Hello,I am using Windows 11 and it has the ability to use multiple desktops. I am demonstrating a simulation with multiple windows open. I can select the screen and everything shows up including stuff I need but do not want to be seen with my simulation windows. With windows 11 I can put the simulation on the 2nd desktop and then I was hoping to select that screen to share but zoom does not see the 2nd display, Am I doing something wrong or is this something zoom has not considered?ThanksRichard

Some of my recordings are on FullHD and some of recordings are 640x360. How could I adjust this and turn all recordings into FullHD content?
I recorded my meeting and saved to my computer. I've done this hundreds of times and today the chat is there and no video or audio files. Where might I find the recording on my computer since it's not in the same file as the chat?

Hi, I have two Zoom accounts: one personal and one provided by my academy. Both accounts are basic (free) accounts. However, after a 40-minute meeting ends, I don't have to wait for 10 minutes to restart the meeting on my academy account, but I do have to wait on my personal account. Could you help me understand why this is happening? If you need more details about my accounts to figure out the reason, please let me know what information is required.
Hi all,I'm trying to hold meetings where I, as host, sing and play guitar for the other participants. I have a Mac and am playing through my DAW, Logic Pro X. I have figured out how to re-route the audio using an intermediary program called Blackhole, and I've also turned the 'automatically adjust microphone volume' box off in the zoom audio settings. This has allowed me to get good audio for participants on smart phones using the app and also for when I record the session, but not so for participants joining on laptops. Is the problem still at my end, or can I advise participants who still receive audio that cancels out the guitar about some sort of fix at their end?

I just noticed that email notifications stopped last month. I've check my Spam/Junk folder and haven't gotten any recently. Before 19 March, I was getting an AI summary of every call, and an email whenever a recording was ready. Did anything change on Zoom's end?
The last couple of meetings I have scheduled required pre-registration. I have had several people not be able to get in to the meeting with the link provided in the confirmation email. Since I only see the registration link associated with the meeting, how can I make sure that registered people have a link that works?

I created a recurring meeting for 4 meetings and chose "registration required" in the settings. With the registration, I chose the option "Attendees need to register for each occurrence to attend," however, it does not explain how this is done. Will the participants receive an email each week to register? Or do they register for each class separately in one sitting?
Hi is there anyone can help to remove error 5003 while it’s working on the browser but not on the app itself so can’t join the meetings from the iPad app working alright on the phone. I would really appreciate your help. It says the network could be blocked from proxy or firewalls don’t know how to fix it. Thanks in advance
Recently (within the past few weeks), when opening Zoom links (such as in calendar invites), the Zoom call will only open in the browser. Unlike before, the website does not attempt to open the meeting in the Zoom app. This means that every time I need to manually copy the meeting ID and password from the invite link and join manually from the app. It's pretty annoying. I am the host of a recurring meeting and I need to make a different person the host. Not just a co-host, but I will no longer be involved and the new host will take over in my place. I found these instructions:Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.Click on the Schedule icon. This will open the scheduler window.Click Advanced Options.I can't find that schedule icon anywhere. Just upgraded Zoom on my Mac. It will no longer start! It is trying to have me upgrade "Pixelmator", which is a program that hasn't been on my computer for a year. Without a fix, I cannot use Zoom anymore as it won't even start.
Is is possible to create polls and/or meeting templates to share amongst authorized users in an orgnization? If so, how would one do this? Thanks!
Hi,Recently I brought a bluetooth speaker, Bugani M99. The speaker connects well with the Zoom app on the Android phone. However, while the zoom meeting is going on, the audio control on the phone doesn't work. I am not able to make the audio volume up or down. Even the volume control on the speaker doesn't work. Even if I make the volume to zero on the device, still I am able to hear the sound in the speaker. I tried the same on iPhone and it has the same issue. The bluetooth speaker works well if I play a video in Youtube app on the android phone. The audio volume control work well if I operate it from phone or on speaker. I tried restarting the phone and speaker and tried again the same but no luck. Please guide me how to fix this issue. Regards,Sateesh

Hello! What report should I run to find out the client versions installed on users in my account? I found something in User Activity Reports/Sign In/Sign Out, but not all accounts appear, only those that have logged in within a certain interval. thank you

Hi im dealing with a really large client and using the zoom scheduler to allow students to choose a class date. Im using the over-ride as it's not a regular thing. However the dates i have in the override section, some and not all are showing but they are there !! I've used the link and checked the calender and sure enough there are missing ones ! Any help on why this is would be appreciated! its worth saying there are 2 sessions on each day, it looks like when one is booked it knocks the other session out is there a workaround at all ? Mel
