I have forgotten my original password, so now each time I try to log in I have to go through the "forgot password" and log in through a Google account - and this can happen several times a day. Is there no way to reset a password ... ever?

I bought PRO account for 1 year, from Sept 2021 to Sept 2022. But today Jan 21 2022, my account suddenly reverted to BASIC, and I got the 40 minutes limitation. Did anyone get the same problem? And do you know how to solve it?

Hello, I want to suspend my pro plan, how can I do it because the guidelines that appear on the zoom page have not allowed me to do so. Please, if you know how to do it, I would appreciate it. Since 2020, they have deducted money from my credit card and I have not been able to enjoy this plan.

I have a personal Free account. I just set up a Pro account for my community HOA. I am using different email addresses. The account numbers are different. Why is my personal profile showing that I have a Pro account?

Hello!I bought a pro license yesterday with 16 users, I need to add 2 more users, what should I do?

We paid for 20 licenses for the teachers in our school. The payment posted in August. Yesterday, all of the accounts became Basic and classes are cut off at 40 min. I have reached out to Customer Service and sent all of the payment documentation. No help so far. I asked for a one week extension while Zoom locates the funds we sent, but no luck. NOT HAPPY

Hello There, We have 2 pro accounts say "A" & "B"."A" have been recharged with quantity of 2 users Ignorantly."B" Due for recharge in couple of days. As per my understanding I can assign 1 user (not assigned yet) to another email. Question:1. Can I assign 1 unused user of A, to pro license account of B - Yes/No.2. If Yes - What will happen to another pro user personal zoom id which we are conducting meetings.3. If No -  If we can cancel the 1 user which is not used does zoom gives the refund. Please help 

I am locked from my Zoom account because I am not receiving in my phone the 2FA code: I do not know why, but I may have used another phone number a year ago since I stopped using Zoom. I have been able to use another email to create a new account. However, I would like to use my principal email again. The solution would be simple if I could enter my profile without 2FA, something that I have not been able to do for now. How is that done? Otherwise, I would have to request an email from Zoom.Thanks for your consideration

I bought a MAC book second hand and was so excited to use it, partially because I am a reiki master and offer virtual healing. I had used zoom several years before in my old sales job and much preferred it to Teams.   To my horror, zoom wouldn't work. I couldn't understand it. I have discovered that the MAC book is banned as the previous owner obviously did something to break the rules. I have emailed and emailed and explained and explained and they still won't lift the ban.   I can use it on my phone but that just won't work for healing logistically. It also proves I've done nothing wrong as surely my email would be banned as well and it isn't.   It may be second hand but I spent a fair amount of money and it's not like I can take it back (the guy is in the states now I'm told).   I think it's more frustrating than anything, I just want to use the platform as it would be the best one for virtual healing, I haven't done anything wrong but worst of all, I am just goi

I'm an independent tutor that recently established my business website. Unfortunately, it was linked to my personal Zoom email account. I have since changed the linked Zoom account to my work email for upcoming meetings, but now I have meetings from my website under both my personal Zoom and business Zoom. Can someone give me a step by step of moving my previously booked meetings from my personal Zoom to my work Zoom?  Both are free accounts. I keep getting emails at work that appear to be from Zoom MediaSubject Line: Action Required User Disablewith the message reading "We've temporarily deactivated your Zoom account.At this time, you will not be able to invite or join any call/meeting.  Your account will be billable until you verify your email address  office@****.com When I hover over the link it directs to a very long address that starts with http://journalscene.secondstreetapp.com/api/organization_user_email_verifications...I am 99.9% sure this is spam but I tried to google it nothing comes up.  If it is spam, I would also like to warn others to look out for it.  Does anyone else have any insight into this or seen it before?

I recently changed my phone and successfully set up the Microsoft Authenticator app on the new device. While I am able to log in to my Zoom account using my email and password without any issues, the problem arises when I reach the 2-step verification stage. As part of my account security, I had set up 2-step verification using the Microsoft Authenticator app on my previous phone. Now, after signing in, Zoom prompts me to enter the verification code generated by the app.Problem Details:Even though I am receiving the codes from the Microsoft Authenticator app on my new phone and entering them correctly, the verification process fails every time.
