We have most of our employees on a soft phone using the desktop app, with maybe 10 users on Deskphones. When I create a Paging group and only have softphone employees, I get "Sorry we are unable to complete your call....". When I put someone with a deskphone (VVX250) it rings to them and the message is played after pick up. So I have a few questions: How do I get paging to work for those on a desktop app?How do I get it to page out to the deskphone and not have to wait for them to answer? 

Hi, I can use Zoom with two different email adresses. One is my private Zoom account (email1), the other is the account of an association (email2). The association's admin granted the roll member for me in the associations account. If I log in with email2, I can verfify by my email2 that I'm definitely in the correct account an not in my private one. Nonetheless I'm not able to see meetings the association's admin planned in the calender that is displayed for me then. Why is this and what can the admin or I do? regards, Andreas

I use zoom since one year ago,  with a HP Pavilion Laptop One month ago aprox. the shared sound gets super distorted to my sharees. Is almost imposible to hear music or a record of someone  talking from videos or simply shared sound from my computer.  I tested the share with other platforms, say Google meets, skype and Teams and the shared sound goes fine to the other people in the meetings.  I upgraded zoom, my laptop devices and windows it self with no results.  If I speak the sound is fine with the laptop mic or with my head set. I also hear fine others... The issue happens only when I share my  computer´s audio.  Does someone experience the same?  if yes how did you solve?

Hi, can you help as I cannot retrieve registered participants from hubspot, only attendees to the call; also when I check the registered names and email adress, I cannot export the list; the CSV file is only available for import. 

We would like to use EventCat in a Zoom meeting that requires attendees to register. How can we invite EventCat to join our meeting without having to register?

Hey Zoom, the AI summary of the clips are great, and I can't believe it doesn't create an AI-generated title yet! Can you add that feature ASAP? It is super annoying having to change the title of each clip from - "Account Name" Clip and Date - each time.

Hi allI seem to have lost the option to livestream through Zoom to my FB page.  I still have the option to my FB group.  I can't even see where I can check my apps on FB page anymore, as I can't find advanced setting. Any ideas please and thank you. 

I create scripts and PowerPoint presentations for my business. I record audio files to accompany the presentation, but I cannot set Zoom Workplace to record the audio file for the Zoom Clip I'm creating. How does one do this?

When my coworker shares their screen that has a PowerPoint presentation, I see the PPT slide on 1/2 of the screen AND his participant's view like in the gallery on the other 1/2 screen. Is there a checkbox somewhere that says to show the participant view also?Windows 10Thanks

After a Zoom meeting, the host sent the Zoom link so attendees could re-listen to the audio. However, the link expires in 30 days. I won't have time to re-listen to the audio of the meeting in the next 30 days. How can I download this Zoom meeting audio recording so I have the audio saved on my computer when the link expires? 

Can you download a recording to Zoom from an other recording program?

I am a music teacher and I am trying to demonstrate music examples by playing along with a track. First of all,  when I share audio, it is always a lot softer than my system settings. Whenever I hit the share audio button, it seems to change the settings in the system. Then when I try to play along with the music,  my microphone ends up cutting out. The mic also ends up being a little behind the audio.  I am using a scarlet 2i2 interface on a Mac computer.

===A very interesting feature for iOS users is the ability to natively connect the iPad via MacBook and draw on a PowerPoint presentation or open a new screen to draw during the presentation. I use Android - Samsung - and I've been doing some tests using Samsung Notes, using the S Pen on an S9 Tablet, but repeatedly, the image becomes blurry on the screen and I can't show the PowerPoint, unless I open and conduct the presentation directly from my Tablet. I need to run zoom reports to show who attendedzoom sessions from Aug 1 to today to determine who attended the most sessions.The reports option only allows me to run a report for one month and within that monthyou may have 4-5 reports. How can this be streamlined?

This may just end up being a feature request, but I would love to know if anyone has discovered a way around this? We have a large team that manages meetings, and on other meeting platforms, when you add a co-host, they can manage meeting settings, etc. In my Zoom Workspace Account, co-hosts can't even find/see the meetings in their dashboards. Which means only the person who created the meeting has the admin powers over it? This seems unnecessary for large teams. Is there any way to allow the co-host to manage settings in their Zoom dashboard in advance of the meeting?

Having same problem as unresolved thread started in Oct. 2021 titled "Microphone Constantly Switching".  The original poster says they accidentally marked as resolved but it isn't. The solutions suggested by Zoom Moderator CarlaA in that thread don't help. I too think this started as of the last update. Zoom constantly switches between the microphone on my closed laptop and my high-quality external microphone, popping up windows as it does. The microphone I've manually chosen in the "Audio Preferences" is the external but Zoom takes control and rapidly switches back and forth so that I come through so broken up that no one can understand me. I bought the external mic because even having my computer open and off to the side the built-in mic on the laptop doesn't pick up. The only way I'm able to use zoom at the moment is to run one session on my computer for video+speaker and a second as a call-in on my phone to be my "microphone." It used to be that when you scheduled a meeting via the Home Page Schedule tab, Zoom would send out e-mail invitations to all the attendees if you listed their e-mail when you scheduled the meeting.  (I'm not talking about doing it in the Zoom Scheduler add-on.)  Now, even though it asks you to input the e-mail addresses for the attendees the same way that it did before, it no longer sends them an e-mail invitation.  I'm trying to find out if I can turn that back on.  If not, why does it still ask for attendees e-mail addresses?Thanks....Paul

I am working on setting up SAML response mapping to assign users to user groups using the advanced response mapping feature of the saml integration. What I am wondering, is if there is an 'all else' or a 'not' identifier. My specific example:I want to split all users into AI Enabled group or AI Not Enabled groups. I have a SAML attribute that we use across multiple platforms for AI Enablement called "AIEnablement." It is a multi string value. If the string contains Zoom, I want the user in the AI Enabled group in Zoom. If it DOESN'T contain zoom, then I want them in the other group. So is there a way to either use the "Value Contained" section of the SAML information mapping to say Not:'Zoom'? If so, how would I format that?My other thought was, in place of that, could I set a group to be all member EXCEPT those contained in X user group?Any and all advice and thoughts are appreciated.

Hello, We don't want to turn on the option to record ALL meetings. However, we find that meeting hosts often forget to start recording those meetings that we DO want to record. Has anyone found a good solution for this? If not, where can I submit a feature request? Wouldn't it be great to have an option that asks the host a few minutes into the meeting whether they wish to record the meeting? Thanks!

I wanted a meeting transcript and recorded it to the Zoom cloud. When I tried to listen to the audio only, I could not hear anything. Has anybody else had this issue? I'm using Windows 11 on a Dell Optiplex 5090 and a Jabra Evolve 75 headset. The only difference is Windows 11 and recording to the Zoom Cloud. I usually record on my computer and have had no issues that way. I am a Pro User, and there are no error codes. Any help is appreciated.

I'm on the Pro Plan.I'm unable to remove the passwords for when participants are logging into Zoom calls with me.When I follow the instructions below... Sign in to the Zoom web portal Click Meetings in the navigation menu Click the meeting topic you want to update Click Edit In the Security section, select the Passcode checkbox Edit the passcode It will not let me uncheck the Passcode box meaning I have to keep a password on.

I am a tutor.  I want to share my screen with my students and enable them to manipulate the objects on the screen.  I enabled all participants to share.  Then I went into my settings and gave permission to share remote. My student was able to use a pen to annotate but could not get back to the cursor.  Can you advise?
