We have a secretary who is a delegate for a managing partner. When she creates a Zoom meeting for him, and then goes back into the appt. to update it - adding add'l participants, changing the date, etc., the updated information/participant disappears shortly thereafter!  The added participants are never invited, and the updated information is never updated. Has anyone else experienced this? Any fixes for this? We have an open ticket with Zoom tier 2.  Thanks!

I use Zoom to teach. My students know how to turn filters on. It's super distracting for them. How can I disable the use of their filters? Alternatively, how can their parents disable the use of Zoom filters?Thank you.

Hi All:   Goes against everything but...  The boss wants an "ever green account" in Zoom where people have access to schedule meetings.  We had turn over/downsides.  I know I can manage turnover in the admin portal but that is not what is wanted.  All users already have licenses.  Maybe there is a shared calendar/meeting scheduler that I don't know.     Have others run into this want or provided such unique setups? TIA

Hello! Previously, I could join a webinar using just the zoom id number: I could write it down on the webinar registration page, write my email, my name and click to register. After clicking to register, zoom app was automatically redirecting me to the webinar. Now, when I do the same procedure, after clicking to register, zoom page just says that I was successfully registered and that's it - it does not automatically redirect me to the zoom app and to the webinar. I have to log in to my email to find the link to the webinar (and I do not always receive the email actually).  So, is it only with me or everyone is experiencing the same issue? Is it possible to bring back the previous easy and non-complicated procedure of being able to immediately join through the webinar ID by being redirected by zoom app to the webinar? Thank you!

I'm trying to send out a presentation recording, but for confidentiality reasons, I don't want the Transcript or Chat info to show up as both of those include participant's names.  When I go into the Share Settings, I specifically say not to include either one, and I 've made sure to save those preferences.  I've tried doing this several times, but it continues to include the entire Transcript and Chat.  I've tried sending it to another email not associated with my Zoom account thinking that might be the issue, but it continues to include both.  Can't figure out what the problem is....

Just set up my account. I can make calls fine - and can call my zoom number from my personal cell. however, no one else is able to call me on my zoom number; everyone receives an error - "call cannot be completed as dialed."  I've tried calling from several phones and locations. what am I missing from the setup? TIA

I am trying to record a presentation with a speaker shown in a thumbnail, same as what's shown in this how to article for 'Shared content with active speaker'.   https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0062314 I used to be able to do it but lost the control setup I guess.  Instead, I get a thumbnail on top of the presentation, but I'd like the speaker to be off to the side.  In my account under Settings >> Recordings, I have all the recommended settings from the article checked.  There are some settings in the Share Screen panel when you open it, but I can't find a description of what they do.  Perhaps one of them adjusts what's seen for the recording?

Sometimes Zoom wants me to authenticate myself before I start a meeting.  So they want to send an authentication code to my email.  My email does not work fast at all, and my phone is much better.  How do I change my Zoom settings to use my phone instead of my email for authentication?

I'm trying to invite a phone number into my zoom meeting. Once I'm connected to the phone number and clicked the complete meeting invite, it always says it failed to invite (phone number) to the meeting. Any help here? My co-worker account does not have the same issue and we've made sure that our settings are the same here. I am a paid pro account and paid zoom phone.

Hello all, I am wondering if there is a way to change/edit the Invite Greeting Message participants hear when they are called into a program. It currently says "Welcome to Zoom.  You have been added to the waiting room...."  I would like to add a sentence in that gives a heads up of who (Organization Name) is hosting the Zoom meeting. I know I can change the Voicemail greeting but we do NOT use the Voicemail feature.  It's the INVITE GREETING (via call in) that I want to change. Thank you all

Every time I try to set up a recurring meeting, it shows up as ALL DAY instead of the time i had put in.Anyone having trouble with this and find a solution....?

I bought a MAC book second hand and was so excited to use it, partially because I am a reiki master and offer virtual healing. I had used zoom several years before in my old sales job and much preferred it to Teams. To my horror, zoom wouldn't work. I couldn't understand it. I have discovered that the MAC book is banned as the previous owner obviously did something to break the rules. I have emailed and emailed and explained and explained and they still won't lift the ban. I can use it on my phone but that just won't work for healing logistically. It also proves I've done nothing wrong as surely my email would be banned as well and it isn't. It may be second hand but I spent a fair amount of money and it's not like I can take it back (the guy is in the states now I'm told). I think it's more frustrating than anything, I just want to use the platform as it would be the best one for virtual healing, I haven't done anything wrong but worst of all, I am just going round

I have had an ongoing issue with a 1132 error when I attempt to sign on to a zoom meeting from my windows 11 desktop. The auto replies have not been successful. After the useless auto reply, my problem is closed. Does Zoom technical support have a phone number. I want to resolve this issue which has been going on for too long.
