Hi, I'm wondering if there are any other options for me, like an add-on or something. I'm currently on Zoom Pro, which I use for my online tutoring business. However I need to be able to use more than 3 whiteboards, and the current plan isn't meeting that. In every other way it goes well beyond what I need to the point that I have no use for most of it, and I have no use for any of the other Business features, so if I were to upgrade to Business I would be paying for a whole new plan simply for one feature. As a poor student this is very frustrating to me. It's ridiculous that I'm paying $22 a month and only get access to 3 whiteboards, which, aside from the actual video meetings and screen sharing, is the only feature I need. I would really appreciate any help!

We have 3 Zoom Room's (2 using Yealink A20 video conferencing systems - bar and tablet), and the other is on a PC. The PC one is fine, but the 2 Yealink A20's both have the message pictured (and the subject of this post). All are on the latest firmware and it will not let me do any meetings either between them or externally. Even if I just do 'Meet Now' with no invitees I get the error 'Some of your Zoom Rooms Devices need to be upgraded to join this meeting. When ever a student purchase a specific membership which ovcourse is a one-to-one meeting, I want a zoom button on the screen where when the user click it need to auto open zoom session.    If this is possible let me know and how can i add it to my website. Hi, I created a meeting that I intended to be a reoccurring meeting with no fixed end time so it interviewers could send the same link to multiple candidates, but when I used the outlook plugin to send out the first calendar invite with the date/time for that candidate, it also changed the date/time to match in Zoom. I have sent the link out to multiple candidates by now. Is it okay to go into zoom and edit the meeting title and the meeting type as a reoccurring with no fixed end time now? Just wanted to make sure editing it would not affect everyone's ability to access the link when needed. Thank you!!

 I want to live stream Zoom Conference via OBS Studio: I want to know if is there a way to activate NDI Output on Zoom Desktop Client (not Zoom Rooms) in order to have native video/audio separate scenes for each participant directly in OBS Studio.

We have two Zoom licenses.My colleague, the first licensed user, has created a recurring weekly meeting.I would like to be able to see the registrations coming in since I'm the co-host.How do we have to be configured for me to be able to see meetings that she set up before we start the meeting?Right now, I only see the scheduled meetings that I've directly scheduled. I can't see any of her meetings. Is there some flag she has to set on my user account that gives me access to see her, the main, list of meetings?Was my user license not established correctly to indicate that it's ok for me to see these meetings? Thanks.

We recently relocated a Zoom Room to another building across town. Since reconnecting everything, the video sending and receiving are extremely laggy. I'm running a Dell Optiplex with i7, 16GB ram, 3 displays (one touch screen), Logitech Meetup Camera. iPad app and Windows app are up to date. I've installed Logitech software to ensure camera firmware is updated. When I open camera within Logitech app, the video is crisp and clear and no lag. I have to use wifi right now because our network security will block non-domain joined Windows devices. The network speed test revealed over 300MBps down/~50MBps up. I've done of Zoom rooms and we've had better quality with less bandwidth, so I don't think it's network related. Windows updates are current along with drivers. Despite all of that, as soon as I start a meeting the video I'm seeing and being sent is barely 12fps or lower.  I'm not expecting perfect 4K video sending and receiving but something is way off and it's borderline unusabl

I do not see "Polls" so that I can cut that feature on when I look under Meeting (Basic). Where could Polls be hiding?

Where can I found updated version zoom?

I have had this happen in two meetings in the last week and it gives me worry to think that people are receiving the wrong time for the meeting with 2 times zones at work in my zoom account.      I set a meeting in eastern standard zone shows correctly in the meeting invitation, but in my zoom schedule it shows in the wrong time zone.  It is at the correct time in my outlook account.    This literally happened at some point after I created this link - which I have sent out to people who will be participating in the event.    Has anyone had this happen and if so, what was the fix? 

Hello to all of you,When I upgrade from Webinar to Zoom Events can I still organize webinars? We would like to use Events for conferences and Webinar for simple one hour sessions.Do we need both tools?Or does Events include all features of Webinar?

Zoom installed the latest version of the application today.  Now it does not see my camera and microphone.  Went to settings and camera image is just gray.  Text box under it is empty. Tried testing microphone and camera.  Neither works. How do I troubleshoot this? Edit: Please ignore.  Used wrong machine.  Works fine on correct machine

I have a two hour zoom meeting coming up that someone else will be hosting. I have a free account though; will I be able to use my free account without worrying about being kicked off since the other person is hosting it and they have a paid account?

I'd like to create a Room Controls JSON file that turns on and off a Samsung display.  The hex string requires both a Power data field (0 is off, 1 is on) and a checksum; the checksum will obviously depend on the value of the Power data field. If I wanted to use parameters in my methods definitions, how do I specify both the data and the checksum? === From Samsung: All communications take place in hexadecimals. The checksum is calculated by adding upall values except the header. If a checksum adds up to be more than 2 digits as shown below(11+FF+01+01=112), the first digit is removed

We are wanting to have our remote staff join us in the head office whenever they want, so they feel part of the office (see everyone and listen/contribute to the general office gossip and conversations). What's the best way to organise this? Currently we have a recurring meeting that we start every morning - which works - but wondering if there is a better way.

I suspect this cannot be done but I really would like to find an answer to this!I am the host and presenter of a webinar.  I am presenting content. But, when I share my screen, I'd like to disappear to the attendees: I don't want them to see my video, profile picture, or even the black box with my name. I just want to be gone - poof!- until the screen share is over and I come back as a presenter. I have one other person with me as a co-host, but she also needs to remain invisible, so spotlighting her is not an option. I have read everything I can on this topic, and I cannot find an answer! HELP, please!
