Is there a way to restore the ability to share specific screens (e.g. Screen 1, Screen 2) in the current version of Zoom Workplace? This is an absolutely crucial feature that has been removed in recent versions.
Hi!Last Tuesday I recorded a 2 hours meeting. I have never received an email after and when I checked this morning to see if it's still processing, it's not even listed. I know I clicked Record, It's not on my computer in the Zoom folder, nor is it showing up in my account. Can zoom support please? I really need it for work.thank you
I'm using a MacBook Pro, for work, and Zoom does not let me tick the box 'Use Dual Monitors' from the general settings. My Zoom install is company service desk controlled with jamf but they say they haven't controlled the option. I've tried reinstalling Zoom through the self service but that hasn't worked. My dual monitor is controlled through a DispalyLink 4k with the latest software. The Mac is 16-inch 2019 i7 16Gb with Monterey. Does anyone have any idea what I could do to get it working? Or, what I could ask IT to look for on their end? Thanks
The host receives an automatic email when a cloud recording is ready to view -- is it possible for all attendees to receive the same email?
I hope I can explain this properly. I would like to give one of my employees access to be able to make calls and receive calls via my business phone line. I'm sure I need to purchase another license, which makes sense but I'm trying to figure out the best way to it and to get them set up. I would like them to have their own login to the business line, which I'm guessing the license assigned to them will do. Am I correct in this assumption? and do I need to do anything other than assign them a license and login information?I'm not trying to give them their own phone number, I would like to just have them be an extension of the current business number so when they call out it shows as our business line and when they call in they will just enter their extension or wait and hear the option for their extension. Is this correct in my thinking or is this not even a possibility?
Hallo I had a Interview today that was really importend. I think that I interrupted by accident the download process after the recording. Now its not on my laptop and also not on zoom- also not in the trasch 😞Can somebody help me please? Is there any way I can get the recording back?Thanks for helping 👆
Hi, I have several recording in my zoom cloud. today, my subscription has ended. And i wanna watch some recording in that cloud but it seem i can access to cloud recording page. in this case, is my recording eresed or just locked? thank
It says you cannot join the meeting because the host's account is limited, error code 13215.
It seems to me that V6, grandly renamed Zoom Workplace, is a less than welcome regression as far as usability is concerned when dealing with recurring meetings. Recurring meetings are hidden as a tiny afterthought at the bottom of the calendar tab, which, while bad, would not be too awful if Zoom could synchronise with a personal Outlook account. Additionally, to add insult to injury, you cannot create recurring meetings with a No Fixed Time recurrence from the apps, and the ones that are created from the web show a daily recurrence. So, I would suggest that1) You separate again meetings from calendar2) Fix the No Fixed Time recurrence I am so peeved at the change that I have been looking for alternatives to use with my students. Hi all. I need to host a zoom meeting that will have approx 300 participants that I need to assign evenly to 35 breakout rooms. Is this possible with zoom meetings? We only want around 7 people in each breakout room.
Last week, I finally updated my Zoom app. Now it's Zoom Workplace. I don't know what version it is because I don't know where I can find that info anymore. Since last week, recurring meetings are hard to find. The option to view them is relegated to a tiny little thing under a giant blank square that should be the calendar. I don't use the calendar, all my meetings are recurring ones with no fixed time, so that's just useless space. Today, I opened Zoom and the option I saw under the calendar was not there. I missed most of one meeting trying to find where Zoom had hidden them this time. I finally clicked something (don't know what), and the option for those meetings showed back up under the "calendar". I'm tired of this. I don't use most of this stupid stuff Zoom keeps adding, but there is no option to toggle it off or mark it as less important or anything, instead I have to play hide-and-seek with my meetings every time Zoom decides they've had a bright idea yet again. 
I'm a licensed zoom user. Yesterday I started a cloud recording, then ended it about 1.5 hours later. I heard the zoom audio message as I started and ended the recording ("Recording in progress" then later "Ending recording" or words to that effect). After ending the recording I saw text saying "Recording is being processed" or similar. Today I can not find any sign that my cloud recording exists, it is not in the list of my previous recordings in dashboard. What might be happening here?
I'm having trouble setting up the whiteboard such that my 11 yr old students can access and edit the whiteboard outside of our Zoom class time. I have selected anything in settings that looks like it would allow me to do this. But, in the whiteboard sharing default section of the settings, it won't let me select "anyone" can access. It says "your admin has disables this setting" but I am the admin and I don't see another place where I can enable it. I have tried sharing the link to the whiteboard in my Google Classroom. Does the student need to have a Zoom account in order to access the whiteboard outside of class? Do they need to use the same email address to sign into their Zoom account that they use when they click into our Zoom class? Thanks so much!
I am on a zoom education account. According to the documentation, this should come with a personal meeting link (such as http:<mydomain>.zoom.us/my/<username>) and not just a personal meeting ID. Howeverthe field Personal Meeting Link does not appear in the setting for my accountif I try to start a meeting using the URL schema above, I am asked for a password which is different from the password for my PMI

zoom is now not able to schedule meetings without trying several times and then I have redundant meetings. Computer responds slowly if at all. Never had this problem.
Hey friends, After nearly four years in regular meetings using my Zoom Pro account, suddenly my co-host has lost her ability to record. The button is simply not there, nor is it an option under the "More" tab. My co-host can record meetings with other hosts but the ability disappears in my meetings. Nothing had changed in my recording settings but I went back to make sure all the recording permissions were correct but with no success. Still no recording ability for my co-host. Can anyone please help? Thanks,Girish
Hello, I have a series of three meetings on dates that do not recur by week (Oct 24, 29 and 31). I want people to be able to use a single registration that allows access to all three meetings. I can't see how to do that unless there is a set pattern of recurrence. Can anyone offer a suggestion? Thanks!

I have the following problem: I record my meetings on video and press the pause button when I install Brakeoutrooms. As soon as all participants are back in the main session, I press the pause button again to start recording again. However, the image remains blocked and only the audio recording continues. What can I do?
Bonjour, Lorsque je programme une réunion zoom, j'aimerais savoir s'il est possible (lorsque je commence à écrire le nom du ou des participants) que les adresses mails déjà utilisées auparavant soient proposées ? De la même façon que lorsque l'on écrit l'adresse pour envoyer un mail depuis gmail. Je ne sais pas si je suis claire, désolée. I use a cell phone for a second camera for my courses. I cannot work out how to ensure that the Zoom dislay window stays horizontal - sometimes it is and sometimes it is vertical... even though I set the lockscreen on horizontal.
