We use the Marketo and Zoom api connection. After the Zoom Event concludes, Zoom should report the status of each person that registered as either "No Show" or "Attended Live". For the past 6 months, Zoom has reported all registrars as "No Show" except our internal team. The internal team includes the event creator and panelists. In order for Marketo to have the correct program status, we have to manually refresh the data from Zoom. After the manual refresh the "No Show" and "Attended Live" status are updated and corrected. All of our lead routing and post event emails are trigger based. We need the correct post event processes applied to the correct status. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Why is Zoom not pushing the correct attendance data the first time? How can we fix this issue?
The wait time drop-down goes in increments of five seconds, but the shortest time is 10 seconds. I don't imagine we can change that value. What would be involved in submitting a feature request to allow manual input, or adding a 5 or 8 second option. We have multiple tiers of call groups. Our main line rings the first group. After 10 seconds if no one answers it goes to a larger group of people, but sometimes 10 seconds is just too long.
When I share a screen in a meeting, other participants see black rectangles hiding the part of the shared screen, which is the video and toolbar in my vision. https://photos.app.goo.gl/LEG1jwo82JmzHuYw9 I already tested many solutions by changing many settings (e.g., capture with window filtering, optimize to video sharing) to solve this issue, but it did not work for me. I would appreciate it if you showed me how to solve this issue.
I would like to program a multiple-choice survey - so far no problem. But I can't find a solution to set a minimum number of answers. While hosting a meeting when I share screen I cannot hear audio of a recording or youtube while my student can. Also when screensharing when I want to screenshot my entire computer screen turns completely black and also the screenshot is then black no error codes, I have updated drivers, windows 11
We have Zoom Pro and this past week it all the sudden said we are restricted from sharing our screen when we are hosting. We have checked all the settings per the articles online and we still are unable to share screens. Please help.

Hi folks,I am an admin on our Zoom Business account. We have administrator roles and normal member roles. When our members (teaching staff) deliver training on Zoom, they do a cloud recording. That link would be shared with the participants so they could watch it back online. However the participants would have been able to download the videos, so we disabled that option using the account settings. However, from time to time, we notice that we might need to download and edit a recording if there was some issue, then we would share that recording via Youtube or Vimeo. But in order to do that, we would have to go into account settings, enable downloads, download the video, disable the downloads again. With Zoom and all it's complicated settings and user groups. I can't seem to find a way that I can disable downloads for regular members and participants but allow downloads for the account admins. I just noticed a few new camera features have rolled out and I thought I'd try them. First, we finally can rename cameras without using regedit! Boundary framing promises to solve a problem I have in several of my rooms. I have a camera at the back of the room which zooms way in on a speaker at a podium. Sometimes speakers wander off to point at the big screen, so if the camera could follow them, that would be great!I went through the process documented on this Zoom KB and the setup went well once I found the tiny "set camera boundary" button. I zoomed in on the area where a speaker might wander, walked around, confirmed head tracking. It was looking great.I then tried it in a meeting. I started with manual framing, zoomed in as usual. I switched to auto-framing and nothing changed. I wandered off to one side and the camera zoomed all the way out (bad). I stood in my new position within the area I had set, and the camera zoomed back in eventually. I walked back to the podium,
I have done some reporting on the past quarter for the incoming calls into each of sites on Zoom.Our business model is we have open hours typically 8-5 Mon-Fri.We also do after hours emergency service.One of our sites is an anonomly, and more than double the amount of off-hours calls than any other site. So, we want to dig in to this data and export a list of the 520 calls we took aftger hours in a 3 month period vs the normal 200 calls in other stores. I cannot find how to export the actual calls. We want to dump this list into Excel so we can analyize the phone numbers and see if they are existing customers or maybe a political robot was stuck calling us over and over at night?Anyone know if there is a way we can export 3 months of call detail?

My screen is always blank ie white, unless I turn off video when the avatar is viewable. Device manager says camera is working. Any suggestions, please??
Essentially, I am not able to screen share my PowerPoint slides in full screen for my audience while seeing my notes for myself on a single screen Windows 11 laptop while using Presenter View. In the past, sharing only the full screen slides would work and then you could personally switch to your notes without any problem by following these Zoom instructions for "Single-monitor setup with slide show in full screen". Zoom has become a cluster #### of functionality. It's really causing us a lot of problems with integrations, clarity on how our organisation communicates and manages information sharing. At this point in time, the only reason we're still using Zoom is the screen share resolution and annotation. I have had my discussion apparently "solved" which is why I am starting a new one, it wasn't solved at all I know how to share a URL link to external users in a zoom meeting, however to use it (in their breakout rooms) they are still being asked to login to their zoom account. ~see attached image. I deliver training on Zoom to healthcare professionals who often use a work computer and can not login to zoom and have to do everything through their browser. HOW can a non zoom account holder in a meeting edit the whiteboard with the link???? thanks Liv
If you create an event and unselect 'require a passcode', Zoom still asks for a passcode. There are endless threads on this with no working resolution. Even when I enable a passcode once again, the user will get an email saying meeting details have been updated, but the passcode doesn't work there either. Is anyone actually using this?
hi! This is the second time that it happens: we record the podcast with the usual mics and settings, normal speed etc and still the episode plays my voice as if it were a ghost's. So slow, un-natural and low pitch. I sound like a man.I tried to play it a bit faster but then I sound like Mickey Mouse with a low voice. I tried to change it with Garage Band and no luck. I am using an iMac. Is there any reason why Zoom does that?I've been using it since 2018 every single day and we have not changed any settings. I am starting to think I need to move away from this platform as it's so unreliable. Thanks!
I will be hosting a webinar with 3000+ participants later this month. All attendees sign up for the event on a separate (non-Zoom) platform and then we register the attendees (via CSV upload) into Zoom. We are hearing from a disturbingly large number of attendees that they did not receive their Zoom registration confirmation email. The emails are not found in the recipient's inbox or spam folders. Having them search for emails from '***********' also does not produce the registration confirmation email. Resending the confirmation email (an incredibly time-consuming process now that Zoom has inserted a 60-second countdown timer between resends) produces mixed results; some attendees receive the subsequent email while most do not. So far, Zoom technical support has advised two things:1) tell the recipients to contact their email server provider and ask them to unblock all of the 50+ IP addresses that Zoom uses to send confirmation emails; what? Ha
Does anyone know if we're able to receive verification codes from 6 digits numbers (e.g., a bank) to our number on Zoom Contact Center? Flows and queues are already configured with this number as an entry point, really confused why it isn't appearing.
