Hello everyone! I'm in trouble! I paused an important conference and then forgot to unpause it. Is there anything I can do? Or is it impossible?@zoom

After removing Fathom, my https://us02web.zoom.us/j/5614.... no longer works.  (I removed some of the url) I can add my Meeting ID through the desktop app and it works, but the url won't work for me.  I have used it a zillion times.  I click on Join Meeting and nothing happens.  Any suggestions? Thank you! 

I recently recorded a meeting for my class and it got downloaded to my Mac book but I can't access or open it. Can someone help me its urgent

I’m not sure how to activate my account to be able to sign in and access zoom meetings. I lost access after updating yesterday.thank you 

A few weeks ago I recorded a 40-minute long video but the recording was not sent back to me. At the time I used the Zoom workplace free trial so I could record the meeting but I have not received the footage. However, I know what it works because 10 mins before I recorded the long video, I did a short 10-second one. This video did end up being sent back to me so I could review the footage. Does anyone know how I'll be able back to get back that the longer video footage of the meeting? 

I work in TV Production and we did updates to the Zoom Mac computers on Monday. We have been getting these "Professional Audio Settings" pop up tabs on air. How do we get rid of these?

Hello! I know that zoom can be set up so that a company can engage in texting with its clients. My company currently does this. However, we have not been able to figure out if there is a way to mass text them- to send 100-1000 texts out at once with notifications, alerts, etc. Is this possible? Or is a third party required?

I was recently forced to upgrade Zoom. Now I have Zoom workplace as my desktop application. When I close the window it just minimizes it. Same thing if I right click the icon and hit "close window". I checked the settings and I see an option for "When closed, minimize to the notification area instead of the task bar" This seems to imply to me that the default behavior is to minimize to the taskbar WHEN CLOSED. WHYYYYYYYYYY would you do this?!?!?!?!

How do I post my name on my video profile for me to see

As a host, when share screen (e.g. powerpoint), I can't have the option to have half screen (powerpoint) and half screen (audience view) now. Yet participants did.  is there any function key that allow the host to do so?  This is an important function as having only one screen monitor.  The floating audience view often blocks the powerpoint presentation.  Any idea/ thought to resolve? Will Zoom add this function to the host? 

Him,   I am having an issue, when I go into a meeting and have my camera on, I see my camera light come on briefly then immediately go off.  My face does not show on the screen.  I have taken all the self help measures I can but it still will not work.   I have even called Geek Squad and have shared my computer with them for a good amount of time , but it is still doing it.  I don't know what else to do and I am losing jobs. Can you please help? Thanks much!  

Hello, We recently had an office order the Poly Edge E 100 desk phones. They are trying to add their coworkers to the directory. Its showing the directory to be blank. Is there a setting that needs to be changed on the phone or on the website? If so can someone please provide a step by step process for me.

For years, I used an SM7b mic through my UAD Apollo (Silverface with a thunderbolt/USB-C card). However, it's audio quit being detected in Zoom a few weeks ago when the "multi-channel audio" feature was added to Zoom. I've tried turning on the "Use specific audio input channels" function and selecting every single channel. Doesn't make a difference. The input level meter in Zoom's audio preferences doesn't move (despite being pegged on my device), and no one hears me in calls.

We are creating a custom registration for a webinar with custom questions we want to use for the event.  The downloaded .CSV file doesn't include those questions, only the standard information.  The only way to see the answers is to click on each name individually in Zoom which is impractical.  Is there anyway to get the custom questions included in the download file?

Hello everyone. I am trying to plan a meeting starting at 6:15 PM on the webportal. The drop down menu only has 30-minutes options, which I'm aware of. I can manually type in the exaxt starting time but Zoom doesn't take the changes made. It returns to 6:00 PM as the starting time. Does anyone know how to handle this? Thanks, Liva

I know you can import a register list into a new webinar, but I don't seen to have that option when I create a new recurrent webinar. Is there a way I can add a list of previous registered attendees into a new recurrent webinar series. Can they be added any other way?

I have got a Windows 11 PC at work. In the past, if I was talking on a Zoom meeting, I could hear other people if they talked over me. Now, if I'm talking, I'll see the other person's lips moving, but I can't hear them until I stop talking. In other words, it seems to be operating in half-duplex.I'm using Windows version (11 w/latest update), Zoom version (6.2.0) 46690, microphone\speakers (Logitech CONNECT conference speaker system) .Does anyone know of a setting that could cause this? It really disrupts the feeling of natural face-to-face conversation when it happens.

Hello Community, I am selling booking management system (SaaS), one of the features is zoom meeting, I tried creating a General App so my tenants can easily integrate their accounts. However, the process of verifying the app is very complicated and requires a lot of information that I don't have because it's a white-label app. What should I do? Thanks.

When I  try to join a meeting through a link or with the code, Zoom lets me see the video preview but when the connecting page pops up the charging circle stops moving and when I try to close the app it appears like I´m connected to a meeting. 

I recorded the meeting, saved the recording and have 4 file formats:txt file for the chat. All good there.M4A for the AV - but this is extremely broken up. Meeting participants voices start and then stop - mid syllable. It is completely unintelligible.M4P for the video is also broken up. And they are separate files - which doesn't really help if you want a video recording. Any ideas?

All of them are integrated with Zoom.When I create an event in any of my Google calendars (work, for example), it appears in Zoom normally. As soon as I add a Zoom meeting with the Zoom For Workspace extension, the event appears in Zoom duplicated in all of my synced calendars (personal, family, etc.), even though it only appears in Google on the original calendar where I created it (work).The same thing happens when I schedule a meeting directly with Zoom on any of my synced Google calendars. Zoom duplicates it in all of my other synced calendars, even though it only appears in Google on the original calendar where I scheduled the meeting.Any ideas?Thanks

Hi, I have a lot of Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. I cannot find "Virtual Backround" option on Zoom App. I've checked the requirements of the Virtual Backround, and there it seem matched it's configuration except GPU CPU. Hello all, why need install of Zoom Workpalce a TLS 1.1. This protokoll is End of Life up to October 2024.

On a conference call, we have people working in the office and at home. In the office, we usually connect one of the computers to a speaker. This prevents Zoom from recognizing the person speaking and pin him or her automatically. I would suggest to continue "listening" and pin even if the person is muted.
