Hello!Our work conference is limited to pre-registered participants (by csv upload) who have been forwarded access via an emailed link directly from the Zoom Events platform.After testing we noticed you can forward the sent email (link) to an outside person and they can self-register by accessing the join button and requesting a code.How do I delete this self-registered option?Thanks 🙂
My camera just shows a grey screen on my Zoom desktop app.It's fine on the zoom web app and on my laptop's camera app. Running Win 11 Home. I've tried:- Restarting computer- Re-installing zoom workplace app- Checked camera privacy settings- Checked for laptop driver updates None of which have worked I'm on a paid account and haven't been able to use this for work! I've been using my zoom on my mobile phone as a workaround, but that's not a long-term solution.
It would be great if we had option for, the summary report to be written in the first person for the Host (instead of using the Host's name). Who can I submit my suggestion(s) to and where?
I bought the zoom plan for a year and turned off auto renew (as many sneaky apps do this) and now every time i boot up up the zoom app or login to the web i am treated to an annoying banner that my plan is expiring and i need to reactivate. When i spend money for the whole year i don`t expect to be annoyed like this. Not even Amazon do this you get an email a few days before to remind you - you don`t get banners for the next 11 months.If it was the last month of my sub i could get understand the banner but right from the start? it's not on.I know what you`re thinking - just turn it back on until just before it renews but this is not the point but who knows if we'll even have a planet in 11 months time and they'll just laugh if you have auto renew on and forget.If this annoys you friends please speak up

I have a user who's hosting several hours-long meetings/workshops. She always records these meetings. I have all users on our our Zoom account set to:Auto-record meetings (though the host does have the ability to start/stop the recordings at their leisure)Record to our Cloud Storage (this cannot be changed by non-admin hosts)On review of the recordings after the meetings, however, she's noticed that the recordings are sometimes cut off. About a month ago, it was about the last 10min that wasn't recorded. Not that big of a deal, though still annoying. But for yesterday's meeting, a whole 1.5 hours wasn't recorded. That's a big problem. In the last 3yrs of using Zoom and being an admin, she's the only one I've come across having this problem. After my staff joins the meeting, I passed the host to my staff and leave the meeting. After I've left the meeting, can I create another meeting on the same day? Thanks
I just started having an issue in Team Chat with my screenshots I take not showing a preview on my screen, and when someone sends me a screenshot, I get Unable to Preview. I can see the screenshots fine on the web app, and on my phone app, but I cannot see it on my desktop app. I have looked at every setting I can think of, but I can't figure this out. Anyone know how to fix this?

When using automatic proxy settings in Firefox on Windows 11, the meeting link does not work.I have found that if I specify a PAC file in the manual settings, there is no problem.I know that this can be worked around manually, but this makes the automatic settings meaningless, so is there anything I can do about it?I don't know if this is a Firefox problem or a Zoom problem.I have confirmed that there are no problems with Chrome and Edge.
I started a zoom - sent myself a link to that meeting to also join with my mobile. When I click the link - it's telling me to install Zoom. I already have Zoom on my phone and it is updated ???
I have Workplace Pro, doesn't expire until April 2025, but when I go to schedule a Webinar, it says I need to upgrade to Zoom Workplace. No other options other than the one I've already paid for. I've got screenshots but obviously can't post them here

I have created a webinar and included a practice session option in it. The host started the webinar for 5 minutes and then after the actual webinar, participants joined the webinar. After using the Get Participants list of webinar API I am getting both the time of the host i.e. the practice session time and the real webinar time in just one object, can someone please help me segregate them?

Hi, This has happened a few times recently. During screen share when passing Remote Control of the keyboard and mouse to an attendee a double cursor displays for the attendee. Only one of these cursors controls the clicks they have caused sessions to be cancelled as they are impossible to navigate with. Any Advice ? TIA

Hello, OnZoom has been great for months. Recently some participants told me they could not sign up for my event. When they go to pay for a ticket (drop-in or for the entire series) they get an error message that simply says, "An error was encountered while processing your request." I tried purchasing a ticket using another Zoom account, and I got the same error right at the point of submitting the payment. I've also tried creating special tickets for the participants using discounted and free email-invite tickets. Those don't work either. One participant is registered for the entire series. He registered last month when I originally posted the event at OnZoom. He can log in just fine, but I'm losing drop-in participants. Anyone have similar issues? Any ideas about how to remedy the issues is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Hi folks, Windows 11 and Zoom (6.2.0)both on latest versions, both on teacher’s system and my own. I am on ASUS Laptop around a year old.Original sound for musicians both enabled. He can hear me play without any issue, however I cannot hear him clearly. Within a few notes it sounds as though noise suppression kicks in and I hear nothing of his playing. I am not playing along with him and there is no speaking while he/I play. I am using computer audio. We have tried every combination of both Zoom options and Windows system options without success. It feels as though there is something very basic awry. We continued the lesson utilising my iPhone iOS 17.6.1 with full functionality both sides. Any guidance would be most gratefully received.
