Can anyone please help ? 😞

i need help with my Zoom account. I've lost access to the 2FA and recovery key backup, but I still have my email and password. Currently, I'm stuck because the TOTP is blocking me from logging in. I tried contacting support through chat, but it was unhelpful. Any advice on how to remove 2FA from my account would be greatly appreciated.
