자동결제로 인해서, 더이상 줌을 이용하지 않을 것인데 결제되었습니다. 곧 결제일이라는 것에 대한 알람 기능이라도 있었다면 문제를 예방할 수 있었을 것입니다. 

Is there a way to automatically deactivate accounts that haven't been used in thirty days?

I have a paid account but the chat bot says I cannot get support for my account, I have to use the community forums, why is this?

I am trying to setup a new zoom account for a new organisation. I am not receiving activation emails. (Yes, I have checked spam.) I have tried two different emails and neither have worked. I have then sent emails from my own computer to those addresses and no problem. I have sent them from another computer and no problem. Still not coming through from Zoom though. The server is not a corporate one and as I say, the email addresses are working fine in all other environments except for Zoom. Dear Zoom Customer Center, I am using the  hanwool0966 gmail account, and I would like to request a refund for the recently paid Zoom subscription Pro pricing plan. The payment was made on December 17, 2025, and was unintentionally automatically renewed and paid. I would like to request a refund considering that the account has canceled the automatic payment and has not yet been used. Please feel free to let me know if you need any additional information. I am an online higher ed instructor. Although I have been using the college's Zoom for years, I have just created my own private account. It looks like it's all set up and I've been adjusting settings, profile, etc. but see that the Getting Started information references downloading Zoom Client. Do I need to do this? Why? Or have I already downloaded it somehow? Clearly I'm a newbie!

I made a duplicate payment this month (set up another subscription) (long story) - when I contacted customer services they cancelled everything it has taken 14 days to get to the point where I now only have access to 40 minute free zoom calls and very little response from customer services, and the responses I do get make things worse.  Is there a way to talk to a person or escalate a ticket without buying ANOTHER subscription. All i want is my usual subscription to be up and running again, but customer services have just cancelled  everything and told me to sign up again (the subscription fee has gone up since my contract so I would have to pay 10% more) (which for a small business like mine makes a difference).Help!     

Hi, I understand that Zoom subscriptions are generally non-refundable, and I realize that this situation happened because of my own mistake.I accidentally subscribed to the plan while navigating through the settings, and I did not fully understand how the subscription system worked.I’m the youngest employee in my team, and I’m still learning how these billing and subscription processes work. I now understand what happened, and I will be much more careful from now on to make sure this doesn’t happen again.I know this may be an inconvenience, but could you please consider making an exception just this one time and help me with a courtesy refund? Hello,I recently noticed that my Zoom annual subscription was automatically renewed, but I forgot to cancel it beforehand. The payment was processed about one day ago. Hello, I noticed that my subscription was renewed on 27th, November, 2025, but I intended to cancel it before the renewal. I clicked “Cancel Plan” immediately today upon realizing it, but the payment had already been processed. Since the renewal was unintentional and the payment was made very recently, I kindly request a refund for this transaction. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, I used the pro free trial event for about 10 days from my usual free use.However, when I logged in to Zoom today, I saw a link recommending a free trial again, and I clicked and paid because I thought the free trial was possible again. (Expected payment of KRW 0)But after a simple meeting, I checked now and it's a year-by-year payment, so I'm very embarrassed. I'd appreciate it if you could give me a refund.If it is wrong to use a meeting once, I hope a refund will be made within the possible range.One-year payments are a big burden for me.Please give me a refund.

Hello,I need help.I got charged on my credit card $367.82 from Zoom. but I didn't have even an account in Zoom at that time.It was an unauthorized payment. I have tried to contact Zoom and create tickets 2 times about fraud payment. (27-5-2023 and another one at 04-6-2023) They have specified a ticket system for this issue, meaning many people face the same problem. I have waited that long but didn't get a single response from Zoom. Does anyone know how to get a refund from them? or nobody gets a response from them if create a ticket about unauthorized payment? Please let me know what can I do. Thank You

12월 14일 구독 취소를 요청하였고, 승인되었는데, 다음날인 12월 15일에 결재가 되었습니다.환불해 주시기 바랍니다.더 이상 쓰지 않기 때문에 취소합니다. 

줌 1년 구독이 자동결제가 되어버렸습니다. 결제일 전에 연락이나 팝업이 뜰 줄 알았는데 연락을 못받아서 확인을 할수 없었고 카드결제 알림이 와서 알게 되었습니다.  더이상 사용하지 않아 결제 취소 및 환불하려고 합니다.  청구서 번호는 INV333528042 이고, 청구서 날짜는 2025년 12월 12일 입니다. 

Hello, I have a few concerns about my Zoom profile, and just wanted to note it here and see if anyone else had experienced something similar.  It is currently saying that I have a Facebook account linked to my Zoom (I do not). It's also not giving me the option to troubleshoot or disconnect it. I am concerned about this because I deleted my Facebook, which I'd had since like high school because I wanted to take a social media break.  Recently, due to some other issues, I had to see if it was somehow still active and/or had been compromised or someone else was using a page and pretending to be me. When I tried to enter the email address associated with it, I was told my account had been disabled due to violating community guidelines. However, I was able to open another Facebook page and promptly tried to take the steps of identity verification - it would not allow me to. It only allowed me to do two-step verification,  so I am worried that whatever Facebook

I had 2fa setup for my personal zoom (gmail) account stored on a former employers device. I must have accidently stored it against the actual work account which I no longer have access to. How can i recovery access to my personal (gmail) zoom account as i no longer have access to 2FA or the recovery codes? Based on another community discussion: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Billing-Account-Management/Lost-2FA-Recovery-Codes-and-Locked-Out-of-Basic-Zoom-Account/m-p/190604#M10554I can see there is some kind of "Trust & Safety" team. I have reached out to them multiple times explaining i am unable to login. Their response is to raise a request here... https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/contact?id=contact_us Keep in mind I've got a chicken and egg problem - i am not able to login with the account to raise the request for that account.

Dear Friend As the government policy has changed, we were required to renew all subscription products starting in January. Therefore, we cancelled our existing one-year subscription and switched to a different Zoom plan. However, we noticed that we have not received any refund, even though the invoice shows –$144.32, and we also did not make any payment for the past three months. Our credit card company confirmed that they have not received any refund request from Zoom.We would like to request a refund of $144.32 that was billed to our credit card, as well as clarification regarding the three months of unpaid charges. Dear Zoom Team, I previously subscribed to two monthly services, but they were terminated without reason after just one day of use. Your system automatically processed a refund for both services. However, while I originally paid over $70 for the two subscriptions, my Zoom account purchase history shows a refund of just over $66, but the amount that actually reached my original payment card was only $34.99. When I tried to contact you to resolve this, my account was suspended. I hope you can address this issue and refund the remaining balance that was originally due to me back to my payment card.                                                                                                                &
