I am recording certain parts of a meeting using Zoom on Windows, and in this recording, I need to know specifically the minutes when the subject of the video changes. To do this, I start the recording with the Ctrl+C shortcut and use a timer website that is open in my browser to keep track of the time, manually noting the minutes when the topics change.I would like to find an easier and more functional way to do this, such as a keyboard shortcut that could be used to start the timer and also to mark the changes in topic during the meeting. Any other tips you might have would also be appreciated.
My issue is as follows: I am on an Apple M2 Macbook Pro, with Ventura 13.3.1 (a). I have a separate webcam that is attached via USB. The camera clearly works when using photobooth, and Zoom recognizes it. However, when I try to select it on Zoom, the program will briefly freeze, and then the camera will simply not load. If I had the webcam video running, it will freeze on the screen. I have updated to the most recent version of Zoom, and have restarted my computer. What should I do?
I am attempting to create a team for Zoom Scheduler similar to the setup of a tutoring center, like EAB Navigate, where there are several groups (e.g., Math Center, English Center, etc.), and each subject has hosts with their availabilities. Unfortunately, it seems this isn't fully possible right now. The only way I’ve found is to create individual cards and assign them as hosts. However, there’s no way to pull all available time slots into one main group view. As a result, anyone looking for help would have to click through each card to find an available time slot. Does anyone have a hack or workaround to make this more user-friendly?
We are using Zoom Scheduler to book advising sessions with prospective customers. I generally will be hosting the meetings but would like to include an alternate host for dates where I will be out of office. Is there a way to change the host for a booking page for a group of dates without having to change the scheduling link (we have our link published in emails and on our website).
Hello, We just recently started looking into Zoom Scheduler and I was wondering if anyone has found a way to make a booking that has multiple hosts and multiple attendee seats. I've seen the One to Many with the seats and the All Hosts Available, but that only has one seat. These are in person meetings, so won't be using Zoom, but would like for it to assign to the 2 hosts attached to the booking, but allow multiple people to sign up. I have an idea for a workaround, but wasn't sure if maybe I was missing a step somewhere.
Hi thereNeed your help urgently. My Logitech Brio webcam recently stopped working. It does not work only on Zoom. I use a MacBok Pro on MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1 on 16 GB RAM. When I choose my Logitech Brio as my webcam, it is blank black screen and sometimes shows a distorted image with green noise all over. When I switch my camera to the built-in FaceTime camera of macbook, it works perfectly fine. I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app, I have restarted the machine many times, I have installed Logitech G-Hub software and LogiTune software to control the webcam. webcam works fine in those software. Webcam is not working for the Zoom workpace app. For over 2 years, this same webcam worked perfectly fine on this same laptop with zoom until about a few weeks ago. I am not 100% sure of this obseration... but I think the trouble started when I upgraded to Zoom Workplace app on my MacBook Pro. How do I make the Brio webcam work on my Zoom meetings? Hi all! I've got this issue with my zoom accounts where users have been logging in fine up until last week, and now get the message that they can't view the meetings from Germany... When they and I are definitely not in Germany!? Any thoughts on why this is happening??!Thanks so much!R x
I am having a hard time wrapping my head around a potential solution for our call distribution desires. We have a team of CSR's that I would like to receive calls based on longest idle. After attempting to reach those users, I would like the call to overflow to another group of users. I believe I can accomplish this with (2) call queues. However, if the call goes unanswered by both groups, I would like the process to start over. If the call makes it through the cycle again, then I would like to overflow the call to an outside number for our answering service. Any ideas on how to achieve this type of rotation? I considered a third an fourth call queue, but I didn't want to have our CSR's turning off/on two queues every day. Thank you for reading!

I would really like to be able to pop out the attendee gallery when viewing a shared screen in a meeting. This would let us (viewers) expand the shared screen to make the content larger. Currently (for me at any rate) the gallery view is locked right or top, eating up part of the screen real estate. Is there a current setting for this?

When creating new meetings I have always changed the dial-in options to United Kingdom, as that's where all our attendees are. Just this month I have found the option for United Kingdom does not exist on the list any longer. Is there some other setting to re-add it that I haven't been able to find?

We are interested in a Zoom package for a single user that supports more than 200 participants. Is it possible for one user to utilize the Business package, or can we adjust a package to fit our requirements?
In Zoom Events, if you set up a Single Session (full) Event - am I correct in thinking there is no lobby chat facility or countdown timer? And that this is only available on multi-session events? I'm wondering if it's a problem on my account or if its not featured. Thanks in advance
One of our members is experiencing an issue where a meeting participant isn't popping up in the waiting room, even though they are on the same meeting link. There seems to be about a 5 minute delay where the participant is waiting, but our member (the host) is not notified that someone is waiting, and it doesn't show anyone in the waiting room. We have ensured that the member is using the most updated version of Zoom on the downloaded desktop app. This is happening for all of her participants. We have not seen this issue occur with any other members on our account. What can be done to resolve this issue?

When my meeting recording it transcribed, the transcription is extremely slow. A 45 minute meeting was transcribed to 3 hours. The meeting in question was recorded on September 24th this year. Have been using Zoom since 2019 and never had this problem before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello, I'm having a strange problem with an external microphone from Røde and Zoom (Meetings and Webinars). My voice gets a somewhat robotic effect, it sounds a bit like i'm running it through a flange effect. This only happens when I use the Røde Mic, and it only happens on my M1 MacBook Pro. I've tried »everything«:- the microphone works well with other software, no distortion there- the microphone works well with other computer, even with an iPad- when i use the computer's built-in microphone, it sounds ok. - it only started this year; i've been using this microphone since 2022, and old recordings sound fine. - i've reset zoom, uninstalled and reinstalled zoom, tried different adapters (the microphone is USB-A, my computer has only USB-C)- i've played around with the audio settings in Zoom, eg. using original sound, turned off automatic volume, fiddled with echo cancellation, etc. - i've used different audio outputs (usually headphones, but also
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience with Zoom. Due to some unresolved issues, I have lost $2,630, which has caused significant disruption to my online business. Unfortunately, this has left me with no choice but to discontinue using Zoom for my business operations. As a motivational speaker in Nepal, I had high expectations from your platform, but the lack of adequate support has almost collapsed my online presence. I believe Zoom must offer localized support to better cater to its users in Nepal. Going forward, I intend to work with government officials to raise awareness about the importance of ensuring that support agents are available within Nepal itself. In the meantime, I will be exploring other options such as Webex to meet my business needs. Thank you for the services provided thus far, but it is time for me to say goodbye to Zoom.
We have a situation where I would like an “on hold” audio track to play while ringing our first call queue and that audio file seamlessly carry into the overflow to second call queue where we add additional members. Any way this could be possible?
I have a problem with my mic and camera during Zoom meetings. the mic and video do not work. I can hear and listen to the other people in the meeting but they can't hear and see me.
