I participate in a training course regularly where the entire day's courses are recorded via the cloud on Zoom. What seems to be happening now is that the film is automatically split into two parts by Zoom. Anyone know why? And is there any setting that needs to be changed? This has started happening about a month ago, and hasn't happened since the course started about three years ago. Thanks for any reply! /Dan
Hello everyone, I'm facing an unusual problem with my Zoom app. My company Zoom account is linked to several calendars. Whenever I create an event, it shows up in all the connected calendars within Zoom (though it doesn’t appear in Google Calendar, which is where I manage events normally). Another issue is that I receive multiple reminders from each calendar for the same event, even after the event has concluded. For instance, if an event is scheduled for four hours but I end it after two, I still get reminders for that event’s start time from each calendar almost immediately after ending it. This is quite disruptive, as I end up with redundant notifications and a cluttered calendar in Zoom. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice on resolving it would be much appreciated.Thank you in advance!Joanna
Hi,I'm looking for some help with setting up a call. I'll explain what my ideal set up would be and explain what happened and maybe someone can guide me.I wanted to do an online soundbath with meditation and vocal interaction with the attendees at the beginning and end of the session. I also wanted to admit the attendees as they arrived. I was using a laptop a distance away from me to capture the space, my bowls and I a long with rode wireless mics to pick up the sound. First problem to overcome was how I could admit attendees from a second device so I didn't have to get up and walk over to the laptop each time someone wanted to join. I only had one user license so when I tried to log in on the same user name on a different device a phone or tablet, it wouldn't work. There was echo, I tried to muted one of the accounts and it didn't work. Do I need a second license to manage the call? Apart from that, the real issue was the audio settings. Hi everyone,I’m currently in a Zoom meeting, and I'm experiencing some major issues. The screen became distorted and pixelated, and the audio cut out completely. I tried a force shutdown, which temporarily fixed the audio, but then the screen started flickering and I encountered a bright light white screen. When I turned my camera on, it had a greenish filter. I left the meeting and reconnected without any problems, but about 20 minutes later, the screen turned gray for about five seconds before fixing itself. I have also had intermittent white bright screen issues that are really concerning. I have only had this laptop for about two weeks. The recurring screen problem is particularly frustrating. If anyone else faced this similar issue? Any suggestions?
Zoom Webinars alway used to Sort showing the latest registrant 1st. Sometime in the past few weeks it now started showing the latest registrant last, so I have to go to the last page each time a new person signs up. Is there anyway to fix this?
Hello! It's my first post here. I will try to be as understandable as possible. A few days ago, approximately October 8, I received the Windows update and just Zoom as well. Well, I updated both and after that the audio during the university meetings (which is a distance course, that is, only by Zoom) started to get stuck every time I changed the window, from Word to Zoom, from Zoom to Chrome and so on. I always worked with 3 windows open, precisely those: Chrome, Word and Zoom, and even though my laptop is of low specifications, I never, ever had a problem.But anyway, I thought it was the Bluetooth headphones and I left it with the laptop speakers but it kept cutting out every time I changed windows and I started to rule out problems. i did this: -I updated the drivers, everything, not just sound. I created a recurring meeting to regularly hold monthly meetings. However they no longer show in the meetings list as I assume the recurring meeting "expired" before I could extend it. The meetings are still being held, and everyone is able to attend, but now I must go digging for the log in each time it is used.Is there a way to reschedule the recurring hearings with the same meeting id that already exists?Thanks.
When other people send links to join a call, I click and join in from my pro account. Shortly after Read.ai shows up and starts recording. I've unsubscribed from read.ai (I had previously tried the ai out but it felt incredibly invasive) but even though I asked to end it, it randomly shows up which is so embarrassing for me when the host of the call didn't give permission. How do I get rid of it once and for all?
Around mid-2024, I became unable to join zoom meeting breakout rooms when using my Android phone. In September 2024 I purchased a new Android phone (Android Version 14), and I continue to get a pinwheel as soon as I tap join for a breakout room. I have waited 5 minutes with the pinwheel and never got in. I have seen the pinwheel and immediately left the meeting, rejoined the meeting to get another chance to join a breakout room, but the pinwheel appears again.Anyone else have this problem, and how did you fix?
When I try it says "to share your computer audio, please install the zoom audio device". I'm on a mac. I have enabled screen recording for zoom in my system preferences. At a total loss here, please help
Would love to see an option to schedule opting in or out of a call queue. I already use business hours, which is great! But I normally work in my office in the mornings and I'm out in the field in the afternoon. I don't want to receive calls from the queue while I'm out in the field, but still need to receive calls to my extension. Currently I'm switching it manually, but I often forget to opt in or out, potentially missing calls.
Currently, the zoom timer app superimposes a clock onto the camera of the host when activated.Yet when the host turns camera off - For a break - the visual clock disappears. As many hosts will be using this for breaks/lunches/exercises where they will want to decativate their camera - It would be useful to keep displaying on the blank screen of the host. I am aware it still displays in the top right corner - But that is insufficent as a visual nudge or cue to the audience.

A notification from zoom pops up when attempting to do so, and it states zoom's inability to do so: "Cannot Control Mic with AirPods Max"https://www.reddit.com/r/Zoom/comments/16zm69y/airpods_mute_feature_doesnt_work_with_macos_zoom/This works as expected and will unmute & mute when using the iOS zoom app, so this bug only applies to the macOS version of zoom.Please fix this! It's a huge usability problem when taking calls from your laptop, and walking away for a short while.
I promise I have tried to search for the answer to this. I can't find a clear answer. There are a few different kinds of chat in Zoom, and a few different settings that control retention. So to be as specific as I can: On my computer in Zoom I have been chatting with people for years. Private encrypted chat. Not a group chat. Not a channel. Not chat in a meeting. Not private chat in a meeting. Advanced chat encryption is enabled at the account level for all users. In several of these chats I can scroll back approximately 10 months ago. Where is this 10 month retention period defined? Can I change this at the account level? (for all my users) Is this chat history stored only on the device? If so how come I can see it on another device? For example on my smartphone I can see the history of these chats that happened on my computer. thanks

A few weeks ago I joined a webinar. The company delivering the webinar recorded the session and have sent me a link together with a password to watch the session over again. I can watch the recording. However, I struggle to pause and restart it, it often will not restart. If I click to go back few minutes to listen again it often will not. It was a technical session so the need to go back and forth is quite important. The link opens in Safari on my Mac both of which are up to date. I have a good broadband connection and can stream the usual streaming channels and of course I took park in the original recording without an issue. Are there any particular settings I need to look out for on my Mac? Anything I might try to watch the recording without issue? Can I download the session and watch it locally? Hi,I'm an IT tech at a small firm. We are using Zoom phone with Poly CCX 600s. Our CEO used to be able to Intercom his assistant and she would receive a short notification before being able to accept the call. The assistant had a older style headset that would plug into the back of the headset RJ9 port on the Poly phone, but we got a new headset and the Intercom works differently.The new headset is a Yealink WH64 Wireless Headset. It plugs a micro usb into the phones usb A port and works great except for the intercom function. When the CEO starts an intercom, the assistant's phone will receive no notification and will automatically answer the call. The call is also automatically muted so the assistant is not coming through at all.Ive tried a Yealink EHS35 micro to rj9 cable and the headset does not detect the desk phone at all, no audio between them even after making sure the phone sends it to the headset.Any advice or setting I can alter to have at least an auditory notification
I have been experiencing Zoom Errors while trying to join meetings. First, there were no displayed errors, it just stopped working once i reach the Waiting Room. The issued persisted regardless of reinstalling, and restarting of device. I then reinstalled Windows, and at first it started working but then it started displaying "aomhost64.exe - entry point not found" with the message "The procedure entry point fatBinaryCtl could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\nvopencl.dll" and I then found a solution in this page that I needed to install Microsoft Visual C++, which i did. But the problem persisted. Then I moved on to another solution which was reinstalling/updating graphic drivers. The error stopped appearing but the crashing still persisted, it would freeze at the Waiting Room and if I do get past it, it would display the meeting but would still be frozen and the host would see my status as Joining... I cant seem to find a solutio
I have turned on the setting to "show raised hand in toolbar" so that I can "Separate the Raise Hand reaction from the others for quicker access during a meeting"However, I have a weekly meeting and I still have to dig for the raised hand under the "reactions" button--it doesn't show as a separate one. Is this a setting that's unique to only MY meetings that I am hosting?
Hello, I have a user who has marked all notifications in the Activity Center as read (both individually as well as using the triple dots and marking all as read), but each day her notifications come back as unread. I believe that they are reappearing after each time the application is reloaded. This is in the Zoom Phone System section because this only seems to be happening with Zoom phone notifications specifically, Voicemail, missed calls, etc. I don't see any real settings we can change regarding the Activity Center Notifications besides allowing specific notifications into that area. We want these notifications to appear so the user will know that they have calls to return or voicemails to listen to, but how do we prevent the activity from returning after it has been marked as read? I have talked with this user and they have just updated to the latest version of the Zoom Workplace Client (6.2.3). She had marked all of the notifications as read, then updated and
HiI want to stream my Meeting on a preset link. The help file asks to enter the YouTube Stream Key in the Live Stream tab of the Meeting. However, the Live Stream tab does not show the required field. I have activated custom live streaming in Settings > Meeting > In Meetings (Advanced) and yet I am not getting anywhere. Please advise how I can get this done.
I have zoom pro with caption translation add-on. It works when I create a meeting and host it. However, it does not show up if someone else creates meeting and then assign host permissions to me in the meeting. Now I am the host of the meeting but the translation doesn’t show up. Do you have a solution for this?

They have added an email account and delegated access to me but when i try to manage their account i receive the following error "Only licensed user can access this, please contact your account admin."The account i have is the owner and has a Zoom pro licence
