Hi! Can anyone help me by guiding me on how to scan QR codes for onsite live event zoom meeting as a moderator with no zoom account. For example I have a licence in zoom and create a live event, but the people moderating the event don’t have the license and they are going to do the scanning of the attendees onsite. How do I tell them what to do? If they don’t have an account how can they access the scan section? thanks 

I frequently get meeting sign-up spam for both GoToWebinar and Zoom. The spam comes in saying that I've signed up for a meeting I've never heard of and have never signed up for. GoToWebinar has a link in their messages that says "Report Spam" which allows me to tell them the message is spam that I never signed up for. There is no such option in a Zoom message. It strikes me that Zoom should have a similar message in order to, if nothing else, track how the service is being (mis)used. My only choice is to either simply delete the message or cancel my registration for the meeting if I care to click through that link and suffer through another Zoom message saying the registration has been canceled. Please add a Report Spam option to your registration notices so, if nothing else, you can get an idea how your system is being misused. Thank you. 

During a meeting , is there a way for the assistant to recognize and distinguish between the voices of participants who are in the same place and using the same computer? In other words, can it distinguish between the voices of participants?

I can't get the audio to connect to my earbuds using Zoom, all other apps the sound comes out of the earbuds.  In Zoom mobile there seems to be no way to select the output device (that I can find) like there is on the desktop app. I always have to use the phone's speaker, how can I select the bluetooth ear buds?  In the upper left corner I see the little speaker icon, but I can only select mute or speaker.  I've seen screen shots of a bluetooth icon there, but I don't get that choice on my phone. What am I missing??Iphone's bluetooth settings show that my earbuds are connected, and as I mentioned they work using Music app for example. 

I know how to set up interpretation and people can select it through the app, but if someone dials in how do they access it? 

The meeting link is not active in my email.  I have checked with others who received the link and it is active for them.  Help please.

Hi. We are organising a multi-day summit next March. I want to ensure that people using screen readers or other assistive technology can register for the event, and to also bookmark individual sessions. I am struggling to find any information about the accessibility of the registration form, and navigation of an events hubs. Any advice on this would be very much appreciated.Stephen

Zoom now allows for accessible semantic links within the chat which I prefer to use for accessibility reasons - this means I type a sensible title and use the link function to convert it to a semantic link. However, if saving the zoom chat, the export is a text file only and the url is not parsed or included, only the title. This means that if I wanted to include the chat history and any links as a follow up with a recording for participants who missed the meeting, the chat is only saving part of the information. Now that I have realised this, I can do the manual double handling of including both the semantic link followed by the full url for reference but it would be better if Zoom could do this work in order to be more accessible. Does anyone know where I can put in a feature request around this improvement or raise a complaint or bug? Does anyone have any further tips for getting around these sorts of accessibility limitations within the platform/software?

I had  help with the Json program for the TV monitors, but it is not working for the projectors, and this is my only problem . It was once a Crestron Room, but it had no Hybrid system .So to cut costs and make the room  better for a classroom Zoom room I changed it all except the amp and the Speakers . This effort to make Zoom a replacement for my existing tools in Microsoft 365 is making me insane.  I just want to use the meeting functionality, I neither need nor want Zoom to take over my life. How do i turn it off!!!!! I want the old little window to pop up to start a meeting and that's all

So, I have seen the support article revolving around setting business hours and using the call handling feature in the Zoom website to prevent this. However, the "Phone" option the article lists only appears if you have a phone plan through Zoom, which I do not. The application on my phone is the free download from the app store, no phone account associated with mine. I have notifications turned off for the app in my phone's settings, but despite that, any calls I receive will still route to my phone first to be answered, instead of the desktop app that I will have open at the same time. Is there a way to modify/prevent this behavior?

I am using screenshare with "as-background" - so basically sharing a screen and putting myself from my webcam feed in front of it. I have recorder over a hundred videos with this without issues. Now since 3 days suddenly my webcam feed always gets lost during conversion and I am left with only the shared screen and the voice. I have not changed any settings. "Record video during screen sharing" is obviously enabled in the settings. Newest version of zoom. This is super frustrating. Sometimes it still works fine but only 1 out of 5 times.

I am using an M4 macbook pro running Tahoe (also happens on previous versions). I am in a meeting that primarily has a speaker at a podium (where the mic is), but we also have instruments. Everything sound fine at the podium, but when music is happening, even though the microphone picks it up perfectly (microphone is directly recorded, and recorded on the mac itself to verify), zoom intermittently (more often than not) suppresses the music as well.  This goes against what the settings suggest, which is that audio suppression should be 100% disabled. I have tried every option.  Windows zoom has more options and can completely disable the noise suppression, but the mac version doesn't seem to have this option. This is a huge problem, please make the app do what it says it does and is supposed to do when using this mode. We were under the impression that we would be able to interact with voicemails left by first-time callers. The guidance we received was that the voicemail would appear in the ZCC and in addition to being able to assign, delete, download, and resolve, we would be able to add notes. This would allow our intake specialists to document that they'd attempted a call back and mark as "resolved" after attempting 3 times and not being able to make contact or having completed the intake.  ChatGPT tells me there is a way to do this by ensuring the voicemail flow points to ZCC and not Zoom Phone, however, this doesn't seem to be doing the trick. I get Chat makes errors, btw, hence asking the question here.

Hi everyone! I would like to use a Wacom drawing board (or any other one, I don't care which one) for the whiteboard feature during a zoom call. I DON'T want to share my scree, but really use the built-in whiteboard for video calls. Does this work with a drawing tablet? And if so, do you have a recommendation? Thanks for your help!Nina 

We are wanting to move to GPO to manage the update/config of Zoom Meeting going forward and right now we use SCCM and Patch My PC. After loading the latest ADMX files and configuring the GPO everything seems to work as expected except that when the auto update fires it prompts for admin rights which our users do not have. Cancelling the update allows you to access the client and the rest of the changes work as expected. Our clients are Windows 10 and 11 and the Zoom build is 3.6.5X. Our goal is to have the clients auto-update without the need for admin rights. Do we need to use a different build, do we have some sort of registry problem/conflict, is this a bug, or did I miss something entirely?

I'm having trouble getting data via webhook. I'm trying to get a meeting recording from the cloud. The problem is that I'm not receiving data for the recording.completed event. The chatbot prompts me to select a permission in the app: meeting.recording.completed Where can I find this permission?

HelloWe currently have one Zoom Room set up with Office 365 calendar integration, running on a Neat Bar. We’re using Pexip to enable interoperability with Microsoft Teams.When we schedule a Teams meeting and invite the room, it appears correctly on the Zoom Room controller (running in Zoom mode). However, when we attempt to join the meeting, the system places us in the lobby until someone admits us.Is there a way to configure it so that when we click Join, the room is connected directly to the call without needing to be admitted?We’ve noticed the same behavior on native Zoom meetings as well — even with the waiting room feature turned off both on the Zoom Room and in the general Zoom portal settings.Any guidance or suggestions on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

So super weird issue that only has zoom as the common thread. Issue: After being in a Zoom meeting for 20-30 minutes, the user's keyboard stops working. This is while in the zoom call and after leaving it. This is an ongoing issue and the user has updated zoom 3 times since the issue occurred and it's still present. User is completely up to date with all OS, app, and driver updates. What I've tried:• Restarting the computer• Updating Windows 10• Upgrading to Windows 11• Updating all available drivers• Updating Zoom• Uninstalling/Reinstalling Zoom• Removing and re-adding keyboard drivers• Complete wipe of Windows and all personal information• Assigning a brand new laptop• Using an external keyboard Whenever it does go away, regardless of what I do, it comes back once the user joins a Zoom meeting. No idea where to go next.

Hello allWe are running a series of meetings that are being recorded TO THE CLOUD. We want these recordings to have the speaker and their slides/share screen but also have the Auslan interpreters visible at all times. To do this, we 1. Spotlighted the speaker & Auslan interpreter2. Hit record to the cloud (so it uploads to Vimeo automatically The recording has the Auslan interpreter viewable at all times EXCEPT when we screen share. During these times there is only the speaker in a small corner box. Ideally there are TWO "speakers" viewable, the actual speaker making noise, and the interpreter who is not. Again, both are spotlighted. I'm not sure if it's a simple solution of changing my "speaker view when sharing" to have more than one person viewable, or if we need to record to the computer to allow more recording options.
