I get automatically logged out of zoom Workplace, when I login on a different computer (Macbook) with the same account. This is very annoying and I don't see a reason why. I'm also logged in on my iPhone and iPad simultaneously. Anybody knows a way out?

I added a picture for my background, and now it is stuck on that! when I try to remove it and select NONE, still the same picture shows up and I have tried everything to remove it and it will not go away when I log in to zoom on my mac!!

I am using a MacBook Air laptop for zoom meetings. At some point in the last month I chose a blue background for video, that now I cannot get rid of... I can cover it with another background, but nowhere in the video settings for zoom can I eliminate this blue background.\The problem is, since I put it up, now my face and body or parts of me disappear and reappear when in a zoom meeting. Can anyone help me to eliminate this issue? Like I said, there is nothing in the normal video settings that works. Thank you!

Since last week, whenever I join a meeting, after a delay, I get the error message "Virtual background is still loading".  This appears to be permanent.  It is still possible to turn on the video, also after a delay, but I can not blur my background as I would wish. I have a MacBook Pro (i7-6820HQ @2.70GHz) running MacOS Monterey 12.7.6 with plenty of free memory. Does anyone have any idea of how to cure this?

I've tried to uninstall zoom, clean registry, boot PC, and use MSI to insure clean 64 bit install.  This places the install in Program Files.  Confirm that 64 bit is running via task manager.  Within a day, the 64 bit install is gone, Zoom directory in program files is gone, but Zoom now running 32 bit client with ProgramFiles(x86) Zoom directory created.  This is ....  Also, the "check for updates" disappears from the Zoom desktop.  It is there when first installed.  Running version 5.11.11.  Surely I'm not the only person in the world with this problem?

If you get a sales rep that cares, good for you, but mines was horrible. His name was JL and he would not help with setup. He would just direct us to other people, so I dont know why he was hired. Then to setup, the process takes long and you have to keep chatting with others to get your phone system up and running. Then the biggest headache is setting up the SMS text messaging. It took numerous times to get it approved and you have to argue with customer service to help you with what is wrong with the SMS registration. After I got it done, which took two months by the way, they proceed to tell me that I must purchase another license and my team could not all text from the same phone number which is our main number for the office. At this point I am done with Zoom. I ended the subscription and you have to contact yet again customer service for this. Numerous agents have stated my account will end by this day and now they are saying it is on a soft pause and that I need to wait till it

Hi every one, I am preparing presentations for zoom meetings and wanted to ask if there's a way to view speaker notes while screen sharing slides. I know speaker notes are easy to use in tools like power point or google slides , but during zoom meetings it's not always clear how to keep notes visible without participants seeing them.

Till 12/12/25 evening we were able to host live meetings & attendees were able to join. But from 12/12/2025 8:30pm IST evening, it is Unable to connect zoom webinars, Zoom App created is of type Meeting SDK using SDK credentials SDK key , SDK Secret.“meetingService” is returning null. We need to get value or zoom won't start from Mobile Android.

I purchased Zoom Business, having previously been using Zoom Pro. The reason for upgrading was my understanding that we could use one paid account for two meetings simultaneously, but after using it, this proved incorrect. Therefore, I want to revert to a Pro account.

I have had  a personal Zoom account for more than three years and lately when I attempt to join a meeting or start meetings that I have scheduled I get the following message: "You must update to the latest version of Zoom to join this meeting. Contact your IT admin to update." I don't have an IT admin, so I attempted to do the update myself. When I scroll to the Downloads section on the bottom of the Zoom home screen and click to download the latest version, I am asked to sign in to my account. When I attempt to sign in to my account, I get the following message: "Your app version needs to be 5.12.2 or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your version of Zoom." So I can't join or run meetings unless I update the Zoom version, and I can't sign in to update the Zoom version unless I am on a later version. Was wondering if anyone can help me solve this issueOn all Outbound calls the voice prompt "Call may be monitored for Quality Assurance" comes on. We as a company do not have call recording enabled, so I do not understand why this prompt plays. I have ensured that the Prompt "play a disclaimer prompt to call participants" has not been selected for any of our monitoring participants. Is there something I am missing? Thank you! 

I need to join a meeting that lasts 3 hours.  I'm NOT the host, just a participant.  MY Zoom plan is the Basic which limits me to a 40 minute meeting.  I don't use Zoom for business and only use about 5 times per year.  Will I get cut off after 40 minutes from a meeting I am a participant and NOT the host?

We have a large number of lecturers at our institute wanting to use Linux as their system (primarily, because they're teaching Linux directly or DevOps/develpment and it's nice to be on the same system you're teaching).  Problem is, Zoom Meetings app is borderline unusable when combined with remote support or screen share. Greatest issues are: 1. When providing remote support to a student, lecturers are unable to type certain keys - such as 's', 'p' and several others. Capitalised versions are fine, however certain keys are interpreted by the remote system as shortcuts. For example, when I press 'p' on the Linux machine, the macOS remote client 'beeps' - same beep as when an invalid key is pressed. Similarly, for example, pressing 'z' on Linux causes Mission Control to appear! This means we can't type anything (such as fixing commands or code) for our students.  2. I just started using my new ASUS computer which runs of Windows 11 and uses Realtek audio driver. I get no audio sound in Zoom. No other application has this problem. I did not have this problem on my old ASUS computer running on Windows 10, and also using Realtek audio driver. I have gone through all the troubleshooting procedures suggested by ASUS Support and also by Zoom. None of that helped to fix the problem.  Has anyone else encountered this? And have you been able to fix the problem?

Hello, ever since updated to Zoom workspace, my video settings don't show the options for @virtual background, filters, blur background or touch up appearance. I am using an Asus Aspire 5 and have the Zoom Workspace Pro plan. I had full use of these settings before the update. Any help would be really appreciated.  Thank you, Sharon

I’ve been looking into ways to automate customer support for my ecommerce store using Zoom and integrating it with Sellvia, my order fulfillment platform. The goal is to provide real-time, personalized assistance to customers by scheduling Zoom calls automatically based on their order status or any issues they may encounter.Has anyone here worked on integrating Zoom’s API with third-party ecommerce systems, particularly for order management and support? I am using a zoom app on my iPad, and a recording button cannot be found anywhere.   A recording option is not included in the meeting settings, even after I added  “screening records”  in the control centre.   I greatly appreciate if anybody can tell me what’s going on and how I can add a recording option.  Thank you.  

Hi there, I'm running Zoom 5.11.11 on macOS Monterey 12.5, and have an Apple Studio Display. I've noticed the Center Stage feature is on when I'm in Zoom meetings (the camera tracks you as you move around), however I can't find any setting to turn it off. It seems that this setting does exist on iOS/iPad OS, but not on macOS. Is there a way to turn this off on Zoom on the Mac? Thank you!

Not sure where the suggestion box is, or whether this is the right place to bring this up, but-- It would be great if Zoom could add the ability for an individual user to set a logo or virtual foreground while on camera, regardless of the user's chosen background. Like a foreground layer or some such. This way, I could have my team's logo displayed in the corner of my screen and still keep my background of choice, be it Blur, Natural or Virtual background.  Thanks for your consideration!

Hello,  I'm planning a Zoom event and I need to be fully bilingual, English and French. Would the interface be in French if the attendee chose French as their language? Would all the buttons on our event be bilingual, such as the buttons for sign up, lobby, sessions... etc.?

I hosted a meeting, and it ended due to a timeout. The participants' iPhones also timed out, but even though it should have ended, their Apple Watches were unable to disconnect the old session, leaving the meeting running. I started a new meeting, invited everyone, and when everyone finished, the new session disappeared, but the old session remained. I tried various methods suggested by a search, such as force-quitting, restarting, and uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing worked. I'd like to end the session on my Apple Watch. Do you have any suggestions?
