I turned on the "auto record" feature for 1 week because I didn't want to forget to record during important meetings.But it turned out I didn't want it to record as soon as I started to log in.  I want to record when I am ready and when I want to record. However, I could not remember WHERE to turn this switch back to OFF.Can any one here help me?I have combed through the Settings at least four times, and I have not seen anything related to Auto Record. Thank you.

I installed zoom workplace and none of my saved chats, uploaded desktop background photos or any of my works in the past 3 years returned. tried a system restore to an earlier time. Nothing returned. Can you help me get my settings back? I hate losing 3 years of work and a lot of effort to personalize my zoom!

I cannot figure out how to block out certain times each week without setting a new schedule so that my link to schedule a meeting reflects other time commitments that do not have a zoom meeting created. Any idea how to do this?

To be clear im not talking about the "join zoom meeting page", theres another page thats specific to my company that opens up. i assume theres something in the settings to prevent this from happening? its annoying constantly having to close it

Hi,  We have a Zoom Phone system account and a local PBX without PSTN access. we can setup BYOP using SBC between Zoom and PBX and call between Zoom and PBX users are working, we also can make inbound call to PBX user via external contact, I am not using BYOC for PSTN access but Zoom provider exchange. Can I call PSTN from PBX users through Zoom phone system? if the answer is YES,  any document or idea how to setup the BYOP SBC (Ribbon SWe Core) Thanks, Simon

Hello I was tried to input ñ on chat but it just make numbers. I'm using linux mint BTW so I don't know if it's a bug on the linux app or something else entirely.

When I clear a notification, or press mark all as read, net time I open Zoom the same notification shows up as unread. It's an invite to a meeting for 13 days ago and hasn't gone since. Other notifications get cleared, its only this one that shows as unread once Zoom is re-launched.

Trotzdem ist die Videoqualität im Vollbild pixelig und schlecht. Ich möchte die Meetings aufzeichnen. Doch die Bildqualität ist echt schlecht und in der Aufzeichnung sehr unansehnlich. Wie kann ich die Bildqualität von Zoom noch verbessern?  Vielen Dank für hilfreiche Tipps und Ideen.

Hi there, A couple of my contact centre agents have reported that their status changes automatically from Ready to Not Ready several times a day. They work in separate locations and one is a hybrid worker who says the issue occurs when in the office on the corporate network and when at home on their own internet. Has anyone experienced this behaviour with Zoom Contact Centre? Many thanks,Matt.  

We are connected to zoom via hubspot. and meetings are scheduled through HUbspot into Zoom. It has worked fine for years. But all of a sudden some of our meeting emails (the automatic ones sent once raised) are missing the zoom link. It seems to be sometimes the link is there and other times it is blank. Screen shot showing where link should be. Like i said sometime it happens sometimes it doesn't, so i have ruled out a setting issue 

When I create a meeting, Zoom automatically creates an email — but not in the email app I use. How do I change this? (I’ve hunted high and low for an answer, but could use some help from someone who knows the controls.) Thanks.

Hello together,  I want to start a Zoom meeting, where the other participants (except the host) can't see how many other people are in the meeting. But they should be able to use their microphone. Is this possible?Thanks for your help!

We held a Zoom meeting called 'Internal Zoom Docs Office Hour,' where our PM team engaged with Zoomies, answered their questions about the product, and most importantly, discussed their thoughts on it. I use the AI Companion in Zoom Docs (found in the slash menu or by hovering to the left of each line) to generate new content from meetings. Here’s how I do it: Select 'Create from meeting.' Choose the meeting I need. Input the following prompts: 'List the following 5 points in a table with headers in a row: From an office hour, list all feedback, the people who left the feedback, and whether it includes any customer feedback. List all attendees from the Zoom Docs team. Put all questions raised by the audience into an FAQ. What questions did the Zoom Docs PMs ask? Give me quick metrics: number of audience members, number of Docs PMs, number of pieces of feedback.' The results are presented in a simple table.

I just updated my Zoom, but it won't let me click on the avatar, I don't know why, any ideas how to fix this.   

I am using Zoom Workplace 6.2.6 in Ubuntu/ Fedora. My client connects from a Windows laptop.When I edit some documents through Screen share by controlling their screen. My keyboard shortcuts are not working like ctrl + c, ctrl +v , ctrl +x or ctrl + s.But these shortcuts are working when i connect from Windows to windows.I have downloaded the .deb package from Zoom website. In Zoom meetingFrom Participant's account, he/she  clicked  "Join Session" or "Join meeting" or meeting link before the scheduled time but showing that the meeting has not started.but when checked with host, he joined the meeting.they were not able to connect on Zoom when both the participant and coach joined the session.any suggestions?

please help! I have had Zoom for 3 years. When I tried to update Zoom, an error arose. So I decided to uninstall the app from my MacBook. Now I want to install it again and I get the message: Installation failed. The installation failed due to an error. Contact the software manufacturer.

I recorded our Zoom meeting yesterday and it says it was being recorded. After the meeting, it was being downloaded. But I can't find it and there's no evidence now of the recording.Can anyone help? Thank you. 

Joined a zoom meeting on basic service. Could not see myself on my screen. How do I fix that? I am an Apple person.

I had a recurring link for Zoom meetings within our faith community.  I had meetings scheduled out until the end of 2024 or into 2025.  These meetings are no longer showing up in Meetings tab under upcoming or previous.  I do have the meeting ID.  Is there a way to create new meetings under this same ID for the future?

Hello Community,I've seen this question posted a few times, but no good answers yet - maybe today's the day????I would like to disable the waiting room once I start the meeting but when I go into "security" the "enable waiting room" toggle is not highlighted and I'm unable to change it.I understand that is an admin setting. How do I change that Admin setting so I have the ability to access the control in the "security"?TIA
