Just wanted to come here to highlight Zoom's unfair auto-renewal practices. Seems like I am not the only one. Beware if you are entering a contract, Zoom will set the contract as auto-renew. You won't be able to stop it at anytime and you will be forced to pay for  the whole year. Their T&Cs actually say that Zoom will send you a notification prior to auto-renewal. I never received the notification, disputed payment as breach of contract and asked to be put in touch with the complaints department. Their communication is a joke, they take forever to reply (it's 8 months of back and forth emails with a chatbox). The result? I couldn't even find instructions to deactivate autorenew so it all ended with Zoom having to do this for me. The system is purposefully hard so that Zoom can profit and take advantage from its users. A very good platform but 0 stars from a customer service level from me. Bye Zoom, hello Teams.

Hi, My account is due to expire at the end of June.  Will Zoom be advising me of my upcoming payment before it is taken off my credit card or will it just come off automatically?

Hello, I'm the director for a 28-year old nonprofit organization that provides housing, meals, advocacy and community integration assistance for extremely low-income people living with HIV, who may also suffer from substance abuse or mental illness that prevents them from living independently. We are considered permanent supportive housing and meet the state guidelines for an Adult Family Home. I've provided copies of the relevant RCW's and state guidelines, as well as material from our mission statement, in applying for the nonprofit discount. The Goodstack staff who have responded have categorized us incorrectly, first as a "health clinic" and then, after I provided documentation that we do not meet that definition, they responded that "rehabilitation is the "suitable category for your organization's activity."  When I provided documentation that "rehabilitation center" was also not accurate, I was told; "We already provided information with regards to your organizatio

Hello, My subscription was automatically renewed, but I did not intend to renew it.It has been less than 24 hours since the charge was made. Importantly, the payment was made using a corporate card from a public institution, not my personal card.Because we are a government-funded organization, strict regulations prohibit personal or unintended use of institutional budgets.This unintended charge may cause serious administrative issues, so it is essential that the payment be cancelled. I have not used any paid features after the renewal.Could you please provide a full refund for this unintended renewal? If a full refund is not possible, I would appreciate any possible alternatives such as a credit refund. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Hello, We have had a couple of incidents where a colleague fell ill during a Zoom call and needed medical assistance.  Is there a way to add a button for reporting these instances to an internal security/safety/hr team so they can locate the person and call for assistance? I've looked around and don't see that as a capability, but I know it's a needed function and we can't be the only ones with this issue.

I am a paid Zoom subscriber. My Video freezes all the time on Zoom app on MacBookPro (2019, Intel), ever since I updated my MacOs to Tahoe 26.1. My zoom app is up to date - 6.6.6.67409. Experience has been horrible. I depend on zoom for my business every day. I need this issue fixed ASAP. I followed all the steps in support & troubleshooting - I closed all other apps, I restarted, I uninstalled zoom app and reinstalled, I gave full disk access to zoom in my system settings. I don't know what else to do. Please help ASAP. Wondering why I am a paying subscriber when I cannot use my zoom app. I need help today.

Hi, I needed Zoom pro last year but haven’t used it for ages. Just seen that it auto renewed and at a 50% price hike, but I didn’t get an email to check if I still wanted it, or warning of price hike. I believe there’s a 14 day cooling off period so I would like to cancel my subscription and to receive a full refund. How do I do this? I can only seem to talk to bots. Thanks

What is going on here? i just opened the windows app (after a few weeks or months) and suddenly - a second after the app was open (i didn't click on anything)- my internet browser opens, diretly leading me to a checkout page (all official, doesn't look like fake) to buy a yearly plan for round a bout 150usd!What the hell is going on??Did something change here? Will zoom keep on working for free?I have an important meeting tomorrow and just wanted to see if the app needs an update or so. didn't expect this - it's very irritating.To be clear: i never clicked on something. I just openend the app. and no, i for sure didn't click on "upgrade" or "buy a plan" or anything like that.I'm confused: Can i just participate in a meeting tomorrow or am I restricted with my "free" basic account, in a way that I can't even take part in meetings?When I just open a (free) windows app I don't expect randomly opening a browser asking me to buy something.this is weird.Thanks in advance.BestY

I am writing to you all to pay attention when signing up for Zoom business account through the sales department. We have had our zoom pro and phone account for over 2 years. We recently changed to a different platform and have been trying for TWO WEEKS to cancel our account. I have opened tickets and tried to escalate and called billing and called sales. After the initial year, our sales executive was never heard from again. Never heard from any sales account person from Zoom. Now, trying to cancel and cannot get anyone to follow through. Sales says needs to be renewal specialist. Renewal specialist says its billing. Billing says its sales. Terrible service. BE AWARE!

Every month I pay £16.79 for a Zoom pro account and up to last Sunday I have been able to host meetings of 3 hours in length. Today I had to cancel a meeting as my access was limited to 40 minutes as it is now listed as basic. The virtual agent was useless as I was just repeatedly informed that I must have violated service conditions. I have invoices emailed to me to say my payment has been processed including 7th October. I have personal ID and meeting pass code but virtual agent says only basic account. I have not even been able to submit a request to support. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did they resolve it please?

Hello. I have cancelled my Zoom subscription 2025. I would like to request a refund.

Hoping this gets some traction here as the 4th dept to be involved. Joshua Tan in finance continues to send demands for payment but does not provide an active account number. We have provided evidence that the Wells Fargo bank account that zoom has provided on invoices is INACTIVE and CANNOT RECEIVE PAYMENTS. This has been going on for several months and has over 15 people engaged from both my company and from Zoom where there are several internal tickets and requests for escalation. We have yet to have this resolved.

Hello, My Zoom subscription was automatically renewed, and I was charged without my intention. I did not plan to continue the subscription, and this payment was unintended. Since the renewal date, I have not used the service at all. Could you please cancel the subscription and issue a refund?

Our company used ZOOM 100 Events for just one month. I sent a request to cancel the service, but no one from ZOOM responded. When we received an invoice, I reached out to ZOOM again to request cancellation. I received a notice that someone would get back to me. While I waited, I received another invoice.  In September, I finally managed to reach a person at ZOOM named Maximo. He assured me that the service would be canceled. However, after waiting for a response, I again had to reach out to him by phone. During this call, he mistakenly thought I was trying to cancel our yearly subscription. After clarification, he said he needed to forward my request to another department, and that I would hear back from them. Unfortunately, I did not hear from the renewals department (Cezar). I have been facing problem in my previous account . I had taken subscription for 2 user id recently . After taking subscription it came failure to log in error 2,025 . I have already paid now , what to do?? How can I recover my account . I am owner of it *********** 

I just cancelled my subscription to ZOOM because I haven't used this product in a year.  I refuse to pay for another year when I haven't used your product.   I wish to file a dispute. 

Zoom is not letting me in with my zoom registered email address. The response I am getting from zoom is that my email isn't authorized and that I need to contact the "administrator". There is though no other administrator than I, as this is my personal zoom account. Can anyone help such that I can use my zoom?

How does this work if I sign up for this now? I am paid up till Feb on my existing plan. I notice that I will be charged today for a new plan finishing in October. This means I lose 3 months that I have already paid for?
