I've tried a number of times to create a brief Zoom Clip. I also tried different settings.  Clips between 15-30 seconds. All appear unloadable.  The software says 'the video cannot be loaded either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. '  I know it's in Beta testing.  Is this commonly occurring or is there a solution?

I use Zoom for singing lessons and when I sing, the audio goes in and out.  What should I do?

Has anyone else encountered audio issues with Zoom on T-Mobile? Several users (iOS & Android) can't hear or be heard during calls over their data connection. We've submitted a ticket with Zoom and confirmed basic troubleshooting, but Zoom claims it's a T-Mobile issue. The call quality dashboard for Zoom shows no receiving stats for T-Mobile users, so it does seem like maybe a port issue on T-Mobile's end. Looking to see if any others are experiencing this. 

Prior to this week, using the scroll wheel on my mouse or dragging up/down on trackpad would scroll around the canvass about Y axis, and holding Shift + scroll wheel would scroll along the X axis. Exactly as you'd expect on something like a browswer window. Now using the scroll wheel increases and decreases the magnfication. There is no combination of modifier keys that will let you scroll on the Y axis. This is extremely not useful! Moving about the canvass used to be effortless, but now I have to swticth to the hand tool to drag myself about the canvass or manually drag the scroll bar on the side of the window. I don't understand why they would change such a critical feature. Is there any user control over this? I'm on Version: 6.1.0 (35886) using a Mac and I uninstalled and reinstalled if that matters.

Several coworkers have noticed that the quality of AI-generated meeting summaries has degraded, leading them to disable the feature.  Summaries with wild hallucinations that include names of participants that didn’t attend or were never discussed and subject summaries that were completely incorrect.  Confidence in the feature has significantly eroded compared to a few months ago.  

So - I have a group of friends - we like to get online to do some games and have Zoom running (so it looks/feels more like in-person).I have a Pro account.Next week, I won't be able to be at the meetup; but I'd still like them to be able to use my meeting. I'm gleaning that because I'm an individual account, I cannot assign anyone as alternative host. I can set the meeting to start without being manually started and to allow people to join without a waiting room. And, for the most part, that will enable the meeting to go on .... but, if by chance, someone gets in that shouldn't be there (unlikely, but it's happened before) - does *no one* have the ability to boot the interloper? Is there no workaround to this? You cannot take someone slated to attend the meeting and grant them hosting power before the meeting begins?

As we've been rolling out Zoom Phone to our users, we now have several sales folks and managers using SMS.I've fielded several complaints that they "miss" messages because the sound that notifies the user is not loud and happens very quickly. Has anyone found a way to modify which sound and level of volume we can get for SMS messages?

I have a reoccurring meeting that requires users to enter 6 questions in to register. Had the meeting - went well, with no issues. But where do I find the data on the 6 questions the attendee had to fill out? 4 of the questions are required to register. Ive spent a couple hours looking at reports and reports under account management with no luck. Thanks! 

We changed the profile name of our account, yet the Chat Box has a title area that continues to show the old name.  The zoom meeting does not include this old name either.  We want to change it or delete it.  How do we do that?

After the recent update, Zoom now makes using external and Bluetooth keyboards harder for iPad users. Now, pressing the “enter” or “return” key on your keyboard doesn’t send your message in Chat. It only opens up new lines to type on. Before the update, pressing “enter” sent the message and you could also add additional lines to it by holding down “shift” and pushing “enter.” Before the update, an external keyboard with iPadOS Zoom worked just like it does with the MacOS Zoom app, in terms of chat usability.  This needs to be fixed! 

Hi I just created a new recurring meeting using the windows zoom app. Normally I send an email to the person who is joining the meeting to confirm the details. The meeting are all synced to my google calendar. I usually copy the invite by clicking the 3 dots on the zoom app homepage next to the meeting and selecting copy invite, then paste this into the email to be sent. However zoom is now adding loads of lines of unnecessary  text to the invite like this -  Please download and import the following iCalendar (.ics) files to your calendar system.Weekly: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/tZ0ud-yupzIrHNOezihhCuDOXaO2B15c9hho/ics?icsToken=DMWHPf7QzJE2r5yFewAALAAAAJU  ...... Hello: On a 2021 14" M1 Macbook Pro running a fully patched instance of macOS 12.1, I have an issue where the background is blurry and if there is more than one person on camera, Zoom will randomly try to  focus on  that person in the background. I have verified and/or tried the following already: 1.  Virtual background is turned off (and therefore, the blurred effect is disabled).  2.  Playing around with various video settings including "HD, "Touch up my appearance", and "Adjust for low light".  Also tried the disabling the de-noise and hardware acceleration under advanced video settings. 3.  Lighting  in room is confirmed as good.4,  Zoom is updated to 5.9.1 (and apparently automatically updated to ensure compatibility with the M1 chip version).5.  Basic Mac troubleshooting included macOS updates, restarting, Disk Utility.   (And one can no longer reset the NVRAM/SMC on M1 Macs anymore).  

Hi,I just tried to update from 5.12.9 to the latest version on a Win11 PC.  The message is " can only update 5.13.5 or higher.I have tried uninstalling but still get the same message.  I have found no way to make it reinstall

(Windows 11 PC.  New Airpods Pro 2nd Gen).  Airpods paired and connected with PC and work fine with system except when in Zoom.  When I test speaker and mic for airpods I get silence.  If I exit Zoom, airpods work fine when connected to PC.  Zoom audio and mic work fine if I use PC audio/speaker instead of airpods so Zoom audio function is working except when I use airpods.  I have tried various setting options within Zoom but no cigar.  Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

My kid was using Zoom meeting on Windows. But for some reason I have to move on to Ubuntu recently. My kid was frequently using Space bar to unmute  temporarily and ask or say something to teacher while in Zoom Class. But now its not possible in Ubuntu version of Zoom. I tried Zoom version provided by Ubuntu package manager (5.4), and also installed and tried on latest version 5.8 but not fruitful.In list of the shortcuts provided by Zoom Settings, Alt+A is fixed for Mute/UnMute, but no shortcut option available for temporarily Mute/Unmute. Any Help? Thanks in Advance.RegardsShehzad.

Our company utilizes a dual-screen setup during meetings, with one monitor dedicated to screen sharing and the other for viewing participant webcams. Following a recent Zoom update, we've observed that this functionality is no longer available. Is there a specific setting we need to adjust to restore this feature?

I am unable to "double click" to convert recordings as I have done in the past when not done automatically.  Any tricks to get the file to convert to MP4 from Zoom recording?
