We have zoom SMS integrated into salesforce, and experiencing that for a lead that was created yesterday, we are able to see a full zoom SMS conversation between our sales agent and her lead. However, she had today a full SMS conversation with a lead and is not able to see the log. Is there a latency in recording these SMS conversations? Is there a limit to how many leads the system can record full SMS conversations for?
@here - I need help! Up until a week ago, when I linked a call in my Zoom/SalesForce (lightning) phone integration, I saw that a call was linked to a Lightning SalesForce account. Now, even though I link the call to the account and verify that it is logged, it is showing the "unlinked" symbol (broken paperclip) after EVERY call. How can I fix this issue? In addition, unless I am on the SF account specifically, even though I link it to a person's name, the name disappears from history after I save the information.
I'd like to add a user so I can set up "accountability pods" for my course members to hop into... that I won't be attending. I understand I need to set up a user that's attached to a different email address. I did that, but it's not showing - it says I have to wait for that user to register. But it's ME. And I have not received instruction on how to register my other email address. HELP?
If a notable public figure attends a Zoom as a guest speaker to a larger corporate Zoom conference and has their own direct link to the meeting / are there any dangers to having their underlying contact info exposed to the 'civilian' attendees? I presume the attendance functionality for owners/admins would be able to maybe capture that but ... for the general attendees, they're just seeing that Display Name in Zoom? No way to reverse engineer and 'discover' that person's email address? (celebrity stalker prevention strategy)
I have a meeting that occurs every week at the same time for the last four years. The meeting was all listed under the "Meetings" section under the "Upcoming Tab". The meeting is no long listed, even though the currently scheduled meeting is set to expire at the end of Dec. How do I get the listing back?
I have updated my zoom app to version 5.7.5 (1020). I hid my zoom channel and I am unable to unhide it. Some of the channels show up when someone is added or someone sends a message in it. I searched for the solution on google and they work with older versions of zoom. Link-How to Hide or Unhide Chat in Zoom - YouTube .I figured out how to bring back the external contacts on my contact list, but not the channel. I even tried to exit and then open the app, it did nothing.

Dear Team,I was in a breakout room, recording the meeting with different Zoom users (let's call them "guests"), which I let in the room two devices at a time. Once the meeting was over, I converted the video. When looking at the video all the other guests' videos look alright, except for one, that has a black blurred frame all around themselves (I'd attach a picture but I don't find the upload button??).Thing is: they looked alright DURING the meeting, no filters were on. Has this ever happen to anyone else?Since during the recording I saw them fine, would it be possible to re-convert the file in a way for it to NOT have that blurred frame? To my knowledge, if I purchase the Pro plan, I won't get the Dashboard. Based on the article [https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0059258].If I purchase Zoom Pro plan and more Zoom Room / Zoom Workspace Reservation plan, will I receive the workspace dashboard?
I have just created a new meeting that requires registration. When I test the registration link, I find that it is autofilled with an alien name and email address I have never heard of. I deleted the meeting and created a new one. Same problem with same name/address. I forwarded the link to my partner and she found that it correctly autofilled with her data. Can anyone explain what is going on and how I can fix this? Thanks, Neil
All of my recorded meetings are gone. I did not delete them. Also I signed into my acct via my phone and I cant open a recorded meeting from my phone bc its not the computer the video was recorded on; However this is my account. Why cant I access my recorded meetings/videos from my own phone when signing into my own account. In addition all of my videos from 2023 and 2024 are gone!Where is the option to select, record?I cant access my previous files

The main provider is Team, and they have a Team Meeting Room Pro license. also, the Zoom meeting invitation is accepted as a third-party meeting. according to the Microsoft article below command is ranSet-CalendarProcessing room email -ProcessExternalMeetingMessages $True -DeleteComments $False -DeleteSubject $Falsewhen the Zoom meeting is scheduled I can see it on the meeting menu and can join. after a few seconds, the room user is kicked out eventually. there is no error command. firmware is up to date

According to zoom bot, this should be a straight forward switch, but I'm not seeing the option convert to webinar. We have a zoom pro account and a webinar license. However the host of the meeting receives now the following fault message: Unable to Join the meetingThis meeting is not accessible from Germany at this time All the participants of the meeting are people in Holland. Hi everyone, We noticed that team members registered under the same Zoom main account cannot find the summary I shared in their summaries overview (when they access their zoom account). This would be very handy.Might this be changed in the admin settings? My team members can get to the summary when they click on the email it is shared through but would be cool to have it on their account also. I hope I explained the issue well enough. 🙂 Thank you!
We noticed a new layout for the event listing page - the events are now squares on the page. But we have lost the meeting time display. Is there a setting to display meeting time in the event listing page aside from Meeting name and date? Thanks!

Hello there. I am currently enrolled in an ASL class where there is no talking prohibited due to respect for our teacher. I have no issues with the app besides the video having roughly a 4 second delay on my end even though the audio is fine (when i've been able to talk with people). I've restarted and deleted the app multiple times but nothing seems to be changing the video lagging. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this please help me.
Recently, I have encountered an issue where I am not given the option to start meetings that I have scheduled through my Zoom account. The meeting shows up in my Zoom workplace app, but even though I am the host and logged in as the host, no Start button appears next to the meeting. This appears to be an issue for meetings scheduled through Squarespace but it has also happened with meetings that I have scheduled directly through the Zoom workplace app. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app but that did not solve the problem. This is very inconvenient and frustrating.
I have multiple google accounts, and I sometimes use another account for work I do with that team. When I am in the Windows app, I click on the profile to the switch accounts and it automatically switches to one of my google accounts, but doesn't let me choose which one and it keeps choosing the wrong one. I searched the knowledgebase for this and it said it would open a browser to let me choose which google account, but that isn't happening. How do I switch to a different google account?
