I am having trouble with a narated video with background music. The video plays perfect and naration is loud and clear. However the backgroun music cant be heard by the participants. What am i doing wrong?
I really need to be sure to log off Zoom (or switch to a specific account) at the end of certain meetings. Automatically logging off would be best. Is that possible and if so, how do I do that?Thanks!
Hello, I couldn't find a place to start my live webinar today so I started it in practice mode. I had my husband test it and it also said that people could begin loggin in once I started. I had 19 signed up but nobody attended. I know it's possible that maybe they just signed up and didn't show, but I want to make sure I didn't do something wrong. If I start my webinar in practice mode will attendees still be able to log in? I couldn't find the answer on the support site. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Where in my account settings on Zoom can I see a history of the meetings or presentations I attended, whether I hosted or someone else did?

I'm on Windows 10 with the latest updates and the latest zoom Version: 5.17.11 (34827). I have set a frame update rate of 10 fps. The issue occurs when you are sharing your screen (probably windows also) and you have low bandwidth, rather than drop frames it slows the computer and holds up presumably those programs that are making screen updates. Zoom is not sending screen updates but has somehow inserted itself into the screen update process itself. I do not have the same issue in the same circumstances when not sharing the screen. I have seen it slow my powerful Windows computer with huge bandwidth at home as well but my laptop and I are currently on holidays. As I am teaching an Android smartphone course, I use a great open-source program called "ScrCpy" to mirror the screen over USB to my Windows Computer. I first noticed that what my computer's screen was showing was lagging many seconds! I later noticed that the phone itself was lagging
When I'm in a meeting (even if I'm hosting it), if I'm on my ipad and try to turn on mic or video, I get an error message "UNABLE TO ACCESS MICROPHONE: Allow zoom to access your microphone from device menu: SETTINGS - PRIVACY - MICROPHONE. or "UNABLE TO ACCESS CAMERA: Allow zoom to access your camera from device menu: SETTINGS - PRIVACY - CAMERA. On this ipad, when I go to settings, there is no PRIVACY section, only "PRIVACY AND SECURITY." When I click on that, clicking on either MICROPHONE or CAMERA shows one option APP CLIPS: "Applications that have requested access to the camera/microphone will appear here" but the list is empty. Thoughts? Ive deleted and re-downloaded Zoom and it's stayed the same!
Hi ,When I make a call from my Zoom phone, some SG local numbers I cannot reach but same numbers i tried with my mobile carrier it can able to reach. Can anyone give a solution for this? I have been facing this issue for so long.
I turned on desk phone call control in the desktop client, but this appears to make it impossible to call flip between the desk phone and the desktop client. i.e., with phone control disabled in the desktop client, calls can be placed on Hold and switched between the physical phone and the desktop client. With phone control enabled, there's no way to call flip between them. The use case is when using a laptop away from where the physical desk phone is located, and you realize that phone control is enabled and you accidentally answered a call on the desk phone instead of with the desktop app. There's no way to switch the call to where you are unless you have a third Zoom device (like a mobile phone with the Zoom app). And if you turn off phone control, you can't re-enable it until you're near the phone again (to respond to the prompt).
I have always been able to record meetings on Zoom on my chrome book but when I click on record now it opens the recording window and I can't record. I used to press record and it would record straight away. It only stopped working this week when I did an update for Zoom Workplace.
Can you make a user in the same organization an external user. We have contractors who have been given company email address but we want external user rules to apply when they are in a channel.I am not sure if just adding via the add external contact path makes them an ‘external’ regardless of domain.If it's possible, please describe how to do it. We have AudioCodes C450HD phones provisioned on Zoom.There is a hard TRANSFER button on the phone which when pressed acts like a BLIND TRANSFER. This is rather repetitious as there is a "BXFER" button menu choice on the screen. If the user wants "CONSULTATION TRANSFER" (which is what the TRANSFER button was on their old phone system) the user needs to pick CALL MENU and then CONSULATION TRANSFER (where the person doing the transfer can talk to the recipient before hanging up and transferring the call.)How can i either change the behavior of this button or the choice on the screen?
Is there a way to make the URL text display different than the actual URL link in Zoom Whiteboard?For example:Instead of "http://www.testingmcafeesites.com/testcat_sp.html" being displayed, I want something like "Test Sports URL" displayed but when clicked takes me to this site "http://www.testingmcafeesites.com/testcat_sp.html".
We have Audiocodes C450HD phones working with Zoom. We have a published main number set up as the main for the company, and we want all calls to go outbound with this number for Caller ID. All the settings are correct in the Zoom Admin section. If we make calls from the phone instrument, it always shows the caller ID of that instrument's direct dial number, not the caller ID of the main company number.If the same user/extension calls using their computer App based soft phone, the main company number caller ID option is chosen and can be changed. This gives the desired effect: the user calls as the main company number.Why doesn't the physical telephone instrument act the same way as the soft phone: by default dial with the caller ID of the main number? Is there a setting missed somewhere?
I am trying to setup a recurring meeting with registration limits. The recurring meeting has 6 session scheduled. If I set the registration limit to 20, will this limit 20 registrants per meeting or 20 registrants total? How can I place a registration limit per meeting?My goal is to have 6 meetings with a maximum of 20 registrants per session (120 registrants total for all sessions). Thank you!
I was chatting with an external contact but after a week later that's when I added that contact. It opened a new chat window after he accepted. Shouldn't it merge or continue with the original chat? Why can't I merge it? It's showing 2 same names in my Recents. One with his profile picture in it and one with no picture. I want to keep the original chat but I also want to see his online status which I can't see in the original chat. Is there a way to merge it in just one chat?

Two problems with the upcoming meetings in the zoom client. First, non zoom meetings - I usually have a screen of all day PTO invites that I have to scroll through to get even to my first meeting of the day. Second - upcoming includes already finished calls from earlier in the day. Other discussions here indicate that this used to work as the name implies. These make the list in the zoom client useless to those with a large number of daily invites.
Scenario:Users have Yealink T54W deskphones, as well as the Zoom Workplace desktop app (with call control enabled) and in some cases have the Zoom mobile app. Do Not Disturb sync is enabled. If you push the DND button on the Yealink phone: your Zoom status is set to Do Not Disturb for 24 hours. Incoming calls do not ring your desk phone, desktop app or mobile app. Caller hears 30 seconds of ringing before receiving the voicemail prompt. If you set your status to Do Not Disturb via the Zoom Workplace desktop app: the Yealink phone also shows DND as well as the mobile app. Incoming calls do not ring anywhere, but caller still hears 30 seconds of ringing before getting the voicemail prompt. If you set your status to Do Not Disturb via the Zoom mobile app (Android): the Yealink phone and desktop apps also show the DND status. Incoming calls do not ring anywhere, and caller is immediately sent to voicemail. If you disable call control toggle
After I updated to the latest version of Zoom, the floating control bar for webinars disappeared. I've tried enabling it using shortcut keys, but when I share my screen, it appears in a separate window, making it impractical to keep maximizing the window every time I'm sharing to check if there are Q&A questions or when I want to use the controls. I want to know how to enable the floating controls again when sharing my screen. Also, after the upgrade, the chat no longer auto-scrolls to the latest message. How can I enable it so that the latest message always appears
I would like to go back to a previous meeting and find the list of who I assigned to the breakout rooms. I have checked reports and cannot find anything there. Would love some help please.
I have turned off the blur in my video filters and have signed out and back in, but my background is always blurred. Is this caused by some other setting?
