For Toastmaster meetings, we commonly rearrange the faces on the display so the Speaker image is close to the webcam.  Looking at the "webcam / Speaker image" simultaneously, gives the impression, to the Speaker, that the audience is listening. If we cannot place the Speaker image close to the webcam, it appears to the Speaker, that the audience is not listening.  We do not want to give the impression that we are ignoring the Speaker, because it is a boring Speech. I suspect that there are thousands of Toastmaster clubs who use Zoom.  There are quite likely more small groups than large groups who use Zoom. It would be better if we could "always" rearrange the images on the screen, even if someone raises their hand.

Hi Zoom Docs Team:It would be a major improvement to be able to (optionally) include a breadcrumb navigation element on zoom docs. I can manually create one now . . . but I would prefer that it be automated to keep the links connected properly.  It would look something like the navigation you have on this forum:

As I was trying to upload my branding as a background there was a picture of a rainbow filter like and now I can't remove it. I have a webinar coming up and I need to have this background removed. I removed the cache and emtied the trash. Rebooted multiple times. Please help!

How do I kill Fathom. I have uninstalled it restarted my computer and it is still asking to load Fathom as I am trying to join a zoom call.It is iritating to say the least.It is like a cockroach infesting zoom.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have several sites listed by cities.I'm trying to limit digital content admin rights to just a few units at each location. When I go to the specific device, I'm not able to just give to each unit. it's grey out and to the far right, I see: Using Account Settings. I don't see an option in account settings to list digital content admin settings per device. I don't want to give access to a Floor settings, I want each unit. thanks

We recently hosted a webinar and in the registration form it included Country/Region and Job Titles etc. But when I went to export the registrants and/or attendees from Reports the CSV file only shows First name, last name and email, and is blank for all the other information we should have collected. We have Zoom pro. Does anyone have a solution to getting ALL the data from the registrants AFTER a Zoom Webinar has finished.

We connect our camera using type-c to an iPad then start a Zoom call. Meetings starts ok - video stream from external camera is working. Then we are trying mute-unmute several times and camera becomes black. Also there is a big lag when external camera is being muted - whole application freezes for ~10 seconds.This doesn't reproduce with internal cameras. When will Zoom have an ical integration for mac users, please?Seems a big section of users are unable to access the feature.  And, no, I dont want to create a google calender meat in the sandwich situation because that creates more headaches - doubles up, doesnt allow dynamic changes, etc etc thank you

Hello,So up to now I've been able to use a Rode Video Mic-Me USB-C external microphone on Zoom calls with no issues.  I log in via the Zoom App on a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (Android).  After a hiatus over the holidays, however, when I plug this mic before/during a Zoom meeting I get a pop-up stating the video cannot be turned on and that I should check if other apps are using the camera.   The microphone works fine when recording video on the native camera app while not on a Zoom, so I know it's not Android OS or my phone causing the problem.  Also, I plugged in USB-C earbuds during a Zoom meeting with no issues, so I know its not just any USB device blocking the camera - only my Rode mic Moreover, if I start my own Zoom meeting, the camera works (I can see myself) until someone else joins, whereupon the outgoing camera completely shuts off and I receive said error msg.  While I can see other parties, they can't see me. Hi,I’m using Zoom’s AI Companion meeting summary feature. The meeting captions were in English, but the generated AI summary is showing up in Chinese.How can I set the default language to English for the AI summary so it always generates in English?Thanks in advance

For the love of christ and all things holy someone please help me stop the stupid zoom app from creating duplicate events onto my google calendar!! I have three duplicate events for the same meeting and it's always that way when someone uses my scheduling tool in dubsado. Where are these events being created from? Why is it creating two different events for the same meeting and asking if I am joining. Why is it asking if I am attending if I am the host? Does this message board not allow photos or screenshots? What a horrible company.

Hi there, When I create a recurring I set the meeting ID to my personal ID, then I set the reoccurring settings and the meet ID defaults to a random ID that I don't want to use and my group isn't familiar with.  I tried this multiple times.  This used to work so I assume it is bug?

This red dot from the Zoom dock icon needs to go. It entirely bypasses the system preferences, even if you disable badges and notifications the red dot persists as long as you have unread Team Chats.This is entirely unnecessary and horrible UX design.

Good afternoon! We had a webinar for 3 days in a row. I downloaded the conference recordings from the cloud. On the first and third day, the recording quality was poor, but on the second day, the recording quality was good. I need the recording quality to always be good. How can this be done?"

I have two users that are delegates for different people. They are able to schedule meetings/Zoom meetings in Outlook for their delegators. I have confirmed the meeting is showing up on the delegators' web portals as being the host. When the time comes for the meeting, the Zoom presence status for the delegate will switch from available to in a meeting, even though nothing is on her calendar. The only calendar that is showing any appointment is the delegator. As of right now, Zoom support has been unable to duplicate the issue and can't assist with resolving the issue. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
