Is it possible to screenshare with a Samsung z Fold 3 during a Zoom meeting? We have had someone join a meeting, but every time they try and share screen, we can only see their home screen, not them moving between apps. Any advice, tips, tricks or workarounds would be much appreciated
I want to create a webinar on my licensed account but unfortunately the webinar page shows blank... no option is shown so that I can create the webinar. I have also tried to change the meeting in to webinar but nothing could be done
Will Zoom webinar registration confirm that the attendee sat the entire session? For example, people who seek Continuing Education credits must be confirmed to have sat the entire session.
We recorded a Zoom meeting yesterday and the recording doesn't show in our cloud or local recordings. After looking around our account for a solution, the meetings tab still shows the "start" button, as if the meeting never occurred. We had the meeting and we know that it was being recorded. Has anyone experienced this of know how we might locate our recording? Thanks!
I created an app on app marketplace and it a general app and I use its Client ID and Client Secret to make user from my web react app to join zoom meetings using zoom web SDK(I created signature using my backend endpoint).I have a problem: when I create a meeting from the same account I created the general app on it user able to join the meeting successfully but when I create a meeting from another zoom account it does not join the meeting.I make sue that Enable waiting room and Only allow authenticated users are disabled.Please note that each user has a username passed to the meeting and the role is set to 0 (attendee)Is there a way to make users join meeting from any account using meeting id and meeting passcode without login to their zoom accounts (Using my created general app)?
Usually the video is 500MB but I do not know why is 2,5 GB. The same time 3 hours class. I do not know why it happened. I need to resolve it thanks

Hello I opened a new app at https://marketplace.zoom.us/. However, the "Allow" button at the end of the page that opens after clicking the "Add app now" button at the end of the Development section is not working. Nothing happens when I click on it?! Why?!
how do i make an attendee a co-host on a zoom meeting?
Can any help im trying to add a video water mark followed only guide but when i go to schedule the meeting there is no water mark options even when saved in settings as all videos? i believe this feature is available for free subscription as cant see anything online saying its paid only?

Hi. I have an issue and would like to ask for help. I am holding a basic zoom account. And usually the paid host will allow recording and i was able to save the recording on my laptop. Unfortunately, one day my laptop didn't work and i had to use my samsung s24 ultra to attend the zoom meeting. I found the record button and it even showed me that the host allowed recording, and i saw a recording button flashing on top of my screen. I also remembered seeing that the zoom will be saved to the cloud. But after the meeting. There is nothing. Not in cloud and of cos not in my phone. Anyone can help? If i paid for the zoom now, will that recording still be ard? I checked with the host as well, nothing on her side. This is an important meeting for me and i really hope i can retrieve the recording. Hi, I have a brand new MacBook Pro with a M3 Pro processor, it's on the latest software versions for MacOS Sonoma as well for Zoom. With the switch to the new MacBook my Zoom background is suddenly permanently blurred and can't be changed. - no, and I'm not using the blurred filter. I don't want a blurred background.The blurred background happens with either cameras - Facetime, Elegato and OBS. I have a super clear picture when not using Zoom like e.g. streaming with OBS or Restream. So, it's a Zoom only issue. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and found a solution?
On launch today, app updated to 5.17.11 on MacOS Video works on FaceTime camera and on connected Insta360 Link camera.Freezes when select Snap Camera (rely on filters)Worked fine until this morning.Even tried reverting to 5.17.10 and did not work

I joined a Zoom meeting via link hosted by a professor and recorded the meeting with permission. The meeting has ended but I cannot find the recording anywhere, does anyone know where I might be able to find it? I've tried searching in my computer downloads and in the Zoom recordings location. I don't know if it had an affect or not, but I did not hit 'stop recording', the call simply ended. Any information would be helpful at this point as my professor would also like the video. Hello, hoping someone could assist me with 2 questions I have when using Scheduler.1. Is there an option to restrict available slots for a certain number of days prior to someone booking a meeting with the host? For example, if someone wants to book a meeting today, they will only see available slots x days out. Creating somewhat of a buffer time for the host.2. Is there a way to restrict a specific period in time? For example, you've set your availability M-F 9-5pm but would like to restrict specified days for vacation etc.
I was set up as an alternative host on a zoom meeting. The original host cannot find the chat history. Can I access the history & if so, how? Normally I find the chat history in the my documents/zoom folder. The original host has these folders on their windows laptop but the zoom folder is empty. They do have their settings (recording tab) "ticked" so cannot understand why there is no chat history available to access. On my iPad Pro 5th generation, I am sharing a video (sound optimized) which shares fine for the participants but on my iPad the sound then becomes very low. Sound is fine before sharing. Everything is tuned up to max but I barely hear it. I have tried using an ear piece but same result. This makes it very hard to lead a class when the students can hear the video but I barely can. Any suggestions?
Hi there. I am unexpectedly unable to travel next week, and have to give a course remotely. In order to see the participants, is it possible for all 30 of them who will physically in the same room to join the meeting on their own devices via my Zoom link, and mute themselves as I will also be projected on big screen, or will this create audio feedback on the connections? I don't think the hotel conference room they will be in has a videoconference system that would enable me to see the room, and I am looking for a way that basically I have to teach while only really talking to myself and not being able to see the room at all. Hello, In the Waiting Room Config, any changes I make to logo, image or video are not saved to the system. Meaning that when I log into my zoom room as a client, I see the old logo, image, or video not the new options I just uploaded. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?Thanks in advance for your assistance! Christopher
I can no longer access breakout rooms on zoom once I updated my MacBook Air to the Mac OS Sequoia 15.0.1. I called Apple support and they concluded that the setting for breakout rooms is either not there or has changed. Has anyone experienced this?
I think I have found a way to see if someone is screen recording through third party software, usually the mic input will be the name of third party software and the speaker is usually a multi-output device. I found a reddit comment that explains you can do this through backend admin settings ( Reddit link ). I have a few questions surrounding this, would you need an enterprise account or pro account for this? Will it only tell you the name of mic + speaker if so can you tell if it's an aggregate device?
