Hi, I have one question. Is it possible to share file in chat with Video SDK. Zoom providing and api or any interface in Video SDK to file share in chat. If don't than we have any other solution to provide file sharing in zoom chat. If we create their own file sharing system than how we can integrate with zoom chat.

To whom it may concern,My name is ninjamokumoku.  I have my paid Zoom account set to automatically save chat, and it always did until early August of this year. Last week I discovered that I'm no longer able to save any chat from any Zoom meeting I attend, whether I'm Zooming from my paid account or not. I recently discovered that some of my personal meeting chats have been saved in the Zoom cloud, but not all of my meeting chats. I need them all. Also, I am unable to download these chats and save them to my computer.  I don't need, or want, my chats saved to the cloud. I need them on my computer so that I can save a record of the students who are attending and participating in my classes. I brought this problem up in a Zoom meeting last week. Others in the meeting were able to save the chat (using the 3 dots at the top of the chat window), but I am not able to save the chat.I have tried restarting my computer. I've tried deleting and redownloading the Zoo

Es decir, la grabación viene bien, luego cuando creo aulas partidas/separadas para trabajar en equipos y los vuelvo a traer a sesión principal, en ese último tramo de la grabación, SÓLO SE ESCUCHAN LAS VOCES PERO LA IMAGEN SALE CONGELADA. I have an Annual General Meeting that is run as a webinar. Polls are launched to vote on resolutions (basic for and against). However only some of the attendees have voting privilege's, but everyone can raise their hand and be promoted to speak.Please can Zoom add a feature in to allow the host to allocate polling "rights" to registered attendees. Putting no voting participants into the waiting room is not a viable option for me as all participants have the right to speak to a resolution, but not all have the right to vote on it. Thanks   

I have webinars set up with a waiting room (being webinars attendees can't join before the host). I use a Zoom registration page but I only use it to capture basic info so I can record attendance, I use other systems to register attendees and manage the communications. I collect first name, last name, email and an ID number from my organisation. When I enable that registration and attendees join before the host they go to page saying they're registered and sit there after the host has opened the webinar (unless they log in again or refresh the screen). I would like to have a waiting room enabled as it is now, and have the registration page so I can collect that basic data for attendance (the info Zoom collects automatically is not useful a lot of the time, I can't mark attendance when it records someone's name as '01897762' or 'Joe's iPad' when there are 3 Joes initially registered and not all have attended). I’m hosting a Zoom meeting to discuss social housing investment with my employees, and I need to know how many participants I can include. What are the limitations for the number of people I can add, and do I need any specific Zoom plan for larger meetings? Bcz We have 100 + Employee 

I have a zoom account on which a number of standing meetings are run. I'm often not on those meetings, as they are set up to allow folks in even if I'm not there. These are private group meetings, so I'm not real worried - and have had not problems with - intruders.Tomorrow, one of those meetings is running from 5:30 - 8 PM. At the same time, 6-9 PM, I will be teaching on ANOTHER zoom meeting that is hosted by the college I teach for. I sign in to that class through a link on our class Canvas page, so it has nothing to do with my zoom account. I'm hoping these meetings won't conflict, any feedback on whether this scenario could create a problem for me in terms of the meetings stepping on each other?Thanks for any info.... 

Hi Zoom, I help teach art online.  I have a few questions.1. Is there a way I can share a completed picture of what we are trying to draw while still showing the class how to draw in real time? I tried to post the picture in the chat but many of them couldn't figure out how to open chat. 2. Is there a way to make everyone see the same page or do I have to teach them how to select the type of view they want? I think some of them are on gallery view while others are on speaker view. I am hoping there is a way to configure it for everyone. Thanks for your help. 

Hi There, I'm having an issue where once our phones are provisioned to Zoom I can no longer access their config page. We are using VVX150, 250, and 450 as well as a few d230. All with the same results. Once provisioned the config page is inaccessible. Seems the phones are refusing the connection.  I'm trying to find a feature with the config page to remove the need to press send after dialing a phone number. I think I know how to do this if I could access the config page.

Everything worked in ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS and zoom 6.1.6.Upgraded to ubuntu 24.04.1 and have one major issue: when I minimize the zoom window to a floating thumbnail, I can't restore the full size window.  Mousing over the double arrows (bottom right) I get "Show full meeting window" but clicking only causes the thumbnail to blink.I have tried rebooting, upgrading to the newest zoom 6.1.11, and removing .config/zoom.conf & .config/zoomus.confCurrent system:zoom 6.1.11ubuntu 24.04.1 LTSthinkpad x1 carbon gen11

Until today I have been presenting courses over Zoom using 3 screens. I use a MacBook, a monitor and an iPad. This allows me to see my presenter notes whilst delivering the training. Today the iPad started flickering to the point I was unable to use it. I then managed to stop the flickering by checking the cables but in doing so only the top half of the PowerPoint slide was displayed. Again I managed to resolve this by leaving and rejoining but the flickering started again…Has anyone else experienced this?

Does anyone know if I can change a meeting to a webinar without losing/changing the current link? I've already sent the link to participants so don't want to it modified.

I'm at my wits end with a "choppy" video problem that mysteriously appeared after I moved a month ago--the only thing that I know changed was my Internet Service--we got high speed, with 800+ Mbps download speed. But, at times my download speed drops to in the 30s-70s, creating a very choppy video experience, whiich is not acceptable as I coach and give presentations on ZoomI think the problem is Chrome, and wonder if there is a fix that would allow me to still use Chrome. My techy husband and my IT professional son-in-law tried to troubleshoot (tried wired, wireless, changed the hub, removed one of my 3 monitors, tried with different browsers, with Outlook open/closed, watched performance on the task manager, etc.). At this point we suspect the culprit is Chrome. I removed all the extensions, except Dashlane, my password manager. Didn't help. When I don't use Chrome, and use Edge, so far the speed seems OK, but I'm bummed about not using Chrome.  I transferred my bookmarks t

I have a recurring meeting set up but this month I want it to be a webinar. It seems that you can't convert a recurring meeting into a webinar (option doesn't even show up). The meeting link is already published so I can't create it as a new webinar - unless there is a way to override the webinar link with the original meeting link. Any ides on how to work around this? I also tried duplicating the meeting as a stand alone so I could covert that but that changed the link and meeting id.  

I am experiencing audio and video glitching.  This is not normal; I tutor kids daily and typically have many tabs open at a time during my Zoom call.  These last few days, I have only three tabs open with Zoom and it is really draggy/laggy.  I get a window saying that I need to close tabs to improve connection.Just did a speed test...upload is 932 and download is 933.  Thank you!

1. I set up a meeting that requires Registration2. I set up a poll.  I need the poll to be NON anonymous.   When I click on settings, it says  By default, this option works when collecting responses in the following products: ! Meeting(tick) Team Chat  i.e., it treats all my polls as anonymous.  How do I fix that?  

I hosted a meeting and recorded it on the cloud.  After Zoom completed it, I trimmed it to remove the first 2 minutes and 50 seconds.  I received a notification that the trim was finished.  However, I cannot find the trimmed version. Only the original recording is available. How do I find my trimmed recording?Dennis v.

I recently changed my sign-in email on my account.  It was confirmed and the new email is now active.  When I create a new event the host email address that shows up on the invite is still the old address.  I want it to be the new email address.  Is there somewhere else I must change this?

Hi  I need helpI  need advice for broadcasting a funeral over Zoom the podium  will be over 30 feet away from where the laptop will bethe camera will need to cover a wide area say 40 x 30 feet or 13x10m the  microphone will need to hear the speaker that is 30-40 feet away would prefer something that connected to a laptop with USBfor both the camera & microphone something that is tripod-mountablenot a lapel microphone but one that will pick up the podium speaker without picking up the people who will be sitting in rows of chairs between me & the speaker about 6 rows of chairs if they whisper to each other during the service.It will also need to pick up the singing of those attending.  the last one I did was with an iPhone but it was impossible to manage the meeting when it was attached to a tripod & most of the screen was covered it was an utter nightmare to do. Will probably have another one to do in the coming months for an elderly f

I downloaded a meeting transcript and it is difficult to read because of the time stamps. Every few seconds there is a new line and a new time code. I want to read it without the time codes. is it possible to download the transcript without the timecodes? (like you can other tools like Otter, fellow, etc.?)

I’ve done this twice now, mostly as a test.It seems if there is a main presenter, or if an “MC” introduces each presenter, then the AI Summary can correctly identify who is talking.  But if it’s an ‘open’ group having a discussion, then AI seems to feel that the meeting host is talking unless another person is specifically named.  This was the biggest thing that needed to be edited.In the second call where it was a social gathering, the AI summary often mixed up who was talking, or assigned a comment to the wrong person.  Yet even here, with no moderator stepping in, it caught a surprisingly large amount of the conversation, even putting things into ‘next steps’.  It summarizes a lot, but groups that under headings.  I would like to see Zoom give a “thumbs sideways” feedback option — this meeting was neither thumbs up nor thumbs down.The biggest ‘beware’ is that someone will take and run with the summary without carefully checking it — something that is only po

I have a client that cannot remove the popup window for joining a breakout room without getting kicked out of the breakout room. She has tried the "got it", the x, and another way but every time she tries to close the window and chat with other participants in a breakout room she gets kicked out of the room. Any idea what setting needs to be adjusted?

Hi All,  I have tried to share editable Zoom docs or whitboards into breakout rooms, but am unable to. Is it possible to have breakout room participants edit a shared whiteboard or Zoom documents in breakrooms. My hope is that they can edit the whiteboard or doc, those edits are seen by others in different breakout rooms and then we can discuss the shared docs or whiteboards in the main room after.  The option to share whiteboards and docs to breakouts are greyed out when I try.  Please let me know if this can be done and how.   

Hi! We are two licensed users on the Zoom Workplace Pro account - me (assistant) and my boss. I always schedule meetings on her behalf and put her as an alternative host so she can log in and start a meeting without me.My questions is -  can both of us run meetings at the same time? For example, I run my meeting #1 as a host, and at the same time she runs her meeting #2 where I am the host and she is an alternative host.If not, is there any way around it?Thank you very much!
