I have a user who blocked a number under their user settings. As an admin, how can I view that number without accessing the specific user's account? Is there a report that shows all blocked numbers users have entered, separate from the global list in Account Settings? I already know how to see the global list in Account Settings; what I need is visibility into which numbers users are blocking individually and when they do so. I’ve asked Zoom support this question, and I need to vent a bit. Every time I submit a ticket or chat with them, they seem to miss the point of my request. Instead of addressing what I’m actually asking for, they send instructions or links to articles that explain how to do something I already know how to do—something I explicitly mentioned in my initial request. For example, with this blocked numbers request, I posted the same question I’m sharing here, and they responded with instructions on how to check blocked numbers by accessing each user’s accoun
Is there a shortcut for leaving & ending a meeting - so I don't need to use my mouse?
When utilizing the status feature in Zoom workplace, there is an option to set a custom timeframe for when you select the Do Not Disturb status. However, is there an option to set a custom timeframe for when you are utilizing the Out of Office status? So far, we have not seen a work around to this other than setting your status message to specify your return. It would be more convenient for our team to have the Out of Office status automatically expire upon their return. version 6.2.6
My computer glitched and I lost two files recorded this morning (not cloud recorded but recorded to my computer.)Is there any possibility that the recordings still exist on the Zoom server and I can re-initiate a download?I'm thinking no, but at this point I'm out of options trying to recover from my computer. thx h
I've been recording a lecture which included screen sharing. While in the session, everything seemed fine, screen share was on full screen and presenter thumb was at the top right. After the meeting when I went back to the recording, it seems that the screen sharing was recorded in a very small size, making it almost unusable.I couldn't find any documentations for that.Happy to get your thoughts as to how to prevent this in the future.
good dayI don't find this answer anywhere. We have recruiters that want to be notified, via email, when a person signs up for their webinar.I see it in Parsey but is it not native to Zoom?
I am trying to connect my personal Outlook calendar to Zoom to integrate them. When I click on Office O365, I'm not able to use OAuth 2.0 because it's only used for work or school accounts. When I try to authorize it, it asks for an EWS URL and I don't know what that is for O365. I've tried using the following: https://outlook.office365.com/ews/exchange.asmx and I receive the following error:"The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401)Unauthorized." When I use https://outlook.com/office365.com I receive the error "An error has occurred. Make sure the information you entered is correct." Has anyone had any success linking their personal O365 with zoom?
We have a number of Logitech Rooms paired together with the Zooms Rooms kit all running 6.2.1 upon starting a new meeting we are run into this prompt on the tablet and screen. The message "Some of your zoom rooms devices need to be upgraded to join this meeting. Please contact IT for assistance" appears in your Zoom Room when trying to join a meeting. We have already checked we are on the latest and IT have downgraded to 6.1.1 and this has not made a difference. Help and suggestions things to try ?
We've been using the channel features for a few years to communicate with our agents. Today, no one is seeing messages or replies posted in the channel by other members or admins. I updated Zoom to version 6.2.6 and asked agents to do the same but it didn't fix the issue. I've also checked the settings for the channel and nothing is out of place.Private chats are working, but using the private channel is critical for us.
I had held a zoom webinar practice session yesterday. One panellist joined and his screen was green. He tried to unplug and plug again but the camera went black and then back to green. What is the problem in this case?
I'm running a meeting with about 100 people and plan to open 5 breakout rooms. I will have a co-host. Am I able to assign myself to a breakout room and the co-host can move between meetings? This would mean no-one in the main meeting at times. Just checking if this is possible...thank you
I'm new to Zoom Scheduler and am setting up a "One to Many" Booking page for our shared calendar in MS Outlook, which is managed by four team members. Here's the scenario: I'm using Zoom Scheduler to coordinate up to four Zoom appointments simultaneously. However, when I attempt to adjust a specific day to reflect that only three team members are available, I can’t modify the shared Outlook calendar to “divide” the day among the four people. Essentially, I need to mark one person as “busy” or “out of office” without restricting the other three from being booked. We’ve followed Microsoft’s guidance (see below) to prevent conflicts, but we’re still encountering the same limitation. Guidance from Microsoft: Microsoft suggests adjusting the shared calendar settings to allow multiple concurrent bookings. Steps include accessing the Exchange Admin Center, navigating to the relevant shared calendar, and enabling conflicting meeting requests to permit up to four overlapping bookings. However,
Hey, I'm trying to create a recurring meeting where participants can join, but they can't speak loudly and only ask questions via Chat from me. And they also can't chat with each other. Is there a way I can do that with zoom?
I have a Pro work subscription. I am the host, and send the meeting link by E-Mail to the meeting partners. Out of 25 meeting participants, 3 get the link on their inbox mail , as a black link, while it should be blue. The black link does not allow them to enter the zoom meeting. Have you encountered such a link appearance? What could be the reason for it? How can it be fixed ?
Hello. Does anyone know how to get ALL the Global Dial-In Countries/Regions that you have selected to actually populate into the meeting invite?? Zoom will only display the first country I have selected out my entire list so I will have to go in and change these settings and move the order display of the countries every time I have a call with someone from a different country. I have the "show international numbers link on the invitation email" turned ON. I have over a dozen countries added to my "dial-in countries/regions" so everything that is supposed to make this work have been done. Yet after multiple test meetings, Zoom will only display the first country in my list. I would post screenshots but apparently that's no longer an option.
Hi ,I currently have a Zoom 1 pro account. The problem that I am facing is when I share screen and play embedded videos from Power Point or directly from the web browser participants cannot hear as the volume comes across very low or muffled. I have tried increasing the volume from my Dell Laptop but still no joy. Can you please let me know how this can be sorted out?
I don't know how to open two meetings at once with our Zoom Workplace Pro account, and I don't understand "licensed users" and although we have four licensed users, Zoom says we only have rights to one.
I'm trying out having a post-meeting survey and I wondered if it is possible to edit the survey completion page? I've found the 'feedback after submission' field in the settings but it is very basic and only allows plain text editing. It would be super helpful to be able to add a hyperlink there, or even just include some paragraph breaks. Is there any way to access advanced settings for this or am I stuck with plain text?
I am running and M2 Mackbook on Sonoma 14.6.1. I just upgraded to 6.2.0 and now the Client asks me to log in each time i start it and displays a message that the upgrade was successful. When I log in, the start meeting button does nothing and the menu option to start a meeting is greyed out. Everything works on my old mac running an old OS and zoom client.
I use the Zoom Meeting SDK for Web's client view. Every time I use the getBreakoutRooms function, I am unable to retrieve any breakout room data, even though I have pre-created 5 breakout rooms when setting up the main meeting room. The function only retrieves data after I click Zoom's original breakout room button, before using the getBreakoutRooms function. How can I use the getBreakoutRooms function to retrieve data without first clicking Zoom’s original breakout room button?
When I create a meeting, I can enter participant emails. How do I ensure that the participants I input do not enter the waiting room? I want the participants who enter the waiting room to be participants who I did not invite via email
Steps taken:Updated my GPU driversEnsured zoom was reinstalled and disabled hardware accelerationZoom is up to date.
Does anyone know if you can cap self-select breakout room to a certain number of people. Can I cap it at 10 and force participants to choose a different one once full
Some additional notes:Zoom is Updated to the latest version Lenovo X1 Carbon 11th Gen (i7/32GB)Windows updated to the latest versionMeetings are being launched from Google Calendar via Zoom for Google Workspace Addon. No errors are displayed; it is just delayed joining.
We have a person who does initial outreach to customers and then sets meetings with them on behalf of the sales reps. We'd like to use Calendly to do that, but no matter whose calendar she's scheduling on, the Zoom link included in the Calendly invite is her own, rather than the sales rep's. Is there a way to allow her to schedule on behalf of other users in Calendly, and have the customer invites automatically include a Zoom link under the Sales Rep's accounts instead of hers? Thanks!
