We are hosting a zoom event and want to be able to control the zoom production studio from backstage without joining the webinar ourselves. How can we do this?  We are finding we have to start the webinar to set up production studio first which eliminates the waiting room.  Help please! 

I cant access my recordings and this has not happened before. Mp4 files not showing

When you have the waiting room enabled, and there are people in the waiting room, you will get a pop-up on the bottom right of the screen.  It tells you there are # people entered the waiting room. It has a button to view.   We want the waiting room but with 10 or so co-hosts managing a large Zoom with multiple breakout rooms. we hate the pop-up on the bottom right that tells us there are people in the waiting room. We know they are there. That pop-up gets in the way of us answering the chat! It is so annoying and I don't see a way to turn it off.   Attached is a screenshot of the notification that we desperately want to turn off! 

I used to be able to share desktop (rather than share PowerPoint) and then position my webcam where I wanted it, then stretch to enlarge the webcam to the desired size, and the recording would capture the large webcam because I had positioned in on my shared desktop.  See examples attached.  Now, when I try, the recording always just show the default webcam small size in the upper-right.  How can I achieve the desired result which is to show position and stretch the webcam larger and get it to appear as such in the recording?

Hello.  My virtual background is not setting up to my Android mobile "infinite zero 30 " An error occur while setting virtual background. Please give any suggestion. 

Since "Workplace" recurring meetings don't work as expected for me.I created 2 one year recurring meetings (A and B) and sent the links to the different 2 groups of attendees. If I open either meeting on the current meeting date, like today, 11/3/2024, there are no attendees.When they use the link, it consistently opens on a previous occurrence.  I have to search for the OPEN meeting and JOIN. Meeting A always opens the 9/23 instance,Meeting B always opens the 10/21 instance.I have tried changing the begin and end dates - that wiped out the schedule.

I've been searching for an API or SDK that enables sending in-meeting messages or sharing files during active meetings (where the meeting has started and users have joined).I want to send a message on behalf of one of the joined users, but I couldn't find any endpoint or capability that supports this.Is this feature unsupported?Is there an alternative workaround (other than regular chat messages or persistent meeting chat)?

My audio keeps dropping out in the middle of meetings. I quite often have two meetings back to back, the first one this evening was fine, then the audio cuts out during the second then this message appears, "low system audio may affect your audio quality. Try closing down some applications to improve performance" I don't have any other  apps running on my laptop, I've closed everything down, I even make sure the cloud isn't backing up in the background. So what could it be???? It's becoming very annoying as I rely on this for my business. Could it be something to do with the Zoom apps? I would appreciate someone getting back to me. Many thanks.

HiI often need to train professionals. I would like to use Zoom for voice typing and speech analysis using other apps.When the participants speak, their speech is not recognized by external apps.How can I resolve this issue?

I am looking for a way to use an avatar instead of me, and an in real time speech to speech voice generator or voice distorter within Zoom. Is there a way to do that? An app or program that would work within Zoom?  I like teaching live, yet with a certain population I need to neither be seen nor heard.

There will be future meetings, and each meeting will have another host from a defined group of people.Can I add this list of people so that they can start the meeting and be the host?

Hi, I want to record a Zoom meeting just now so the meeting host just made me as the co-host, and when I click the record button, I do not think there is any option for me to record on computer or record to the cloud, I just record it by default, and the thing is that I did not sign it, I just join using browser, so I just want to ask where will the recording go? Will it saved to the host's computer? Or it will still appear on my computer files after a few hours when it finished converting?

When I record sometimes, there is a black border around the speakers and presentations on the recording that I am unsure how to remove. Can anyone assist with this?  

Hi,I set the setting "Personal Meeting ID (PMI) Passcode" to false many months ago. From some reason it's not marked as "modified" (so that it can be reset). That wouldn't be the problem though. What bothers me is that it switches back to true almost every day. That means that people who want to join my personal meeting are asked to enter a passcode, which I haven't set. It's behaving really mysteriously. Any help would be highly appreciated. I have to set it to false every morning, as I don't want people set a passcode. I use waiting room to check that the right people join my meetings. It's really annoying. Thanks!

There is a link we members use for our community meetings.  We haven't needed to sign in, and the other members still don't have to, but it insists that I have to sign in, but I don't hold the original information to get the one time passcode.  The host who set it up says he can't do anything.  I've been able to join any other links to meetings, but not that one link.  Who do I contact to solve this issue?

I have a Workplace pro plan and I use Zoom in a therapy context with only one client at a time. Before the client could share his screen with me just by clicking "share" but now, a window appears and it says "Allow Zoom Workplace to share your screen. Open system settings security and privacy to grant access." I tried going to the computer settings to security and privacy but I don't have any information where it says to allow Zoom workplace. My client doesn't know what to do and neither do I. Can someone help me.

Hello, I just recorded a very important meeting, but only the audio saved, and the video didn’t record. This is the first time I’ve had this issue with Zoom. Any solutions? It’s quite important.

I have not been able to host a successful Zoom meeting in a very long time. I send out the invitation with the link via WhatsApp. I start the meeting, but I get no participants. The participants open the link and see a screen telling them that the host has yet to start meeting. I think somehow, they are getting a different passcode than what I am using. I see conflicting passcode information. This used to be so simple and now it is a nightmare for me.

Hi, I've had a frustrating change that started a couple months ago. I do a lot of Zoom meetings, some Google Meetings, and some training videos that I record on Zoom. A couple of months ago, my microphone stopped working on these platforms. I can use my headset and hear volume only if I'm not in a meeting platform. So, I can listen to YouTube videos, I can edit Audacity audios, etc. However, each time I try to use my microphone on Zoom or Google Meet it doesn't work. Some trouble shooting I've already done without success is testing different headsets. Restarting my computer.Manually adjusting the Volume Control items in my laptop. When I go to the volume control while in a Zoom Meeting, it shows it as an "x" for Chrome and Zoom. It will show the correct headset is selected. However, the Volume Mixer shows an "X" for Zoom. And an "X" for Chrome. I click the "x" to turn on the microphone sound on for Zoom in the volume control, it removes the "x" for a second then it's back on

Hi,Zoom is unstable in full screen.  It studders whenever there is full screen on any screen.  I have 3 monitors and it is unstable if using multiple screens or single screen.  Only the 1 screen is not studdering constantly only if it is not full screen and is the only screen, but even then is not always stable.  I have a Nvidia graphics.
