I am using Zoom 6.0.11 through an enterprise license. A while back I noticed a New Share option when sharing the screen which allowed the host to immediately jump from one screen or source to another without needing to return to the main meeting room. I no longer see th
We hold a lot of recurring meetings in blocks of 6. When the last occurrence has occurred of that meeting, we may extend by another block of 6. The upcoming meetings tab used to display '5 of 6', '6 of 6' etc so that we could see see that we had to decide whether to extend the sessions or not. I can no longer see this on the upcoming meeting tab. I use the web version of Zoom.
Can I recover deleted recording. I have already delete from recycle bin also
I wanted to inquire if there is a way to create a live Zoom Phone status dashboard in Power BI or ServiceNow. I’m interested in having a single dashboard that displays the live status of all Zoom desk phones, trunks, active users, and license utilization.Any guidance or resources you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I am hosting meetings using an HP 250 G9 Notebook and a Meeting OWL Video Conference Camera. The computer and OWL have been updated to the latest versions. Under Audio settings I have turned the volume of the microphone up to maximum, unchecked "Automatically adjust microphone volume", and set Zoom background noise removal to "Low". "Original sound for musicians" and "Live performance audio" are both unchecked. Audio for the remote users is garbled; it is difficult to understand what someone in the meeting area is saying. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I use a Lenovo Ideapad computer, have the latest version of Zoom, and use the whiteboard for educational purposes. Every time I insert a video into the whiteboard, it doesn't allow playback; I have to stop sharing the whiteboard, go to YouTube, show the video, and then go back to sharing the whiteboard. Why does this happen?
I'm using a MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2019) with the intel i5 processor. My zoom client and macOS are fully updated to the latest versions. I have "Suppress background noise" set to "High" and have had it this way forever. The "Show in-meeting option to enable Original Sound" is no checked in my audio settings. Any yet, it seems that background noise suppression is not working, when I'm using the MacBook speakers/microphone or when using Apple earpods with their mic. It worked fine up until a couple of months ago. Now, my zoom room members can hear people talking in the offices, hallways, etc. that are next to me. I've tried it all, so it seems, and can't figure out why it isn't working. Anyone else out there have a solution?
As the topic indicates, I have the background noise suppression set to HIGH. This is meant to drown my typing sound in a call. But everyone can still hear me typing loudly. I also have Original Sound ON. Is that an issue? What should I do to be able to take notes?
This doesn't seem possible currently, but I would like to be able to create "breaks" in the business hours in Zoom. For example, I would like to be able to set my hours from 8am to 12pm, and 1pm to 5pm, each day so my phone doesn't ring while I'm on lunch. Granted, I can set to DND but I have a more unique example where that's not the best option. We are a university and faculty have different class times where they don't want to receive calls on their computers while in class. Sure they can set DND while in class, but if they don't remember to set it, they will get a call in the middle of class. It seems like it would be useful to be able to set multiple business hours for each day. Does anyone else have a suggestion?
I am trying to make a registration form for my zoom meeting. While I was able to add the banner an logo for the design, I can't seem to make the description I placed for the banner and logo appear. Any fix on this? Thanks!

Hi, due to security concerns we discussing deactivating our Outlook EWS for external. We use Zoom Rooms with Outlook Calendar integration. So the question is, does Zoom Room need external EWS? And is it possible to name a source IP so that we can build network rules to protect the EWS? Thanks and regardsChris

I have created a Zoom Event. There are two ticket types- in person and virtual (both free). Attendees have already registered. The main meeting sessions are plenary sessions and have been added to the agenda- everyone is invited to those. There are about 8 smaller meetings happening over two days that I am adding now (four concurrently one morning before the main meeting and four the next) that not everyone is invited to. I thought I knew how to do this- I created the meeting in Zoom, clicked hide from agenda (or whatever that setting actually reads), and then looked for a Zoom link to send to the virtual attendees so they can join. There is no link though, and I can't tell what happens to the session if it's hidden from the agenda. Obviously I can still see it on the back end, but how do people join it if they can't see it? How do I make the settings so some people can see it? There are about 60 attendees who should have access to the smaller meetings- some just one but some will be i
We are new to zoom, however we are having a difficult time answer the phones from our headsets using zoom desktop application. We are in an office where we are not always in front of our computer to answer from the screen. We are using 4 different kinds of headset in the office and no one is able to answer from the headset. Is there a setting that needs to be turned on? I would guess there has to be a way to answer with just a headset from the desktop application. any help or suggestions would be very appreciative.
We are hosting a company charades party on Zoom utilizing breakout rooms. The actor needs to communicate with the host directly via chat. is this possible? Also, we have enable the "chat to anyone" feature but the participant in the breakout room can't seen me to send a message to the host. How can we make that happen?
How can I hide the number of participants in a meeting. Only the host should see the number. Thanks for feedback
Since Zoom Support is basically non-existent (multiple hours in now with a support person basically asking me to try a different browser and no follow up), I'm here for help. I recorded an hour long video meeting and saved it to the cloud. I go to my account, and there is the meeting along with video, audio and a text file (two messages were sent in chat). I hit download and the only thing that downloads is the text. I try again and again and again. Same result. I go to a new browser, clear cookies, clear cache, sign out/sign back in. Same result. I have tried on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Chroe Mobile. Same results. I deleted the text file in hopes that it would then download the others. Same results. Tried to just solely download the audio. Same with video. Same results. When I click the downloads, nothing happens. When I click on the file or share the link, it takes me to a new page with a video player that has an X over it and it says, "The media could not be
When I join someone's Zoom room for the first time, it takes a loooong time to connect—like about 2-3 minutes. After that first time joining, Zoom joins the room in about 10 seconds. I am using the latest version of the Zoom app 6.1.11 (39163) on a 2023 MacBook Air (Apple M2 chip), running Mac OS Sonoma 14.6.1. At various times I have tried closing all open apps, restarting my computer, and restarting the Zoom app. Is there something else I can try? Thanks! Josh
I have a wired connection to the internet. I do not use wifi and do not want to. I am experiencing "Your Internet Connection is Unstable" too constantly. I have made sure to have as little running in the background as possible. As well, I usually have from 1 to 25 additional people on at the same time as me during some of the meetings. I need help because connecting online is critical for my business and this issue is causing a loss of revenue.
Hello Hive Mind! I had an idea and I'm not sure if it's even possible. I have a conference for which we will be using PowerPoint and Zoom. I thought it would be convenient to just embed a Zoom window inside one of the PowerPoint slides to make life easier. This way we're not bouncing between the PowerPoint and the Zoom. Is this within the realm of possibility ? Thanks so much!
We have discovered that unregistering an attendee actually moves them to the denied/blocked list, which prevents them from re-registering themselves again if they decide they can attend after all. Why in the world would Zoom move an unregistered attendee to the denied/blocked list, simply because they have canceled their registration? If someone cannot attend a live webinar that has limited capacity, we want them to free up their seat for someone else. This doesn't mean we want to deny/block them. Additionally, because we have an integration with Zoom from our learning management system (LMS), this causes loads of issues for us and our thousands upon thousands of customer-learners. If an unenrolled learner decides they can attend after all and re-enrolls, our LMS sends the enrollment data, but Zoom blocks the re-enrollment. This results in a disconnect in enrollment status between the LMS and Zoom. The learner thinks they're enrolled because they see t
