Urgent: Refund Request for Unauthorized Automatic Renewal on Sept 19, 2025 Hello Zoom Customer Support,I am writing regarding my account *********** and to request a refund for the recent automatic charge on September 19, 2025 for the Zoom Workplace Pro annual plan.This charge was processed automatically to my credit card despite the fact that I had not decided to continue using that license. I have already deactivated the license in my account and the license has not been used since the renewal. For these reasons, I respectfully request a full refund of the automatic renewal charge.As a business, I find the automatic one-year renewal and subsequent billing disappointing and not in line with reasonable expectations for subscription handling.
