Having some trouble with our meetings. One meeting went long, and another meeting couldn't start even though the meeting numbers were different. I thought with Pro you could have more than one meeting at a time. Am I wrong?
I host meetings and deliver webinars regularly using Zoom, PowerPoint, and multiple monitors. (1) The floating meeting control bar is no longer available when "Advanced" screen-sharing to a "Second camera."(2) This also causes problems when enabling captions. I'm thinking of signing up for zoom again, but the only thing that is holding me back is the ability to present when using Google slides. I'm unable to attach an example from Google Meet that I currently use, but when I present a deck it allows me to have my notes on screen at the same time that only I can view. Is this something that I can do on zoom when presenting? I know at the moment it pops out and that's not very helpful at all.
Hi Zoom Community,We run an entrepreneurial competition, and I would love a way to integrate Zoom polls into our process. The problem with a lot of the online surveys we are currently using is they only give you a weighted scale of the responses. I want the surveys not to give me an average but the totals for each question. That way we can compare different entries and quickly see which is best. Has anyone successfully used Zoom polls to judge business presentations? Any tips on how to do this? Our current method is using MS Forms, dump into Excel and then add. It's cumbersome and a hassle to do in real time.

It would be great if people who use augmentative and alternative communication devices could tick a box to share their device audio for the purpose of communication without sharing their screen. Hello everyone.I have installed the Jeenie app on my desktop zoom app.It's the first time I install an app on zoom so I don't know if I would get the same issue with other apps.When I open the zoom app and click on the Jeenie app I get to the loading page. But never beyond. It keeps loading it forever.Any clues?I tried to re-install the zoom app, re-download the jeenie app and so on.thank you
Hello all. I am screensharing during a webinar, and every time I record, it only records the slides. I am using two screens, one is my laptop which is connected to my monitor using an HDMI. I am recording locally because I am listening in and wanting to record a language that is interpreted and don't want to edit in audio to video. The slides appear on my right monitor (laptop), and the zoom controls and participants appear on my left monitor (only after I click a button that says display webinar, otherwise, everything except the slides disappear). how can I record the speaker over my slides?

I logged into Zoom yesterday and this message is at the top of my home page window: "Some features are disabled due to limited network" and I was also unable to join a meeting as it seemed to stall out on the "connecting" window. I am also unable to start a meeting. When I click "new meeting" it opens the video preview window and says "connecting" at the top for a long time before it says I am unable to connect. I am using Zoom version 6.2.6 and mac OS 11.7.10. I have tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling zoom, and signing in and out but nothing works. I was able to join a meeting from the web browser version of zoom but it doesn't work very well for me and sometimes the window flickers. Any ideas welcome!
I have zoom pro for several years now but only receiving Basic membership. ANNOYING! Keeps shutting me off at 40 min when I need & paid for 60 min!!
please help me, i was going to check old conversations i had with my friends but messages older than a year have been deleted, even the ones i sent to myself (i used that chat to save things like images) how do i recover them? i tried pressing the "more info" but it just took me to the support page and i cant find a clear answer, i just want my old messages back i always re-read the messages i sent to my old friends because i kinda miss them but now there is nothing at all, im actually going to cry if i cant recover them why does that feature exist and why dont they tell us its there? i would have at least saved the chats but now they're empty
Hi everyone, I’ve compiled a list of possible reasons for why your profile picture is not being displayed in meetings with your video off and ways to fix them. Please keep in mind, some of these will be things you can check and address on your end as a participant, while others may be something the host of the meeting has to change on their end. Common causes and solutions: Does your Zoom profile have a picture uploaded? Zoom cannot display your profile picture if there is none provided in your profile. Please follow this guide for adding a profile picture. Are you signed-in to the desktop or mobile app? Most meeting attendees will click on the join link, which opens the web browser and redirects to the desktop or mobile app, but that process doesn’t automatically include you signing-in to the Zoom app. If you’re not signed-in to your account, then the app doesn’t know which user’s profile picture to download and display for others in the meeting.
has anyone had an issue when teaching having static music., I don't hear it but the members doing live zoom do. I currently use apple air buds. Plus when I listen to the recording I hear the static music sound , last about 15 or 20 seconds. very random. looking for help

Does Scheduler not send the Zoom meeting invitation to the person booking the meeting? I as the host get the meeting invitation, but my guess who booked through Schedule never received the meeting invitation or an email.
A message appeared halfway through a meeting saying I had low disk space and the recording stopped. Is it possible to get or access the rest of the meeting? Need it urgently. Help please!
Hi,I was unable to assign a co-host when generating the zoom meeting.Checking my settings, and found that Under 'In Meetings(Basic)' -- 'Co-host' is disabled. We are about to go live on Zoom Sessions soon and are trying to test/develop an SOP for cancelling an event. I understand how to cancel the event but I'm really disappointed in the email that is sent to registrants. I inserted a message that Zoom then copies into an email they control. Here are all of my issues:Why doesn't Zoom provide an email template for event cancellation so that the branding carries over and we can control the whole message?Why can't I send a test email like I can from an email template or when rescheduling an event?Why is there a new calendar invite attached to the cancellation email that has a Subject Line of "Private Event?" Why is the sender of the email "Zoom Events" instead of the email address associated with my license.These are huge issues and I can't figure out any workaround. We manage a coworking space and our members have reported issues when trying to use Zoom in our office. Their calls lag by a few seconds, cut in and out and become impossible to host. Could the issue be that multiple users are trying to host calls at the same time from the same IP address? Thanks!

Like the subject says. Without the native window frame I can't access window manager controls like "this window visible on all workspaces". Once upon a time Chrome did this, too, but allowed the native window frame to be enabled via Settings. I can't find any such in Zoom settings.Any workarounds?
I use Zoom on both devices Window and Mac. While using zoom on windows we share one screen and we can check other screens without interrupting sharing. But when I start doing it on Mac screen sharing is interrupted until I have the shared window opened on my screen So is it possible on Macbook?
