Hi all - I'm a little stumped, and I am not an IT person, but I know how to follow instructions and use a mouse.  So I thought I would try posting here. I've just hired my first employee into my professional services (consulting) firm.  He is remote from my main location.  For 4 months now, calls have been coming to me since I was the only employee.  I have bought a second Zoom phone license for him so he can make his own calls out for assignments.  What I would like to do is avoid having to be the phone receptionist.  Is there a way for an autoattendant to receive calls and allow an extension to be dialed? My workaround is either I will be the receptionist and transfer calls over, or the new hire gets that job.  I'd rather a robot do that for me.  I just couldn't figure out how to do it. Thanks -Joe

I was following the instructions to convert my Yealink VP59 to a Zoom appliance and got to a point where the phone rebooted and is now locked up.  The phone boots up, tells me the firmware that I was told to install is already on the phone, and then presents me with a screen that says "Please import the license" and I cannot do anything with the phone now.  Does anyone know how to import the license that can help me?

How in the ever living heck do yo cancel zoom phone and zoom pro?  Chat and telephone says I will receive an email.  I did recieve an email and have responded back to it serveral times and nothing but crickets from zooms side.  

Dear Zoom community members, I have a question about upcoming meetings in Zoom desktop application. I integrated Zoom with Google Calendar successfully allowing full privileges and added invited schedules, but I cannot see anything in the upcoming meetings menu. Although I tried signing out of the desktop application and signing in again, deleting and adding again invitations on Google Calendar, making Google Calendar open to public, and making my own schedule and substituting it with invited ones, nothing seems to work. When I set my iphone Zoom app to sync with either of a local calendar: Gmail or iCalendar (actually I copied them to Google Calendar by sharing it in iCloud, retrieving by URL in Google Calendar, and duplicating it to my Google Calendar), I could see the invited upcoming meetings. I am trying to set up a new Zoom account for my business and keep getting an error message "Request failed with status 401", after entering my email and entering continue. I have cleared my cache and all cookies, closed my Chrome browser and reopened. Still getting the same error. Tried in FireFox and having the same issue. I can open my personal Zoom account and have no issue with that account.

Hi there,Please help!I am on the latest version of zoom.I am on Windows 11.I have been teaching online fitness classes since the start of covid.I share Spotify music via zoom which works perfectly.I wear a bluetooth mic which works perfectly.I use the app Seconds as my timer and it plays via my Bose speaker beside me.I updated my laptop a few months back (windows 10), and since that day, my attendees can hear me perfectly, can hear my music perfectly but they can't hear my timer via my speaker that is located in the room beside me while I teach.I tried turning on my old laptop to compare settings, but it won't work, hence new laptop!Nobody told me they couldn't hear the countdown timer until very recently when a few of my regulars asked me why I have stopped using a timer. I told them I hadn't, I can hear it perfectly, obviously because it is right beside me! I am an admin of a channel that I created.  We've had some changes in our department.  Is there a way to delete members from an existing channel?  I can add, but I don't see any info from help about deleting members.

I run a music school in Lagos, Nigeria and we teach clients across the world on zoom. Since the most recent zoom upgrade, we have been experiencing a serious degredation of audio with regards to instruments that is threatening the viability of our online lessons.    We can hear the speech of our students very clearly but the minute they start to play on their instrument,  there is no sound at all. It's like the sound settings are optimised for speech and not for instruments. We have tried adjusting the settings on both our end and the students end so we are not compressing background noise and original sound for musicians is on, to no avail.  In fact, switching on original sound appears to make things worse. Hi,  I want to conduct multiple sessions over Zoom such that: 1. Only participants logging in using certain email ids are allowed to enter the meeting2. The entry and exit time of each participant is recorded 3. The meeting should allow around a 120 participants Is this possible to do with Zoom free basic version. Can anyone help me with Whiteboard Collaboration? I want to use Zoom whiteboard to teach my online lessons but I cannot work out how to give participants 'edit' access. I've tried by opening the whiteboard in the meeting and checking the 'allow users to collaborate' box but the participant either gets an error message or the whiteboard opens as view only. It's really frustrating as I assume that collaboration is the whole point of the whiteboard?! I'd like my students to be able to write onto it. When I go into my settings the 'whiteboard sharing default' has the access level set to 'viewer' with 'commenter' and 'editor' greyed out. Please help me!!!!

I am using Zoom version 5.17.2 on a Mac desktop and laptop. When I go to unmute a message pops up that says "AI Companion is using the conversation transcript". I need to hit OK to unmute. I don't recall having this message in the past. Can someone tell me what is going on?

I updated my Zoom client and now my screen looks like the attached image. I have already done the following to troubleshoot. Updated drivers Reinstalled the zoom client Restarted my computer Verified that my camera software works properly when I am not using zoom. Anyone have advice?

I am hosting a meeting. Once my client is accepted from the waiting room, he will be in the group and then disappear. In a very short time, he will be back in the meeting without going through the waiting room/admission process.  From his end, he describes it as cycling between being in the meeting and looking at my invitation. This does not happen with any of my other clients. He is using his phone, but I have other clients who use their phones without issue. Can anyone help? I've tried looking into the support, but I haven't found anything helpful. I don't want to lose my client, but he is struggling to stay connected because of this issue.Thanks,Kirsten

Hello all, I've been working on a Zoom event for the past few months. I came back from the holidays, and I'm no longer able to edit it or access it. I can see my event under the Manage Events section. Normally, I would click the edit button to edit the event. Now, it shows an error "Please complete your Host Profile Settings".  I've chatted with support and followed all directions to "update my host profile settings". It is still not working. Any ideas?
