I cannot install Zoom Workplace App on my "AMD Phenom II X4 955" running Windows 10 Home (22H2).After starting the ZoomInstallerFull.exe or .msi, the installation window disappears without any error message.Prior to this, I ran an older version, but now Zoom prevented me connecting to a meeting anymore. It requested an update. But after the update, the (old an new) Zoom App are disappeared. Even manual attempts of installation failed the same way.I opened tickets (TS1496587, TS1496090), but Support closed them by asserting: "Our records indicate that the email address provided in the request is not associated with an active Zoom account so we are unable to respond to your open ticket" whcih is not true. My email is registered  in my profile.

Hello everyone, Myself Julio Herrera from Via Dei Velutini, Italia, I’m currently using Zoom on my Linux machine and having some trouble with the screen sharing feature. I was wondering if anyone here has experience with sharing their screen on Zoom while using Linux and could offer some guidance.

I'm getting quite frustrated. I don't see a clear option in Zoom webinar where I can send ALL Zoom webinar registrants their confirmation email at once. The only clear option I'm seeing is in Zoom webinar going to Invitations > Manage Attendees > Edit > Registration List and checked the Registrants box at the top. This seems to only send the confirmation email to those names on each individual page within the Registrant List. And then you have to wait 60 seconds in between sends.  This is incredibly frustrating as my office hosts webinars with 500+ registrants meaning we get over 25+ pages. I want to ensure registrants get their confirmation emails at the top of their inbox the day of our webinars, but i can't realistically spend an hour resending confirmation emails. I tried to highlight the registrants on each page but it looks as though each time i click a new page it clears out my previous selection, still only allowing 15 emails to be sent at a time. Is the

How can I imbed the link to the recording of a webinar in the follow up email that gets sent to the people who did not attend the webinar?

I attempted to list my boss as the "Alternative Host" so that she could start the meeting without me (the assistant who scheduled it). However, when she joined the meeting, it stated that she must "Wait for host to start the meeting." She used the same email address I listed for alternative host when she joined, and we both possess the Zoom Business subscription. I am unsure as to why it did not allow her to start the meeting despite being designated as the alternative host.

It would be great if alternate meeting hosts can also receive an email when a meeting participant joins a Zoom meeting first.  Currently, only the host receives this email.  Is this functionality something the Zoom engineers might consider adding to a future release of Zoom Meetings?

Is there an option to resend the Alt-host email and unique link? Our sessions are often scheduled several weeks in advance, and occasionally an Alt-host misplaces or accidentally deletes the email generated at the time of scheduling. It would be helpful to be able to resend.  Also, it was previously the case that meetings for which I was designated an Alt-host would show up in 'My Meetings', which made it very easy to log in and start a meeting. Is this something I can fix in settings, or does Zoom no longer provide this option?

Hi! Is there a way to add an alternative host automatically to every call as they are made without manually entering it in each time?

Does anyone know how does Calendly work with Zoom Alternative Hosts?  We have a paid Zoom corporate subscription where all our users are in one place, and we have a paid Calendly Professional account.  When a user has a new Zoom meeting booked with them via Calendly, the user will then add in an Alternative Host via Zoom to the meeting, but the problem is the Alternative Host cannot start the Zoom meeting via the Zoom link sent through Calendly.  The Alternative Host can start the meeting via the email they received from Zoom that they have been assigned as an Alternative Host and use the email link to start the meeting, but is there a way where the Alternative Host can start the Calendly Zoom meeting directly from the Calendly meeting invite?  

After an update about a month ago the screens do not behave in Zoom, Linux Mint. Very frustrating. Suggestions?

Is there a way to have a live video stream in a virtual background?It can be a windowed section in a background and or the full background.    

I cannot get the reports for all meetings that have taken place ... I really need them to check the attendance on those meetings The option keeps thinking and it is not working.

I have been trying to record a zoom session for a grad school class, and have had the same error twice now. After recording, it seems like it has downloaded the file correctly. I go to the zoom file and successfully click on the "double click to download" file. When the file converts to the MP4, it looks completely normal, but as soon as I play back the recording, it will only play correctly for the first 5 minutes. It will then freeze and refuse to continue playing for the last ten minutes. I can see that the rest of the recording is there, but it freezes and I cannot get it to continue playing. If you have any ideas, I would really appreciate it, as it has happened twice, and I really don't want to record it again! * Note: I use a macbook

I'm not getting feedback from my voice on the arcane usb condenser microphone. I have a meeting, how can I resolve this problem with you. What kind of microphones work? Thanks! 

I need to have a zoom call while I'm in Italy with people in the USA.  I'm not sure if this is possible, but does anyone have any  suggestions for success.  I'll problally be around the Tuscany area when this happens.

We need the ability to default the "Show Past Events" box to checked so that our clients see all of our events by default. The ability to set the default on this field needs to be added to the Profile section of Zoom Sessions. 

In our Zoom Events Hub, each event title is cut off and does not wrap beyond two lines of text even though there is clearly enough white space to include the entire title. Please add text wrap so the entire title is visible. 

It would be very helpful to our users if Date, Time and Duration were listed on each upcoming event widget in our Zoom Hub. Since we only host single day events, the current layout that shows "Start Date" - "End Date" makes no sense to our clients. 

I want to use a template, so that the summaries, for example, return the next steps of a meeting. I also would like to receive said summary by email. Is it possible?

Hi there, one user is getting the error message, "You don't have a direct number. You cannot start a new conversation" when texting some people.  She can text some people from the desktop app, but not others.We have been using Zoom phone for almost a yearWe do have 10DLC and a campaign approved / assigned.The phone numbers were ported into Zoom Phone almost a year ago.We haven't made any Zoom admin changes in the Zoom dashboard.We don't bulk send text messages.  Just used in communicating with our customers and vendors.I've send a text message to a person that she can't and it works fine.Any guidance would be appreciated. 

Good afternoon. Are video calls automatically recorded if you only have a basic account? I didn't intentionally try to record a meeting earlier today, but I'm hoping that there is a way to retrieve a video from earlier today. Any insight to how I might locate a video is appreciated. Thank you! 

Are non-host participants able to access the AI companion summary? If so, how? Also are the meeting summaries able to be shared other than email?

Hello. I often record Zoom meetings and want to share them with others. How do I remove the requirement for these recipients to enter a password? In other words, I simply want them to be able to click on the link I send them and start watching my video, without having to enter a password. Thanks! Scott
