I use dual monitor mode to project a second screen. With the change to Zoom Workplace, we now get a black border around that 2nd screen along with a Zoom Workplace logo in the upper left. We really need the content of that window to be full screen like it used to be. How do we get rid of that black zoom workplace border around the window?
The 'Start Meeting' button has disappeared from the desktop application (Macbook Pro) for My Personal Meeting ID.It just shows the buttons 'copy invitation' and 'edit'. I don't know that I have changed any settings anywhere.I have to go into the online Zoom account > meetings > personal meeting room > start new meeting to be able to get into my own meeting room. How can I get the button back? Thanks!
Hi, I purchased a Zoom Workplace Pro Plus account. I have assigned myself (the account owner) a user phone number, extension, and Zoom Workplace Pro Plus package, but when I log into my web app or desktop app, there is no Zoom Phone option. Instead, I get the message: "To use the Phone in Zoom Web App, contact your admin." I contacted Zoom support and they told me to enable "Zoom Phone on PWA", which I did but which didn't make any difference. I assigned a number to a single user (also using a Zoom Workplace Pro Plus account), and she has no problem accessing the Zoom phone feature. Any suggestions? Thank you! Conor
Zoom needs to allow whiteboard sharing and computer sound to be shared at the same time. Currently it is restricted and you can only do one or the other, but I want to be able to use the sound and the whiteboard at the same time.
Hi, I can use Zoom with two different email adresses. One is my private Zoom account (email1), the other is the account of an association (email2). The association's admin granted the roll member for me in the associations account. If I log in with email2, I can verfify by my email2 that I'm definitely in the correct account an not in my private one. Nonetheless I'm not able to see meetings the association's admin planned in the calender that is displayed for me then. Why is this and what can the admin or I do? regards, Andreas

Had a webinar yesterday, and when downloading the Reaction Report, instead of reaction type, like heart, cheeer, laugh etc. I get some strange characters in the report:Reaction Count # Count 👏🏻77 👏🏼11 🎉141 👏56 👍8 👍🏻6 😂3 Anyone know how to convert the characters into something a human can read and understand?

Запускаю зум с ноутбука, собеседники чаще с телефона заходят.Тестировала звук и микрофон все в порядке. И у собеседников тоже. Но при подключении к конференции либо они меня не слышат либо вообще нет звука и видео. Иногда, после захода-выхода из конференции по 3-4 раза звук появляется, но не всегда. Сейчас по работе нахожусь в России. Может ли это быть связано с моим местоположением?
I run a meeting with 150+ users. I mute people whose mics are accidentally open. However, some people have background noise suppression off or some other non-default setting and when they speak or have their mic on it disrupts the meeting. As far as I can tell there's no way to override the client app's noise settings. Is there something of which I'm not aware? If not this is a feature request to add such a setting to the meeting settings.
I have a user in our organisation whose Windows Zoom client is unresponsive when trying to log in.I can press 'sign-in via Google', but the button does nothing. Selecting 'sign-in via SSO' allows me to enter our Zoom domain, but won't pressing Continue does nothing...I have tried uninstalling the client and installing the latest version, but get the same results.I have also tried installing from our .msi (based on a slightly older version), but same results....I'm at a real loss... any ideas?
I am on Zoom 6.1.11 with Pro subscription on MacOS Sequoia 15.0. I am having the following issue: I host the meeting on my laptop, and I want to screenshare the entire screen on my iPad (using the screen mirroring between the laptop/iPad). When I do this, I cannot see the little video of the other participant. I am doing this in the context of teaching, where I want to face the video camera straight on sometimes, and sometimes write things on the iPad. But, not being able to see the video of the student is very detrimental. I'd prefer not to just do Zoom on the iPad and just share the screen there, since the angle of the video is unnatural. I don't remember this being an issue when I was working somewhere where we had one of the enterprise level accounts for free, is this why the screen mirroring is wonky now?
I am making webinar content for a non-profit advocacy purpose in my county. I sent an invitation to judges, police, administrators and others --- only to find some people reporting back that after registering, they were told to give a passcode ---- but I had disabled the passcode. All I can find in tutorials is to tell them to uninstall and reinstall Zoom. That's not an acceptable solution in this case.I disabled it in Account Management, Settings, Webinars, Security. Also in each scheduled event.Ruth J
Is it possible for someone in the same zoom room as you to hack your computer? As an organizer and owner of the zoom, is it possible for someone to take over the zoom room from the owner without consent?Could a participant in a zoom room get hacked by another participant?Thank you.
I created a Zoom meeting that required participants to register. Country/Region is one of the questions on the registration form. I am going to have participants from Canada and the US. I do not want the participants to scroll through 150 country names to select Canada or the United States. I want to offer two country options to select from. Is there a way to customize the country list for the registration questions?Thank you.
Can an email be sent to hosts when someone registers for any date in a webinar series?We can click into each event to see the registrants, but I would like to know if we can surface those insights to the webinar host without a manual report pull. We’re trying to track who joins and attends per webinar session.
I'm pretty good at understanding how technology works, BUUUTTT.... Can I register my Zoom phone number to a Whatsapp account so that I can receive Whatsapp messages from my Zoom phone number? Ideally, I would like to have the option of receiving regular text messages on the Zoom account as I would a regular phone text, and receive messages on my Zoom number through the Whatsapp account if the sender chooses to use the Whatsapp app. Basically, I want my Zoom number to act like my cell phone number where I can pick and choose what app to use with that number. (Sorry if this has been asked before!! I'm brand new to this site!) 😬

Zoom stopped functioning during a video meeting and would then freeze if I tried to rejoin the meeting. So I uninstalled it. Then downloaded the latest Zoom installer and tried re-installing. Initially the error was about a missing dll (d3dcompiler_47.dll) so downloaded 32 and 64bit versions. Then the Zoom installer error changed to "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00007b). Click OK to close the application." Has anyone worked out how to integrate an AI notetaker such as Fathom or Otter, into an interpreted meeting.We've tried getting the interpreter to add their Fathom account alongside our main Fathom account. But we can't get the second father account to join the interpretation channel.The notetakers always stay in the main non-interpreted channel.And so we don't have the Fathom summary for the interpretation audio. Obviously, we could take the main transcript and just translate that and send to participants. And that's what we've always done. But we like the interactive the Fathom summary. And we currently can only generate that in the main channel language.
This seems so simple but I can't figure it out! I tried to join a zoom meeting using the link I was provided. That took me to the meeting directly without having to log into the app (I have a free account). I wasn't admitted bcse my name wasn't displayed. Even though everything I read said that if you join through a link, it will give you the option to enter your name, that option was not there. All it would allow me to do was to turn the video and mic on/off and to join. I tried copy/pasting the link into my browser but nothing changed. So I tried logging into & joining the meeting through the app, but I was not provided the meeting ID, so couldn't. This is a link sent by a large organization that holds hundreds of zoom meetings so I'm sure this is me, not them. I've asked them to provide the meeting id next time if possible, but in the meantime, what am I missing?
Very often when I click a join zoom link the client hasn't been open before and then decides that it would be a great time to perform an update. This has already lead to me being late on several meetings. This is inacceptable. Please prevent updates from delaying calls.
Hello, we are using a customer and proposal management software that allows for VOIP integration. I require some details though and because Zoom is not a traditional VOIP system, I can't seem to find them. I'm also not sure if Zoom can weven work with this. The software we are using requires a Server Address. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Hello community, this week we upgraded our plan from our account to one with Large Meeting. The question that arises as a team is if now all our meetings are Large or we have to activate the option in each meeting, if so I can't find the option to make our meeting Large. Help
I'm trying to use the free version of Zoom to record demos with audio and screen capture. I start a new meeting, share a screen, start recording, talk through and perform the demo steps, stop the recording, then convert the captured data to an MP4 file. Problem is that the recording shows a box in the upper right area with my name in it. Is it possible to avoid having that box in the recording? I've looked through all the settings I can find and don't see anything that solves it.This is on Windows 11, Zoom Workplace v6.1.12 (46889).Thanks in advance.
