Hi everyone, I've recently run into issues on playing back a Zoom recording. In the Zoom recording folder, there is an xcode_error log which I have not seen before. The first half of the playback is fine, up until a certain period. The playback issues come in 2 stages:Video freezing/ stutter, audio remainsVideo freezing/ stutter, then audio replaying too quickly (at least x2 speed)During the last minute of the playback, things return to normal. Zoom does not detect my headset (neither as a microphone or as a speaker) and I cannot use any headset.Apparently it might be related to the Intel Smart Sound Technology for USB Audio but I can't solve the issue.My Zoom had always worked fine with all sorts of headsets until recently (and I haven't changed anything in my PC or Zoom settings).Please help, I use Zoom on a daily basis for conference and now I can't!
Hello Team! I have a suggestion that could enhance our mobile demos. It would be great if we could incorporate a virtual background with an iPhone bezel. This idea was proposed by a member of my team to create a more immersive TV experience during our demos. g an iPhone bezel to make the TV experience more immersive.
I have a scenario where a zoom meeting was created with email containing a subdomain . When the user tried to log in with alias domain it showed an error saying `Waiting for Host to start the meeting` now the user logged in to zoom app email used to create the meeting but still faced the same issue. The user tried to login and logout multiple times and still faced the issue. The meeting was listed in the Upcoming meeting tabs for both the email accounts. How can this be fixed?

I have tried a lot of ways to minimize the 'Please wait for the host to start this meeting' window. It is annoying and I cannot watch anything until the meeting starts because the popup blocks quarter of my screen. Please help!
I record interviews locally. I cut my mic and cam. I ask my interviewees to wait for 3 seconds before answering the question. Still I miss the images of the first words of the interviewees. Is there a way to record only the cam of the interviewee? Or how do I get all the images of everything they say.

When I start a webinar with a practice_session, I receive a "webhook.started" event. Fine. I would like to receive a new one, "webhook.started" or at least a "webhook.updated" when the client pass it as LIVE from the Zoom webinar UI. The point is, our app must have different behavior at the start of the webinar practice session, then when it goes live. Is there a way to catch the click of the author when it runs the "Live" session/leave the practice_session to go Live ? Thanks

zoom workplace version 6.1.12(46889)yesterday i attend the meeting to provided the link by manager and in between meeting my manager provide the permission access to recording the meeting. new and unknownly close the meeting without stop and store the meeting video, i read the documentation to check my storage path does not exist, please help to recover the recording video
Hi all, this is my first post on here and hoping you experts in the room can help. I'm setting up Whiteboards in advance for facilitation during meetings. When I share it, the images resize and move and it doesn't stay how I set it up so have to spend time moving it. Is there anyway to avoid this happening? Thanks in advance 🙂

How long does Zoom store a meeting summary? I'm using the Zoom Meetings REST API endpoint to fetch the meeting summary of a meeting instance. It'll be helpful to know what's the retention policy for the same. The endpoint I'm using is - GET `/meetings/{meetingId}/meeting_summary`

Hello - I have a Pro account that is paid in full and it still will not let me schedule past the 40 minute mark. I have asked for help from the ZOOM desk with no response and I have an important meeting tomorrow. We use the Meetings SDK, a few months ago we upgraded from v2 to v3.8 but today we got an email saying "we have identified that your application is running a version of the SDK that will be retired" This comes as a surprise as we use 3.8 of the web sdk, and never used 2.17 at all (so it wouldnt have been working for months if that was the case). Is zoom mis-identifying what accounts are using old SDKs, am I taking crazy pills, is there any way to get more information about what and when the old SDK was used? Thanks,Tim
We installed the Pardot App through Marketplace 3-4 months ago. Things seemed to be working correctly until now.Recently we've begun having a problem where we are unable to select the Pardot registration/attendee/absentee list. When we try to access the page, by going to: Webinars > selecting a webinar > More > Configure, the page where you can select these items pops up on the screen for a fraction of a second, then disappears. Leaving the screen with some gray bars. We can't think of anything that we've changed recently that would have this affect. Any ideas are appreciated.
I have access to all meeting transcripts, however, when I try to see the second page of my meeting transcripts, it gives me a temporary (goes away) error message "the system could not process your request at this time." I have tried 2 browsers, and the error is consistent. Out of all my transcripts, I can only access the ones on the first page. the rest are not loading when I click the next page. Is there a fix to this?
I use Zoom everyday to share my screen from my Macbook to my work desktop to the screen (I'm a teacher). Today, I noticed that it was not only switching sharing between my Firefox windows (not tabs, but actual windows) and then also to test, it shared with Finder. This worries me because I often have sensitive student data (like work emails or IEP's). Restarting Zoom ended it, but it scares me that it even happened in the first place. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
Some clients and coworkers have issues with my head movement when I walk on the treadmill during Zoom meetings. Can anyone recommend video stabilization software I could use to resolve? I use an HD Pro Webcam C920. If software won't resolve is there a recommended camera that would resolve.

Despite having a high-speed fiber internet connection, I’ve been experiencing frequent audio and video freezes during my Zoom calls. I have tried restarting the router and checking for firmware updates, but it didn’t solve the problem.
