Hi there, does anyone knowhow to reach a human being in Zoom? I am so tired of 'not' being able to get simple answers to questions that do not fit the irritating 'standard' answers the zoom interface offers. I want to ask several questions about; how may people can I work with online with my accountwhen does my current account run tillhow can I find out about features when I cannot contact zoom for human questions how to bypass bots an ai and make asking questions simpleforgetting my password and account detailswhere is my account details zoom seems to think we are all perfect humans who fit to standard questions. e do not and this obsession with ugly ai and bots is so drive towards people who have all types of it skills. I do not have these and the fact I struggle t understand sometimes is shameful on zoom. Hello there!I had a conversation with someone on support last month and they told me if I had a basic account, I could administer my companies main Zoom and access recordings, etc.When I set this up originally and logged in to my new Basic Account it would show underneath my main information the Account that I managed / administered and let me access it. It's no longer showing up and I've been asked to share recordings. I had no trouble doing this before now. Has this disappeared for anyone else? How do we access the accounts we admin now?
I just attempted to schedule a 45 minute meeting and I am unable to select from the Minutes - drop down menu doesn't appear. Hours works just fine. Please fix it. I often schedule meetings for less than an hour and for more than hour. Or, is this one of Zoom's 'improvements" like no longer showing the number of recurring meetings remaining. I'm still mad about that. You tech people don't take into consideration the people behind the scenes booking these meetings.Another problem: when trying to submit this post I typed Scheduling Duration of Meeting under Topics, but apparently I have to choose from predetermined topics. I selected a topic and got the error message: The following topics are not available here: Scheduling duration of meeting. I removed that wording and selected a topic but it insists my non-topic is still in the Topics field. Zoom is having too many issues lately 😞
Hello,This week, the Zoom VDI Workspace stopped working in our Citrix environment.We received the following notification:"Your App Version needs to be 5.15.10 VDI plugin or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your app."We have been using Zoom version 6.0.11 and also tested versions 6.1.12 and 6.1.10, but we’re still seeing the same error.We updated the Zoom VDI plugin on our thin clients from version 5.16.10 to 5.17.11, which, according to Zoom's website, should be compatible with these versions.However, we are still receiving the error message stating that "App Version needs to be 5.15.10 VDI plugin or higher."Any ideas on why this might be happening? I’m also wondering if there’s a way to contact Zoom's TechnicalTeam directly, as we currently cannot use the Zoom VDI app in our Citrix setup.Thank you in advance.Chris

Hello, When someone calls into my zoom via the app on my IPHONE - I can hear them but they cannot hear me. The vm come in and I can hear. The calls come in fine on my desk phone as well. Any suggestions to resolve. I really need the app to work on my IPHONE. TY
Hello! I was wondering if you have any ideas why the mouse control in the screen share option is not working on my participant's end. I already gave remote control access to the participant. Although I can see the mouse moving on his/her end, it doesn't perform the function to "CLICK" or select whatever you want to do with the accessed screen. In short, the mouse control access given to the participant only lets him/her move the mouse and nothing else. Please help.
I have Zoom Pro. When I try to programming a meeting I can't choose 30 hours but only 24. And we need 47 hours without interruption. Could you give as a solution please?
Hello, I'm writing a JSON file for room controls and can't seem to find any documentation around sending commands via USB-to-Serial adapter. I did, however, see that this capability was added in a past update so it should be possible.I know that my USB adapter is using COM3 but was not 100% on how to reference it in the JSON file. I am getting a Json File Configuration error. I was hoping if someone could let me know if I am on the right track here and offer any suggestions. i can not login to my account in my phone. i deleted the app and installed it again. changed my password, tried the Gmail and password and the fast by Gmail option, nothing works. i can not join any zoom links with my phone, and i have no problem with my account on the pc, before and after i changed the password. i have to fix it soon. there are no updates available to do

I have created a webinar and included a practice session option in it. The host started the webinar for 5 mins and then after the actual webinar, participants joined the webinar. After using the Get Participants list of webinar API I am getting both the time of the host i.e. the practice session time and the real webinar time in just one object, can someone please help me segregate them?

I have a team in a certain region that is unable to see other's screen sharing when connected to their local office network. All they would see is 'XXX has started screen sharing'. However, they are able to see other's screen sharing while on their home network. Does anyone know what could cause this issue? If it's network, what should I be looking for? I would appreciate any help you can provide.
When sharing a screen on a webinar there was always a floating screen with meetings controls (start/stop audio, start/stop camera, etc...) but since the last update, the controls now stays on a screen with the shared content, how do i enable the floating controls again? i cant keep opening the webinar window to see of there is any Q&A or to perform other actions, and the controls i could move around so it is kind of necessary.And also, how do i make the chat window to auto-scroll? after the update it keeps appearing how many new messages there is and i have to keep scrolling down myself, but i want it to act like it was before, when it just scrolled down automatically.
When I am in a zoom meeting, how do I know which account I am signed in with? I have access to 4 different zoom accounts and log in and out of them frequently depending on the work I am doing. When I'm in a meeting, how do I know which one I am currently using? Is there an easy way to do this from inside the meeting itself? Thanks.
Dear Zoom Community, its maybe a dump question, but im a beginner when it comes to zoom. I had an online meeting today that I joined via the desktop version. I started recording during the meeting with the host's permission. At the end of the meeting, I forgot to stop the recording and simply left the room. At about the same moment, the host also left the room. Does this mean that the recording has been lost? Because I can't see a recording either in my folder on the PC or in the cloud. Or can I somehow still access the recording? I was also a bit surprised that my online Zoom account did not show the previous meeting I attended. I thought I could see all my meeting participation there. Best wishes,Locardas
It seems that Zoom is missing some options for setting defaults for recurring meetings. For one, it would be nice if you could add attendees that are also alternative or co-hosts without having to have them be part of the account or wait until the meeting to assign them. Also, Setting the sharing options to allow all participants to share by default would be really helpful. When the host has to change that every time, it gets tedious and unnecessarily takes up time.
Under "In Meeting (Advanced)", the "Automated captions" toggle is enabled. However, the CC tool (with the text "Show Captions" or "Hide Captions") no longer shows up. Did it move somewhere? How does a participant (not a host) turn captions on or off now? I'm using Zoom client 6.2.6 for a Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 15.1.
Hi All, I just got SMS set up on my Zoom phone account and I am trying to use that number to set up a Venmo account for our non-profit. However, I am getting an error "To use Venmo, we need your mobile phone number" Has anyone successfully set up Venmo using their Zoom phone number? Any tips on how to make that work? I have already managed a test SMS to the phone number, so I know the SMS is working
I had an appointment with a doctor via a Zoom link provided. Before the meeting I redownloaded the app but don't believe I logged back into my account and just pressed Join. There have been some billing concerns, and I was wanting to show we do not meet the length that was charged. The doctor has the same meeting ID every time and I know what time my appointment was so can pinpoint that. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you,
I have been using Zoom since 2020 and its the best app that worked for me during my classes and meetups during that time, I used to store messages video clips and every small memories that I had in my personal space to save in zoom (our own chat space). After online classes and everything came to an end I had stopped using Zoom in 2022 and had never used it ever since, but did login to a mobile from a PC. Today I finally logged in to my laptop after 2 years of not using it, just to see all my messages and files that were sent to my personal chats not there, I have never faced this with zoom in all the 3 years of my usage. Was this something that happened after a new update or version release? Is there any way to get all those back?
Our opening times are from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.There is a one-hour lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.However, in zoom I can only record one continuous opening time per day.Does anyone have an idea how to solve it?Thank you, Michael
