HiI´ve seen two cases regarding the option to deactivate the autocorrection, but this is not available in the newest Zoom Client for me in Windows 10.Is there an other way to disable the autocorrect.The colleagues that are using MAC OS can open with right click in the textfield the options for the deactivation but once deactivated but this isent persistant. And is this really needed to dactivate in all of the chat windows??Any idea?Cheers!
I'm trying to set up my website Zoom class but it's telling me invalid API credentials. I've seen JWT deprecated for the longest but the web designer said it's not an issue...now that he's ghosted me I'm trying to figure is out why I can't set my class schedule through my website anymore. Thanks anyone.
I have selected "Automatically start Meeting Summary for all meetings I host" but it's not consistently working; seems to depend on how meetings are created. For example, meetings created by Zoom Schedule or Calendly don't have it. Also seems like some older recurring meetings don't have it. Anything I can do to have a more consistent experience? I just want it to default on for all meetings I host.
I am trying to stream to a Facebook Group and since the 22nd April, 24 removal of third-party apps to do this I have to use a Zoom to do this. I turned on the ability via the switch on the desktop zoom account to allow integrations and apps. I did try to do a custom setup and it had an error so I removed it - and now the custom section is greyed out - I am beyond trying to work out what zoom setting needs changing. I have turned on and off the switch - reset the app - still nothing - any thoughts... Kind of desperate.
Hi, as of lately I find that each time that I start zoom by putting the link of a zoom room in the browser, it takes ages before the zoom dialog saying that the host will let me in soon appears....is it possible that this happens because I need to install a new version of the zoom client?I am also trying to install again the zoom client but each time it gets stuck at 0% without progressing (on Windows 10)
What happens is that the spearker test is not working, I can't hear any sound coming out. Mic is okay. I can't hear the notification sounds such as when a participant asks to join, or actually joins the meeting etc. It's funny that I can hear and talk with the participants normally, though. I've tried many things, nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
Hi guys, I run lectures from home, I have 3 monitors, I set up Zoom and Chrome Browser on half a screen each on my left, I have Power Point presenter view in the middle and the presentation on the right. In the Zoom window I have it set up to see the participants list and Chat window. I click Screen share and share the right screen (the powerpoint presentation) and instantly Zoom minimizes to the silly little floating window and I lose the chat window. I have to manually reopen the window every time I change shares to keep seeing the chat. Is there a setting (in windows version) to disable this auto minimize on sharing? Seached and can not find anything! Cheers, Dave.
Hi, Can someone confirm if Workplace Pro only comes with one licence? We have this account and need at least two people to be able to host meetings (longer than 40mins) independently. We thought this account meant we could do this but currently only one person has the licence and the other is a basic user on the acccount.Do we really need to buy another full licence? Thank you
Maybe a month ago or so, my colleague and I discovered a setting in Zoom that allowed us to customize the appearance of the app. There were a number of background images to choose from, and I selected a delightful vector-style illustration with leaves and such. Today I noticed my app is back to "normal" and the only customization options I can find are just the three different colours (Bloom, Agave, Rose) and Classic. Was I hallucinating about those additional customizations? Is this something that perhaps the IT administrators at my company have turned off? Or is there some other explanation?
We saved a recorded meeting of 1.5 hrs locally, and resulting video file is 4 hrs, and audio is delayed and waaay too slow. What happened and can the files be fixed? Thanks!
Hello, I teach fitness classes via Zoom, however I have been unsuccessful in sharing both my music through Spotify and using my AirPods as a microphone. It seems Zoom can only recognize one or the other but not both. Has anyone had any success with this or have a creative workaround ? Thank you!
I have paid PRO version. On logging in, I am blocked by a message saying I need to upgrade to the latest version and I should refer to our 'IT team'. But like so many users there is no 'IT team'. All paths in self help lead to circular non-solutions and blocks. This should have a simple answer. I don't know of any other platform provider which blocks a free system upgrade.
Since upgrading to version 5.16.2.22807 the video option is greyed out although audio works fine. My video camera works in another app. I am always a client but I need to see and be seen. I am just about to uninstall Zoom and reinstall. I have tried changing settings and rebooting my computer but this did not help.

Can I check if I'm missing an admin setting somewhere, please? I understand having a global block list but I'm not that happy about individual users blocking numbers on a whim. Is there are way to remove individuals having a block list ability?
I have already established a recurring meeting that meets monthly this year and want to extend to next year. Anyone have any ideas how to "add additional occurrences" to an already established zoom meeting so I can keep the same registration link, pin etc? Thanks for suggestions. Thanks,Hilary
Hello,I completed a zoom meeting where I interviewed someone for a school project. The interview had to be videoed. I recorded the meeting but when it saved to my computer, only audio is present on each of the saved files. Any advice? Is it possible to get the video or am I going to have to redo my assignment?
The Zoom Chat window won't hold new comments at the bottom of the window, it scrolls up to about 3 older comments.The bug causes me to repeatedly select the Chat window and scroll down for each new comment at the bottom of the chat window, rather than automatically showing the most recent comment.

Someone sent me an invitation to have scheduling privileges for their account. However, when I try to accept, it says: "No pending invitation, or you have already accepted it before." But when I look in settings it says that I have scheduling privileges for no one.
I am the admin of my account, but I can't turn on the AI Companion because it says lock by admin. What can I do to enable this feature.
Since reinstalling zoom now automatically connects with outlook to set up a zoom invitation and schedule it into the diary. I can't seem to stop it doing this. I have the box unticked in the general settings area which mentions integrating zoom and outlook but I can't see what else to change. I realise there is probably quite a simple solution but if anyone could help I would really appreciate it.
I am having an issue where if another person sends me a Google Meet link, the meeting details and Join button do not save and sync to Zoom's Google Calendar. For example, I was sent a meeting that was scheduled as a Google Meet, but I don't have a way to join or a link to click on in the Zoom workplace calendar. I know it will not join via Zoom workplace but it has no link to join at all.
Hello Zoom Community - Before the update I could make the Zoom meeting smaller on my monitor, about 1/4 of the monitor. In the smaller size I could expand the view of the meeting in the smaller window I created so I could see what the room speaker was writing and his charts. Now I cannot expand the interior of the view? Does anyone know a fix for this? I used to make it 100% or 50% now I have no option. This is bad as now I cannot enjoy the meetings. Does anyone know a fix to this problem?
