I have the latest updates. I used to start a meeting as and when required. Now I am faced with a calendar and no obvious ways of doing anything but a scheduled meeting. I cannot get past the link calendar page which I don't need at this time.

I am trying to get a client's domain verified and I have searched for hours and can't seem to find any good documentation or answers on what actually needs to be changed in his DNS to get the domain verified, specifically the CNAME record. It just simply states:Create a CNAME that maps your domain to events-branding.zoom.us.That is so vague and not helpful. What is the NAME and VALUE that should be added to the CNAME Record?

Other scheduling tools allow you to group multiple booking pages (meeting types) into their own custom URL.Is there a way we can accomplish that with zoom scheduler?I don't necessarily want to show 10 separate booking pages for someone to choose from, if they are a business, I may just want to show three, so a ".../companies" custom url could show only those.

My issue is that if I'm in a call (not sharing my screen) I can talk and hear others and they can hear me well too, but also everyone can hear my computer sounds. Everything. My notifications, spotify, youtube, every sound on my computer. The headset has a mute button which obviously only mutes the mic of the headset but not the sounds from my computer, if I'm muting myself from zoom it mutes everthing as expected.Any guess how to fix it?(Using a Turtle Beach RECON 500 on a mac.)

Whenever we create a "Poll" on our Zoom account we find that any existing polls for other webinars will also appear as an option to be used in the new scheduled webinar.  Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

Hi all, I'm trying to make Zoom Events hub the single access area for all of our events, however as we all know, registering, paying for and attending a Paid event is only allowed in certain countries.   Question: Can I provide a Free ticket to a paid event to people outside of the list of countries and they will have no issues attending and having the same experience?  Example, if someone in Botswana, Africa wanted to attend  and paid my company directly (not via zoom) and I issue the individual with a free ticket - would this enable them to attend? Thanks

Deploying Android for Work, Zoom Phone becomes dialer option and takes over default dialer option. Permissions for Zoom have not been enabled, but any tap-to-Dial number is redirected to Zoom Phone. I have to copy paste phone numbers out of the body of emails and into my phone app to work around this. How do I remove this feature?Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

I have a meeting tomorrow with a larger group of about 40 people.   The person making a presentation just informed me they are having issues and would like me to share and operate the PowerPoint presentation while they speak.  I would like the attendees to see the PP presentation and the speakers video at the same time, if at all possible.    Should I just share my screen with the PP presentation?  If attendees have side by side activated, will they see the shared PP and the speaker? It there a better way to make this go smoothly? Can I use my pc to log in as HOST ... and then also log in on my laptop as a regular user?  If I shared the PP on my laptop, can I  (on my HOST PC)  choose to spotlight the shared presentation AND the speaker? I'm thinking thru this pretty fast, and thinking that may not work. Any ides on how to make this happen smoothly?

Hello, We have the Shure MV88+ Kit and using it for Zoom meetings using iPhone.We have an issue that there is no way to hear the other participants without speakers, that connects with 3.5mm jack to the mic output.With one iphone (iPhone SE 2023) the speakers work, and we can hear the participants, however, only in low volume, otherwise we get a strong "feedback" noise, so I must reduce the volume.With another iphone (XS) the speakers does not play sound at all. We tried many things:connecting the speakers before zoomor during the meetingconnecting the mic during/before the meetingtried to change the settings of the output...But the issue persists.The iphone details are attached. After enable HDR in video setting in Citrix , the Video option screen and Video is hanged. How can I turn it off or open the zoom without enabling HDR?

My laptop won't let me download and install the Zoom PC App. Every time I'm about to finish to download and install the app, it shows the pop up that contact the software manufacturer for assistance. My laptop is also good. It's Dell latitude 7280 corei5 6th generation. It's driving me crazy. Has anyone found a way to get past this and successfully install Zoom? This has happened to, at least, two Zoom calls with different users.  They are sharing their screen and mouse icon changes from a pointer.  At this point, it no longer works with whatever application they are showing me. The work around has been for me to force share my screen (their mouse d/n work).  They then get control of their mouse.  I stop my share and they share the screen again.  That usually lasts a few minutes and we have to repeat.  I believe I am on the latest version of Zoom (auto update). I doubt they have the desktop version installed but I do. Any idea what setting needs to be changed here?

Hello, I am running the Zoom silicon client on a Macbook Pro M3 Pro. I use an Anker PowerConf 200. Since updating to 6.0.x, I get the spinning beach ball and then encounter an error when I join a meeting about 95% of the time that says my background isn't loading, and do I want to continue. If I open the meeting using my default laptop camera, I get the same error when I try to change to my external camera.I then get an error in a window saying that my mic won't work and everything freezes. I have to leave the meeting and try again, which sometimes works but not always. Sometimes I have to reboot. Sometimes I can get away with restarting my finder and killing the Zoom client. This *only* happens in Zoom. It does not happen in Teams. It does not happen in Google Meet. It does not happen in Facetime. However, once it happens in Zoom, I have to restart my entire system to use my camera again in another app. Thanks for any insight

We are trying to download the recordings with all panelists and the slides visible on Webinars. The recording views of gallery and slides or speaker and slides are the options but they only show the active speaker and not all panelists. Is there a way to download the recording with all panelist view and slides?

Hello I did a test run on a webinar I have scheduled but I do not see the cloud recording.I also select local recording. Is it one or the other or is something else going wrong ? I have disk space available on the cloud.

I am setting up an event with 7 ticket types and each ticket has the same 10 questions.I can not see a way to set up a template ticket.  I have scoured the community questions and find that others have had this problem but there seems to be no answers.Sometimes the instructions are go to links/event access and customise questions, then click create.  There is no create option.I'm super frustrated by this.
