Can I buy the whiteboard plan for $2.49 a month while I am on the basic free tier plan so that I can only use the whiteboard feature and create more than 3 boards? While I was trying to buy, it was asking me for number of licenses. What does number of licenses mean? My expectation is that if I buy a license, then I should be able to free create how many ever boards I want, share them with other individuals and they should be able to edit those boards. Is that possible under the $2.49 whiteboard plan?
I recently bought an ipad (10th Gen) to use for travel purposes. However, when I start a meeting on the ipad, I can't see anyone in my meeting room and they get a message "waiting for host to start meeting." If I then go to Zoom on my computer, I see a message asking if I want to switch the meeting from my iPad to my computer (which isn't what I want to do). If I close the meeting on my iPad and start it on my computer, I can transfer it to my iPad. But the whole point of having the iPad is not needing to bring a computer with me! FYI, I use a waiting room feature and usually it will tell me when someone is in my waiting room. Thanks for any help you can provide
I finally caved in and upgraded to the Paid Pro version yesterday. After I did it, it logged me out of all of the devices, but it did not let me log back on. It lets me log back on to my Macbook, but not on my iPhone app, and even on the Macbook, it keeps signing me out after some time and keeps it from staying logged on as I used to be able to keep on. I do not have SSO or anything like that, just a personal account. I have looked at all settings, restarted the machine, and re-installed the desktop and iPhone apps, but no luck. I did not change any settings when upgrading associated with automatic sign-out or only allowing one device to log in to the account, so I am baffled as to why it is doing this. I would appreciate any advice you can give me on how to fix this. Thank you.
Hi,I am joining my office meetings through zoom. After ending or leaving the meeting that meeting is still showing on my phone as 'preparing meeting', it's not ending and I can't join another meeting like this.I have tried re-installing the zoom. After installation one meeting takes place normally but then same problem, it won't end.I have latest version of the zoom workplace.
Hi, Everyone,When I'm in a Zoom meeting, I am unable to see screen shared by other meeting members.This problem started within the past month. Last night, I was unable to see the screens shared separately by two other members. I'm on a Windows 11 computer using the Zoom Workplace app version 6.0.11.I've search through the Settings, but I can't see what setting should be changed to fix this problem. I have created an calendar invitation in Outlook and added a zoom meeting using the integrated functionality combining Outlook and Zoom. My question is if it is possible to cancel the calendar invitation but still use the zoom link for a meeting the same time? I cannot find the Zoom meeting in my Zoom app which makes me worried. Is it possible to find zoom meetings in the app that I have scheduled via Outlook?ThanksThomas
I feel like any kind of support for Zoom on Apple TV is pretty much non-existent, but here goes... After I enter a meeting using the Zoom app on Apple TV the meeting controls show up at the bottom of the screen as expected. However within a few seconds they do 1 of 2 things. 1. They collapse so you can only see the Mute/Unmute button at the bottom of the screen. Here's the kicker. You can still scroll to the right through the buttons. You can hear the blip as you blindly go from button to button. They even work if you click. You just can't see anything except the Mute/Unmute button. So unless you have the menu memorized you have no idea where you're at. 2. The menu disappears completely and you can't get it back. Using the Menu/Back button on the Apple TV remote takes you out of the app. If you click on the Zoom app icon, reopening the app, you get the menu back momentarily only to repeat the above steps. I've yet to try restarting the Apple TV or reinstalling
I love that zoom added their own timer app. However, the app needs to be updated. I would like to be able to move it to a different part of the screen when I’m sharing it so that it doesn’t block anyone’s face or any of the information on the screen. Would it be possible to make it adjustable and resizable so that we can make it smaller or larger depending on what programs we’re running. The last thing I would like is to be able to have preset times, the app used to be able to store 20 seconds 30 seconds a minute five minutes etc. and now it does none of that so I basically have to enter the timing every single time I am running some thing that requires a timer. Please fix it . Does anyone have any other ideas or timers that we can use within zoom that are more flexible than the one offered by zoom.

I am unable to attend any meeting because speaker of my laptop is not working. I am unable to hear others in meeting. It is working for all other apps. I have tried to follow every trouble shoot step in article from chatbot. I have changed the speaker, looked in control panel>sound>level> enabled, I have checked for all available updated, I have updated the zoom but still it is not working. Kindly help on priority.
I use Zoom workplace to give online classes. I use the Advanced Screen share - part of my screen regularly.That is the green box which comes up to share just what you want to share from your screen. I moved it too quickly the other day and now it is stuck to the bottom of my screen and I can't reach it to pull it back up. What do I have to do to get the green box back into the middle of my screen when I share?Many thanks, Farah
I am trying to set up Zoom in a slightly unconventional way for my business. I have two laptops facing each other, connected via a 3.5mm sound input/output cable to minimize echo and improve sound quality. I’m joining a Zoom meeting from my phone (which has a strong Wi-Fi connection) on the first laptop (Zoom meeting 1). This laptop displays my face and transmits my voice.The issue seems to be with the second laptop, where people hear my voice with poor quality—lots of distortion and a robotic sound. I can provide a sample if that helps.I’m not sure what I’m missing to achieve better voice quality on the receiving end. Interestingly, when I play recorded sounds, like music or YouTube, from the first laptop (Zoom meeting 1), the audio quality seems fine. I am using WordPress along with an Event Ticket plugin, and I need assistance with generating a unique URL for each event ticket purchase.The reason for creating unique URLs is to prevent unauthorized sharing of meeting links. Currently, when a user purchases an event ticket, I send them the Zoom URL and password. We have pay-per-view zoom (Zoom Meetings Education). Students listen to lectures either off-line or on-line. We record the lecture in zoom. If all students come to the lecture and there are no students on-line in zoom (only the teacher is in zoom), then zoom switches itself off after some time and recording stops. How can I make zoom not switch off even if there is only one participant in it?
Is anyone having issues with ManyCam glitching on Zoom? Is there any solution? I restarted both ManyCam and Zoom multiple times but didn't fix the issue.

Hi there!Anyone having problems adding new dates to an already created meeting? I could do it until a few days ago, but now that feature is gone.Also, when sharing the link, the full list of display is not longer displayed. Instead it only shows the number of occurrences. Anyone knows how to fix this? Btw, I've had a Pro subscrition for over 2 years now.

According to the pricing plans page, Pro level subscriptions include ticket and live chat support. But every time I try to do either, even after confirming I'm properly logged in, I'm told my membership doesn't include support. I have no way of asking support about this! What can I do? The support system in Zoom is so hard to use!
We are currently migrating our company domain from abc.com to xyz.com and have manually updated most user accounts to reflect the new domain. We now need to update the existing Zoom Rooms to use the new domain as well. Is there a way to update our Zoom Rooms without manually accessing each room?

I use an ipad for my Zoom meetings.I also use Zoom's blurred background feature.I am thinking about getting an external webcam so I can be looking at the center of the ipad screen rather than to the side, as I have to do now, with the ipad's camera off to the side.If I get an external webcam, will Zoom's blurred background feature still be available to me to use for my Zoom meetings?thanks in advance
Hello, I am hosting a webinar (requiring webinar license), and we are uncertain of the number of registrants/attendees. It might be greater than 500 people, but it could also be greater than 1,000 people. Is it possible to send the webinar registration/invitation and then upgrade the license later as needed? To do that, would I have to send a new invitation/link (I'd want to avoid that)? Thank you!
