Help.  I have a pretty basic understanding of Zoom.  I can work the User and Plan management features and I know how to do at least the most basic of actions.  My boss came to me about 4 months ago, and was wondering what we were paying fro different aspects in Zoom.  When I told him the Webinar plan cost, his words were something to the effect of "$80 per month to use it once a year, we don't need that."  So I dropped our Webinar plan.  Now he wants it back, which I did without issue, but his historical Webinars aren't there.Is there a way to recover his previous Webinars from the cloud?

I want to send a recorded zoom meeting to client, with a determined time for expire.  To view for 1 week and the link of recording is nolonger open for viewing. Could someone give me clear step by step to do this? Thank you

I have a free Basic account. I should be able to record my meetings locally, but there is no red record button on my screen. There is no option in my meeting settings to enable recording. How do I record my meetings?

I have just upgraded my account from  basic  account for 100 participants to 1000 participants. However, right at the schedule for the meeting, no more than 100 participants were accommodated. Please help me. Thanks.. 

I am in the need of the ability to have simultaneous interpretation and translation on Zoom.  The languages are American English and Thai.    Any suggestions would be gratefully received.  Thank you!

Has anyone else encountered this recently? Have been running shows for over a year with no problem, but for some reason now, even if I hide camera, when I share a screen during a webinar, my company logo remains visible on screen. Any help would be gratefully received as Zoom help has been a case of 'download new version', (which I've done, with no success). I'm not aware that anything has changed in settings to cause this new issue. Many thanks. 

Hi:I am a zoom phone user and my cell phone is iPhone.How I can find co-workers name in Zoom phone app/ phone/ dial in extension number page ? In computer Zoom application, i can find co-workers name in phone functoin.But in cell phone. I can not find user by name, could you help ? thank you. 

I have an Apple iPhone 15 and have been using the zoom app for a while now and when I would join a meeting, it gave me a "cellular" option for audio but since the v5.16.10 update, its gone and all I have for audio options are "Wifi, Dial in, Call Me, No Audio" - Why did the cellular option go away?  It worked great for me.  I tried the "Call Me" option but it was not as good (audio clarity).  I haven't tried the wifi option but many times I need to join a call when I'm in my car and I just want to use my cellular and the audio is perfect.  Why-o-why did you get rid of that option?!?!?!?

Based on the documentation, a survey can only be used by the person that created it. I'd like to create a survey that others on my team can use after a meeting has ended. For example, if I create a new training satisfaction survey, I don't want all trainers to have to recreate it. I'd also like the manager to be able to review all survey results and not ask team members to share those results. Are these things possible? I'm on Version: 5.16.10 (26186)Cheryl

the German language is only displayed in English after the update to 5.15.xIn version 5.14.x, the language is all normalhere is an excerpt from the colleagues:Dear Mr. Schmidt, this is a software bug that we can replicate as well. With the latest update, all languages can be set manually except for German. Likewise, when editing the config file by entering the language code, German is not selected, but English. We have a pro account and believe we should have access to edit registration pages for meetings.  Registration can be turned on or off, but there's nowhere on the meeting page to manage or edit what that page looks like.  Has anyone else found out how to access this?

Is there a way to combine multiple recordings (all by different people) into one recording?  We are trying to create a Holiday Greeting card via one link!  We have 5 separate recordings, under 2min each, that I am trying to combine.  Is this possible?! 

We are having trouble adding Zoom Rooms as panellists for Zoom events, especially when there are 5-10 Zoom Rooms joining from different countries. As a Zoom admin, we need to have someone join from their laptop first and then pair with the specific Zoom Room before joining the event from the lobby. This process can be time-consuming and troublesome. Often, those working in remote offices lack technical skills, resulting in mistakes during the long process. Is there any easy way to Join from ZR with one click as a panellist or is there anything on the roadmap for simplifying the process?  

I have a group who are in the middle of property valuation appeals and they are taking up all of our cloud storage. I offered to help, but in order to do that I have to share with myself, open the recording then download. How and where can I change a setting to allow me to download directly from the Recording Management page instead of adding multiple steps (and time consumption) to the process? Thanks,Brian Craven

I haven't been able to find a voicemail retention policy configuration page.  Also, I haven't found any support pages describing the defaults of a policy.  Does Zoom Phone have a default retention policy for voicemail messages?  Is this a roadmap item already?  Thanks to anyone who might have something to share.

We are using Zoom to record a podcast. In this arena, competitors like Zencastr and Streamyard tout "local recording," which they use to mean: "Each user records a separate audio and video file on their device and uploads them to StreamYard in the background. Even if someone has a weak connection, the recordings won't be blurry or choppy." and "if you or your guests experience issues with your internet connections (drops, disconnections) the quality of the recorded audio and video will not be impacted by those issues." As in, all the recording is taking place on the participant's computer, then being uploaded over the internet, resulting in higher quality. I know that you can collect separate audio tracks and I know that Zoom has "local recording", but Zoom's page on this describes Local Recording as the ability to download the file to your desktop at the end. Based on what I know about Zoom and the fact that I've never heard of Zoom waiting for an audio file to upload, I am guess

Hello, I need help with a problem of local Zoom recordings. It turns out that I accidentally deleted some recordings that I made with Zoom and that were saved on my computer, and not in the cloud. I have tried to recover them with several data recovery programs, but I have not succeeded. The curious thing is that when I enter the Zoom recordings section, the recordings appear there, but when I try to open them it tells me that it cannot find the file path. Is there any way to recover local recordings from the Zoom platform itself? Or does anyone know of a program that works for this case? I appreciate your help very much.

After some time in the conference, the program hangs and crashes. Hi Ray,I purchased the Large Meeting/500 capacity in March for work trainings. I noticed on one of the trainings that the room capacity capped out at 300. This made me check my Zoom plan to make sure it was actually 500 (not 300). I start and end meetings so I'm always the host.  Would you know why the room capacity capped out at 300 during that training?  We are hosting another training this month that will have 300+ attendees and I want to make sure it doesn't cap out again. Thanks so much! Kathy

I can't record my meetings, when I am the host.  I have the settings set I think for recording a meeting but it won't show the record button
