共有パソコンにインストールされた Zoom アプリを利用していると、前回利用した人の名前が記録されていることがあります。常に Zoom アプリで名前を記録しないようにできないでしょうか？　また、記憶されている名前をクリアできないでしょうか？ -----When using the Zoom app installed on a shared computer, the name of the last person who used the app may be recorded. Is it possible to always prevent the Zoom app from recording the name?　Also, is it possible to clear the stored names?

Hi, I have been using Active Host Reports for 2 years to track meeting attendance.  The last report I ran was 4/30/23.  When I went to follow the same steps today and generate a detail report, after reviewing it, a large number of the participants are not showing.  For example, it will show 8 participants as the count in the meeting and then only 2 names, one being the host name.  I was running it for all of May 2023, which I have run twice, and I also tried just running it for 2 weeks with the same result.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Is there another way around it?   @Bri Is this something you can help me with?

I want to upgrade to Pro but the form asks for business / company name.  I'm just a private individual - do I leave this  blank?

No background blur option!Zoom Desktop Client version 5.16.5 (24269).Operating system Windows 10.Processor AMD A6-3650 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.60 GHz, 64-bit operating system. If I access Zoom through a browser, there is a background blur function, but the video quality and speed are very poor, so it is impossible to hold a conference through a browser.

Hello,I am having trouble converting a meeting recording that is locally stored. When I click "double_click_to_convert_01.zoom", the conversion starts and gets as far as 90% finished, but then it crashes. I've looked through other posts here for help, but most of them are about failure to start the conversion process, whereas I can get it started, but it won't finish. I have restarted my computer, closed and re-opened Zoom ... Thank you for any suggestions,Susan

Hi there,I would like to share my screen and audio with a group. The screen sharing works fine and my audio works fine. However I would like to share the audio from a video that I'm showing. I can hear the audio in my headphones but not the participants on the other end.My usual fix is to unplug the headphones and have the audio play out loudly so the mic picks it up and sends it. Surely there must be a better way...I have tried all audio settings in the Zoom window. None, enable me to transmit the audio track from the video playing.I'm on a MacBook Pro 11.5.2. I've tried to root the audio via the Audio/Midi Setup w/o success. Thanks for your help,Harry

We will organize a webinar for our customers in India. A while ago, India was automatically on geo-blocking list in Zoom Events. Now I can't see any countries blocked, but I still want to be sure if my clients from India can attend or not.   Many thanks for your answers in advance.

I am attempting to build a Macro within my Cisco Room Systems and am not sure how to get the information I need and hoping this community can help.We will be using Zoom with the Hybrid Calendar OBTP to join meetings. The issue I am facing is when joining a meeting, currently you must hitShow/Hide Non Video ParticipantsShow/ Hide Name LabelsManually enter the passcode from the invite. I would like to bake all of this in so that when a user joins the call, all of this happens suppressed and there is no extra user interaction on the system.Question:What are the DTMF commands for these items? All the articles I am finding do not have the first 2 on my list.

Following the instructions while also on hold waiting for an agent.  I have turned on the Breakout Rooms at the account level, but I am unable to enable it at the User level, so she is unable to create the rooms in her webinar.

I have just started using Zoom Phone for my business. I would like to store business contacts so that in the app I can see their name/association, but I do not want to give the app access to my personal contacts. Is this possible?

Hello everyone! I would like to know if there is the possibility to record a meeting that the camera is on and the participant is sharing his screen, and when i'll download the recording i get access to the camera and the screen share files separately.

Last night I was a guest speaker in a meeting.   When I clicked on the Share button, Zoom displayed a list of my running apps, but the list did not include the 3 screens that I am running on my Win10 machine.  I rebooted and logged into the meeting. I still could not share screens, just apps.  I've attended as a guest and hosted hundreds of meetings, and never encountered this before. Does anyone have any ideas why this happened and how to avoid it in the future?

Is there a way for a parked call to ring back to the call queue instead of the person that placed the call on park if the call isn't picked up after a certain amount of time? The customer's old system was able to do this and they are requesting it.

Hi, I'm having trouble finding out the answer to this.  I have a zoom one pro account with one admin and one Licensed user. My organization no longer needs the second user account so I went ahead and deactivated it. we are currently on a yearly billing cycle with 2 users set to renew in February 2024. When I go to the billing management tab and change the number of users on our account from 2 to 1 the only option is to "Place order" and checkout with one user selected. This would then charge use for an account with only one user immediately but we would be double paying as we still have access to our 2 user account until February.   It's not very clear but because I deactivated the user will our billing update to reflect this change in February. Or will I have to go in, in February and sign a new contact for only 1 user? Thanks for your help with this matter!

I'm running the Android Zoom 5.16.6(17128) App on a Samsung Galaxy A34 5G. I'm attempting to join a meeting I regularly attend using the Windows 10 App. When I enter the meeting ID the Android App accepts it and proceeds to the password entry screen, when I try to enter the password only the first 10 characters are accepted, this happens both if I enter the pwd manually via the keyboard or paste it from the clipboard. The meeting ID and password work fine from the Windows 10 application. Any advice? MTIA
