Hi,I have an upcoming Webinar event where translations are needed in 15 Indian languages. I realized that Indian languages can be added only as Custom Languages and there is a limit of 5 in this category. Can anyone advise on how I can have translations availed for 15 Indian languages? 

In a webinar we could share the image of video, but there was no option to share video audioHow can we do it???Was it an error from ZOOM?

I have 150 Polycom E220 phones that are used as "Common Area Phones".  I would like to add a speed dial to all of them for the IT Helpdesk.  I can import the lines for a single device, but I haven't been able to locate a way to import a speed dial to multiple devices.  (The templates don't seem to fit this use case)Any help would be appreciated (even if it's I need to stop looking and do them 1 by 1)Thanks!

Good afternoonAt first, I would like to mention that my performance in the English language is far from being the best.I would like to know if anyone else is getting an error message like mine.I get a message that the file igdb9dxva64.dll is not designed to run on Windows. Tell me the error status is 0xc0000005.Can anyone inform me of the possible causes of this error? 

I am having serious problem with the resolutions of my recordings. I am recording to my computer using a Brio 4K webcam, setting is to HD, but despite my 4K cam the result is less than 720p. This started 3 weeks ago and I am not able to mitigate the issue despite spending hours on the app as well as searching everywhere including this community platform. Unfortunately I am considering walking from Workspace Pro and use a cheaper option and invest in other programs.

Hi, I am registered with Zoom using my active Gmail address.  With my previous - now deleted email address/Zoom account - Zoom would open Outlook to send the meeting invitations once the meeting was scheduled.  When I schedule a meeting now, it doesn't do that.  Should Zoom be generating an email from Gmail to send my invitations, or do I just copy the information and send it myself, or does it matter?  Thanks!  

I have a Workplace Pro plan. Yesterday I activated AI Companion during a meeting in order to have a meeting summary. A meeting summary was not generated. It has worked with previous meetings. Please advise.

Hello everyone. I use Zoom on a new pc with USB camera with manual zoom purchased on Amazon. Until recently the camera could be seen fine. I can't tell if since I upgraded to the PRO version or as a result of program updates, the view is cut off at the sides and it looks dark. The same webcam used on apps like Windows 11 Camera or OBS captures the video perfectly. It seems that zoom does not fully support said camera. There are no dedicated drivers because it is PLUG & PLAY. What can I do about it?

Hi. Has anyone experienced not being to connect when doing outbound calls? Some calls that we make says that the call cannot be completed and try again later. However, when we call other numbers, it was able to connect. Can anyone help us with this issue? The zoom support has been very slow in resolving and answering the ticket.

Hi there, If I have a 'Zoom Clips Plus' plan and I find the 'Zoom Workplace Pro' plan necessary, can I just upgrade from the former to the workplace pro plan? How much will it cost? Can I only pay for the difference between the two plans?

By mistake I clicked the payment for one month for 500 persons.Right now I am managing the zoom conference. The number of the participants of the meeting is little by little increasing. That's why I was preparing the payment page. But it was my mistake that I touched the payment. Therefore it was payed automatically.  Please understand of my meeting number was 87 persons in maximum, of which number was never more that 100 persons. Could you please refund the payment of 500 persons for one month. It was just my mistake. Hello Zoom Community, I am encountering an issue while attempting to download a data export from my Zoom account via the web console.I initiated a data export request under the "Data & Privacy" section. The system successfully processed the request and generated a zip file, which is listed as being approximately 8MB in size. However, when I click the "Download" button for this generated file, I consistently receive a "No Permission" error. I am currently using a free Zoom account. Is there a way to store a Zoom recording on a flash drive? I have such limited storage on my crappy laptop. Everything I see says that I should be able to choose a storage place in settings, but I don't see that option when I go to storage. I also can't use the Cloud because my admin has it blocked.
