Hi, I join Zoom meeting, participant cannot hear me but I can hear them. I have run Windom updates and reinstall Zoom application. Still it doesn't work. Any idea how to resolve this ? Thanks.
Help! Attendees in the waiting room are able to see who I am currently in a meeting with when they enter the waiting room. How do I fix this? It is violating privacy .
I can't get AI Meeting Summary to work with my Zoom meetings. The Meeting Summary and/or AI Companion icon never appears.Our license is for Zoom Workplace Business and I have confirmed that AI Companion is included in this license. I have triedturning on and off Meeting Summary automatically in settings. I have tried this with Scheduled meetings and with impromptu meetingsWhile creating a scheduled meeting, under the options section, I do not have a Meeting Summary optionI have tried turning on every AI Companion option availableI have tried creating completely new meetings after every change to test. All my tests are in the most up to date Zoom Workplace app (version 6.2.3)Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you,Cody

Hello there, I'm on the Mac, and I'm running the very latest version of Zoom. When I got into my Zoom settings, and I click on "Background & Effects", I have no filter options. I only have the ability to set virtual backgrounds, but I have no ability to set filters. I am the Admin of this account, and video filters are enabled in my account. Does anybody know why I am missing the filters? Thank you!Scott
I currently use Zoom Workplace which is link to my google workspace account. Since my email is subscription, what is the max length for meeting record compared to regular account? and will my recorded video upload to cloud?
I'm on the Zoom Basic Plus plan which gives me 4 extensions of 40-min meetings per month + 1 gb of cloud storage. That said, I can't seem to figure out how to delete cloud recordings? The options that were there when I was paying for the pro plan simply aren't there now. I used to be able to go into recordings and check the box next to the ones I wanted to delete. I don't have that option anymore. When I click on the 3 dots to delete from there, "delete" isn't in the menu. It only allows me to download. Help!
We create multiple single session events usually 20 a month with anywhere between 250 to 1200 registrants or pre-registrants per event.Sometimes people leave companies or want to be removed from all events and we are having to log into each event and look for them under orders and registrants. Considering GDPR it should be easy to remove a registrant from all events.It would also be useful to look and see what events each registrant registered or attended. Currently you have to download reporting or pull info via API and hold it in a separate platform. Is this a design feature that is being considered, and would others find it useful?
I have used Zoom countless times as a participant, only occasionally settingmeeting up myself. But I find myself needing to do the following and can'tfigure out how to do so. All attempts fail in one aspect or another. And as is my habit I seem to have a question that doesn't appear in the FAQs! Anyone able to give me step by step instructions?I want to:- Make a meeting for every Tuesday at 8:30am- duration of 40 minutes so within the free limit- for it to repeat every Tuesday in perpetuity until cancelled or changed- for any participant to be able so start the meeting at the appointedtime, so I nor anyone else has to be there every week.- Be able to furnish participants with one URL (I'd shorten it usingTinyURL) that will always be the same to get around the 'have I got theright link messages' that go around eating up valuable minutes in everycall!I (and all other participants) have the free version of Zoom Workplace. Imention this in case to do what I want requires a paid for licence
Your new interface is crap! Moving the control to the bottom of the screen in the center makes it nearly impossible to use the controls when your iPad is on a tripod. Having the Pause and Stop buttons so close together makes it very difficult to pause and re-start. Twice I have lost meeting recordings because trying to hit Start with them so close to the tripod mounting it has stopped my recording and I've lost two meetings. You changed your name and the change is exactly what you no longer are: professional for business use. You had a very logical and clean working set of control before. You have taken all confidence I had in the product away.

I am using Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS, updated to latest version.I have Zoom installed with snap and flatpak (both versions).Zoom was working perfectly untill some days ago, when suddenly it started to fail.It fails when I join a meeting. I have a Macbook Air with Sequoia 15.0.1 operating system and for about two months, the zoom screen image replicates on all 9 desktops of the Mac! Does anyone know how to see it only on one of the desktops and leave the others free?
I have developed an account-level Zoom app to manage meeting registrants by adding and removing customers. Recently, I encountered rate limiting errors. Based on my understanding, my current Zoom Workplace Pro account limits me to 3 requests per registrant and a total of 100 API requests per day. I noticed that the Business plan offers higher rate limits, but the specific details aren't clear. If I upgrade to the Business or Business Plus plan, will the API rate limit for adding and updating meeting registrants increase? If so, what are the limits? Are they just limited to a set amount of requests per second or do they still have an overall daily limit? Thank you
Guten Morgen, seit über 2 Jahren nutze ich die Aufnahmefunktion von Zoom. Leider habe ich seit kurzem folgendes Problem: Sobald ich die Teilnehmer in die Breakouträume schicke, pausiere ich die Aufnahme. Sobald die Teilnehmer wieder im Plenum zusammen kommen, beginne ich erneut mit der Aufnahme. Leider wird seit kurzem nur noch die Audio Spur aufgenommen UND ein Standbild. Hat jemand schon mal das gleiche Problem gehabt? Wie kann ich das lösen, so dass Bild und Ton aufgenommen werden? Liebe Grüße und Danke für den Support
Our business uses contact center for our intake calls. Part of our intake process requires merging calls so that one operator, the client on the phone, and a manager can be merged into the call. This used to be an option with a merge call button. Now there is only an add call button where the only options are to warm/cold transfer instead of merging the call. Has anyone found a setting or work around for this?
Hello, I am rolling out chromebooks as thin clients to our end users. We're using the Citrix Workspace app natively on ChromeOS. When I launch Zoom from within the VDI, the audio quality is very poor and the camera is not accessible. In the past, we had used the VDI plugin app to allow zoom to use the local system resources. There's a VDI plugin available for almost all platforms, but I am not seeing ChromeOS. Is there a way to improve the user experience on Citrix VDI via ChromeOS? Will a plugin be available in the future?

Hi, MacBook Pro 16" (2019) macOS Sonoma (14.4.1), Zoom (latest). Sometimes (!) when someone shares his screen with me I realize that I can not maximize the window, which is showing the shared screen. Then I realize, that Zoom does not accept any klicks from me, I even can't quit it. I have to kill and restart Zoom. Is this a known problem? How can I fix it?

I attend a daily Zoom meeting with a company and just started having a problem a few days ago. When I select to use computer audio, my wired headphones just click and pop repeatedly and it appears the audio source (Jabra Evolve) is enabling and disabling constantly. This doesn't happen with any other Zoom meetings I have with other companies and groups, only this one. I've tried disabling all other audio devices and that worked the first time but it happened again the very next meeting and all since then. I'm using free Zoom Workplace if that makes a difference.
