Subscription Refund

Good morning.

Are we able to get a refund on our latest renewal please.

We haven't used the Work Place Pro Annual Plan (x1) for a while, we meant to cancel but couldn't see how to and it has now auto renewed yesterday.

I appreciate you have terms but we can't really afford to pay for something we no longer use. The product is great but our business has changed.

I can obviously provide a/c details.

Regards

M

I understand the confusion. Zoom’s Terms of Service explains that subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. Before purchasing, the following information is displayed in the online cart:

Recurring plans will auto-renew using the payment method on file that you use today and can access and update from zoom.us/billing. You will be charged each period of renewal until you cancel. You can cancel by navigating to zoom.us/billing and clicking 'Cancel Subscription'. you may request cancellation up until the day before auto-renewal for it to go into effect.

Zoom Support article, Canceling your subscription, provides cancellation instructions. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you need further assistance, please reach out to Billing by chat or ticket.

The terms of service also say

12.9 Withdrawal; Cooling-Off Period. If under applicable Law you have a time period to terminate your Services based on a right of withdrawal, or a cooling-off period, you may request to terminate the affected Services in accordance with applicable Law and, if applicable, receive a pro rata refund of any prepaid and unused Charges.

In the UK consumers have a legal right to a 14 day cooling off period regardless of the companies policy so Zoom is in violation of UK law and taking advantage of poor customers who are not aware of this

That's unfortunately not possible. However, feel free to reach out through the Community if you have additional questions and one of our experts will try to assist.

Cheers,

I paid for a one-month Zoom subscription last month because I planned to use it for only one month. I don’t intend to use it this month, but I received an email saying that the subscription fee was automatically charged again. I have already canceled my plan, but since the payment has already been made, I would like to request a r-e-f-und for this charge.

I managed to get a refund but only with persistence on the ticket I raised. I had to threaten to report them to UK trading standards and clearly state the UK law on the 14 day cooling off period. Zoom are ripping off poor customers that don't know their rights and how to claim their rights

Please may I request full cancellation and refund for the Zoom workplace Pro Annual subscription.

This was purchased on the 3rd September 2025 (yesterday) and has not and will not be used. Invoice number INV320169677 _ account number 3040923787.

This is well within the 14-day cooling-off period.

The product was overly complicated to set up. I wanted this for personal use not business, and the accessibility is 'still pending' so I have had to make another plan elsewhere.

Thank you.

PLEASE!!!.😭

I am writing to request assistance with a refund for a Zoom Pro subscription that was inadvertently charged to an incorrect account. The transaction was made via Google Pay using the Gmail address ***********, which is not my personal email address. The account that was debited for this subscription also does not belong to me, and the account owner is requesting a refund for this unauthorized charge.

My correct Gmail address is ***********. Could you please investigate this issue and process a refund to the original payment method? I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Thank you for your understanding and help.

Sincerely,
Henry Alpha
